How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mail-address change
When I wanted to change the mail address associated with my account, I was asked to send my user information (First, Last, User-Name, mail, billing-info) back through mail.
E-mail is NOT a secure means of communication.
Not only is there a risk of information leaking it is also not good for user identification because it did not require me to use my accounts password.
After the change I was even able to log in with the new address before verifying it.Please discuss a secure solution with an IT-expert.

People forced to mute opponent to mute pets
Please allow us to mute pets permanently.
Even once you fix the mute/unmute issues that don't always work for pets I'd prefer to have no sounds for my pet or my opponents pet without having to mute them.

Lost quick draft game on network error
Lost quick draft game (the third) when Arena disconnected on network error, kick off me from the game then gave an "Asset error occurred" message on relogin, then I fount the game lost

Cant see my hand acept 1 card and cant keep the hand
Cant kreep my hands ...
Draw 7 sees 1 card and cant krep so mulliga.
Draw 6 but only see 1 cant keep
Draw 5 see only 1 cant keep and let the time go out .
My opponent can play but i cant and still have the screen With the one card and cant choke to mulliga or keep.2 votes -
Game Crashes
Everytime time the Game crashes, I can not enter the Game again. After serval Minutes I can me log in, but the Game that i was playing , I lose every time.

Game crashes continuously
Since June, I am having continiously issues with MTGA.
Just now, I started the game, it automatically logs me in, everything fine.
I started matchmaking for a regular game with my Deck "White Breeze", Game Language German, it started a game, and before phase 2 the game crashed.
It just freezes and then closes itself. Sometimes windows detects "No response from the program"...
If windows detected it, it automatically restarts the game, if not, and I start the game again, it again logs me in, auotmatically starts a match and before even loading the arena it crashes again, this loops,…18 votes -
I lost the game with life points and cards
I lost with life points, I don't understand I think that is a bug
The screen shows the last moment of the game and I have 68 life points

NO LEVELING UP
WINNING MATCHES HASN'T GAINED ANY LEVEL IN OVER A MONTH AND I AM ABOUT TO COMPLETELY QUIT THIS GAME! I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED IT TO NO AVAIL, AND THERE IS APPARENTLY NO EASY WAY TO INTERACT WITH THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF FOR A COMPANY I HAVE GIVEN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO!

Connection with Server
It said I lost connection with server on opponent's turn while I was in a draft match. I was in a good board position with card advantage. First time this ever happens to me in any match. Received a loss. My connection was fine the entire time.

Opt to play in a pool where number of mythics are limited
There is nothing more frustrating, tasteless, and stupid than losing to a deck that has 15 mythic cards when you have 2. It's like playing chess against an opponent with 6 queens. Not to mention that it completely defeats the whole definition of the words "mythic" and "rare" when those cards comprise 75% of a player's deck. The automatic matching system seems to do little to prevent this kind of matchup. I would like to see an option where I can explicitly select to only be matched against players with the same number of mythics (and/or rares) in their deck…

Recurring Draw
I have no log to add since I'm on mobile. I ha been experiencing a lot of Draw in Arena for mobile (Samsung S10 plus).
It's a terrible experience because climbing in ladder isn't easy and drop 400-500 position for a system failure are really frustrating.
Sorry but I'm Brazil and english aren't even my second language.Waiting for an answer.

Infinite life problems
If you have an infinite life loop, (such as a soul warden + famished Paladin enchanted with presence of gond) and your opponent has removal/ board wipe for the tokens in this scenario, and are unwilling to concede because of this, it becomes unfair to the combo player, whereas in tabletop one could set an arbitrary number x as to how many times the action occurs to determine life total after the loop, the amount of life one can gain on arena is very finite, 100s or so, in tabletop, unless your opponent can beat you in a non-damage way,…

MTGA crash on Aksoundengine.dll before starting any battle after M21 update. Please share a working Aksoundengine.dll file

MTGA crashes before starting any battle since last update.
Can you please share a working (older version perhaps) Aksoundengine.dll file so I can play again ?
Program lauch, with sound, but when I lauch a battle, after displaying future opponent it crashes specifying it is due to Aksoundengine.dll.
Game was working without error before the M21 update today 25th June.
I tried all options proposed in blog (install last C++ from MS VC_redist.x64.exe, KB2670838, change screen resolution, update graphic driver, update network settings...).
I also uninstalled, reboot and reinstalled MTGA Arena.
By itself the MTGA Application checked 5 time…

Bo3 Sideboard Quit Abuse
I've been encountering a lot of game quits during sideboarding in a Bo3 non-ranked matches. I believe the idea is when they win game 1, quitting during sideboard will still reward them the win (daily mission)... I see a lot of RDW or Bo1 decks abusing this, as they can farm wins as they are matched up with Bo3 decks which may usually depend on sideboarding against these type of decks. Bo3 decks would usually lose to Bo1 decks at game 1, then they just quite during sideboard to avoid losing.

Mono red matchmaking issues
Hello i've been experiencing a matchmaking bug were everytime i que with a monored deck i just get matched with other monored deck. I have been able to replicate the "Bug" with 100% accuracy, if i switch to another deck for example a sultai ramp deck then the matchmaking seems to work as usual.
It seems like other players have taking noticed of this bug aswell since i've seen quite alot of redcap melee being maindecked .

Can't declare blockers
When a computer player attached the game went into a state in which it is impossible for me to move forward. I am not allowed to declare blockers, and there is no way to resolve the attack. I cannot proceed so I am forced to forfeit the match.

user names
There should be a way to screen out taunting/poor sportsmanship usernames. Recently I have played against usernames "Enjoy your loss" and "Like ur gonna win". I would have declined the match before it began if that had been possible. If there's no way to opt out of playing against someone like that (like there is with people improperly using emotes, by deactivating them) then such names shouldn't be permitted.

Asset Missing on "Ram Through"?
My opponent played the spell Ram Through, and when the visual affect happened, it was just a bunch of pink squares, as though the relevant assets weren't being pulled correctly or something. I didn't capture a picture, but I saved my capture log.
