How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Disconnect during draft. A lost one draft e one sealed. 10.000 gold e 2.000 diamonds.

game auto-concede
I had my game auto-concede twice this evening. The second game was very involved with many active cards on both sides. I thought maybe my cordless keyboard caused it the first time, so I turned it off. Then it happened again. WTF???

Double strike broken
I blocked a double strike creature with a deathtouch creature. Toughness survived first strike, then did not kill the double strike creature when normal damage was applied. Will not purchase until resolved.

Missing Mastery Path Mythic Card Rewards
I do not receive any of the promised Mythic Card rewards when I complete the Mastery pass levels. This happened for level 29, 39, 49, and 56 (my current level). Please fix and provide the cards to my account.

Game keeps freezing and closing
The game keeps freezing and randomly closing when I play against other people and also while I'm building decks. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with multiple times within an hour of playing. This issue has been going on for a while now and needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY!

Turn skipping
Another day, another bug to report....
During the Workshop Power & Glory, my turns were getting skipped. I'd draw, play on 1st main phase then it was opponent's turn. I was not able to attack or play any cards in 2nd main phase. My opponent did not have any abilities causing me to lose half my turn.

Missing rare and mythic rare wild cards after opening packs
I was opening M21 packs (the 50 pack bundle) and I was monitoring how many mythic rare and rare wild cards I was getting.
Doing that monitoring I saw on the wild card section that several rares and mythic rares wild cards that I opened weren't updating the values on the wild card section.

Game disconnected mid game
Game disconnected mid game, looked at a black screen for several minutes. Restarted client still a black screen, restarted one more time and it loaded out of match with a match loss. Can I get reimbursed for that event?

Server Issues
Auto-conceding battles because of server issues. Checked own connections and network and no issues with anything outside of the MTG Arena app.

My timeout ropes used up by my opponent's actions
My opponent was running a Mill deck and I had Gaia's Blessings in my deck, so they kept stacking mill triggers and mill triggers. I click "resolve all", but while all the triggers are going, it's MY rope that's burning even though I clicked "resolve all" and it's THEIR triggers taking up all the time.

Stack cards blocking view of cards beneath them on screen
I just played a game where I had food tokens. I was unable to activate their sacrifice ability because an ability on the stack blocked the box for "activate ability" on the tokens.
Similarly I sometimes can't read cards that go on the stack because they are immediately covered by a triggered ability thus my ability to respond with the knowledge of the card underneath the triggered ability is hampered.
My suggestion is the ability to drag spells and abilities on the stack to a different part of the screen so permanents on that portion of the screen, or other…

Wildcard Redeem failure
Wildcard Redeem Error. Wildcards are redeeming in deck creation in spite of the fact that an error message appeared saying "wildcard redemption failed: unable to contact server" or "Wildcard redemption failed: could not redeem wildcard." I just burned through maybe 2-3x the wildcards i meant to; i would love for that to be undone.

Losing connection to server
I am having regular issues with the game freezing, and connection being lost to the server.
Sometimes the connection is regained and the game continues, other times the game recognises that connection has been lost and disconnects me from the game (can be real great when I'm losing, but real frustrating when I'm winning), other times the game stays frozen, and I often have to restart arena and lose the game.
I've tried troubleshooting the network on my end, and there don't seem to be any issues. I have a strong connection with good speeds.

Sudden defeat
I was playing THEROS Beyond Death Ranked Draft and both players had enough life, but when I clicked "My Turn", the Defeat message suddenly appeared. Since it was the third defeat in the draft, my draft ended there.

el juego de cierra en medio de una partida
en medio de una partida se cierra el juego y al volver a conectarme para poder terminar dicha partida me crashea y sucede seguido ... ya perdi 4 partidas por culpa de este bug por favor arreglenlo ... esto sucedio desde la ultima actualización o cambio de evento

Game Crash during draft and sealed
i got a lost at my sealed cause of crash during game and 3 lost in a row during draft...i pretend my crystals back...this is an arena problem and we all should have the refound.The game crash during play and don't let me rejoin in the current game...but it only let me enter after the time is out and i got a loose!

skipping phases of the game when it shouldnt
take a look at my log. the game completely skipped my last phase after combat even though my planeswalker can still use an ability to kill his card he just flashed in.
not cool. why is the game skipping whole phases?

Game crashes
Game crashes at multiple occasions. Quite annoying if you just spent 10.000 gold to take part in a premium draft (and the game crashes while drafting = random card & while playing = loosing).
Is it possible to redeem the 10000 gold?
