How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

5枚目以降のカードがデッキに入ってしまっている問題
デッキ編集で数枚カードを削除し、同枚数の別カードを追加windows追加したカードは現れず、追加前に４枚入れていたカードの５枚目を観測ローカルでデッキ編集しようとすると、５枚目を観測したカードを一度減らすと、４枚目を追加できないスクショはありませんが、任意のカードを４枚入れられない時点で困りましたローカルファイルの更新で、一旦の解決をしました。

Assests not loading
I am playing MTG Arena on PC. For the last few days I have not been able to load any card assets. All the cards in the game have a black face and will only occasionally tell me what the card is. As you can imagine it is difficult for me to play the game if I can't see what cards are in my hand. I have attempted to repair the game files through the app but has made no effect. I am not sure what to do to fix my game.

Karn, the Great Creator
Had an Artifact card exiled with Thought-Knot Seer and wasnt able to get it back with Karn, the Great Creator. The - 2 ability says clearly "own in Exile".

Paradox Engine Not working
Paradox Engine is not untapping anything when I cast spells

Top bar is all white and unreadable
Sometimes after finishing a match the top bar (Profile, Decks, Store, etc.) is all white and unreadable.

My Profile do not move from diamond 3 in midle range not winning or loosing games
My MTG Arena profile do not move winning or losing games. I get the reward but I do not move throught diamond 3, I play 25/30 games every day and it is still frozen in the same game even in untapped gg, as i did not played for a week.

Commander can't be cast
While using a mobile device, I was unable to cast my commander. I had a card that could play lands from the graveyard out. I was unable to scroll past my lands to cast my commander

Sanctum of Calm Waters bugged out and froze the game.

Timer countdown when I can’t do anything
I am not completely sure how, but I was holding down on cards to read them during a phase change, and my own timer started counting down. Annoyingly, though, I was unable to trigger any effects or pass/resolve. I was just stuck sitting there with my counter counting down when I should have been able to resolve an opponent’s effects or resolve the phase. Because of this, I received a loss in the event when it was still a close match.Platform: IOS

No Fleem cosmetic
I am writing regarding a missing cosmetic item (“Fleem”) on my MTG Arena account.
I preordered the Mastery Package well before the preorder deadline and opened 10 packs. However, after logging into MTG Arena, the Fleem cosmetic was not added to my account and does not appear in my collection or cosmetics inventory.
I have already checked my Inbox, Collection (including “Not Collected” filters), restarted the client, and logged out/in, but the item is still missing.
Could you please verify my account entitlement for the Mastery Package preorder and grant the Fleem cosmetic if it was not correctly applied?

Save deckbuilding piles
When deckbuilding, it often makes sense to organize your deck into piles that aren’t based on mana value. While the current UI allows this, the pile arrangement always resets to mana value when you leave the deck editor, making this feature mostly useless. It would be extremely useful if the chosen pile ordering were saved with the deck.

I purchased the basic land card styles available on 26 Dec but they do not appear in my collection. I tried restarting and repairing game files. Thank you!

Unable to purchase 20,000 Gem Pack
I am getting a “duplicate” error message whenever I try to purchase the 20,000 Gem or 40,000 Gem pack. This only happens for these specific packs. Is there a limit of how many times this pack is purchasable?
This is on Android OS, tried using 2 different devices (Samsung Tab S7 and Moto Razer Ultra.

Even non ranked is rigged…this game is insufferable. Why am I still constantly getting paired up vs spot removal and control?! Arena has gotten Way worse and the people who suffer the most are the avg players.

It stopped adding ***** counters to my opponent when im useing toxrill and he had nothing to counter them
My opponent was using a phyrexian preitor deck and he had me strapped down, and my only salvation was getting the last few ***** counters on a couple of his creatures but the ***** counters just stopped adding after a certain point and there was nothing on the board to prevent it. I feel like I got robbed because I could've done better if he lost his creatures that I needed him to loose but instead he just kept bringing more creatures out and I kept going down hill

Enchantment and Landfall Activations Stopped activating mid game
Was playing midweek brawl. Both my enchantment etb “Garruk’s Uprising” activations and landfall activations stopped working mid game and cost me the game. I’m on iOS.

Fountainport bug
Mobile in standard event. Opponent able to use Fountainport to pay for its own ability. The screenshot doesn’t provide all the info a fish was made on turn three and a treasure on four each time having Fountainport pay for its own activation
