How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Opportunity to play instant passed over
I had an opportunity to play an instant but it was passed over. This ruined a combo and should have lost me the game.

Hit Cancel Just Prior to Game Spawn, Registered as Loss
I clicked "play," then hit the cancel button just prior to a game spawning. The game briefly showed "waiting for opponent," as if a game was about to spawn, but then returned me to the main menu without starting a game. However, when I entered the event menu, it showed a loss, as if the game had been conceded. I restarted the game to see if this was a visual bug but it still showed as a loss.

Alchemy issue
2 suggestions for Alchemy issue :
Standard, Historic, Alchemy (standard/historic) in a separate mode.
Or
Arena Historic (Bo1) with Achemy and Traditional Historic (Bo3) without Alchemy

Screen Resolution
PC
Cant change resolution.
No other options.
Game start in window mode by default no matter how I set it. Edit the reg but the game overwrites when it start.
Was playing 1280x720 before. My monitor is 1024x768 with and hdmi to vga adapter. Never work well, constantly going to one resolution to another between matches. Just entering the config screen solves the issue. I would play in my native resolution, but the cards dont show in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Triggers
I would like to know why I'm getting a message like this when it's HIS triggers. It conceded me because of this. Fix these stupid triggers!!!

Player turn time limit
For the love of god, reduce the amount of time a player has to use each round, or at least reduce the amount of time before the time outs kick in. The turn length gets used and abused because of the game design. No one needs more than 30 seconds to figure their turn out. Just another ding in this game.

frozen draft
Client frozen during ranked draft.
Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

Unable to cast spells at instant speed
During game 3 in Traditional Draft, I was suddenly unable to cast spells at instant speed. Could not trigger Ninjuitsu, and could not cast a Spell Pierce to counter my opponent's bomb. This caused me to lose the match-up.

Opponent Frozen Timer
While playing in Traditional Cube Draft, the opponent was somehow able to freeze the timer. This occurred right as I was about to win the match and the draft.

Draft card lost
When I attended a draft event, the card I picked turned into another card. Then on the deck building screen the card was gone and I was forced to build a deck with fewer cards!

Alchemy is garbage
Alchemy is garbage. I have deleted my clients and won't be reinstalling them until this change is rolled back or I am refunded every cent I've ever spent on this game.

Infinite Loop
Was about to win a match when my opponent used Marauding Blight-Priest + Exquisite Blood to exploit a loop where if I lose a life the opponent gains a life, but if the opponent gains life then I lose life and so on. Opponent was at 6 life and I had over 20 but I still lost because of the loop. Also, while the loop was in process I was unable to concede, so I had to just sit and watch as I lost life one at a time.

Land bug
Land I played wasn’t actually counted as played. The land was on the table but didn’t give any mana. So I wasn’t able to play spells I needed. After reloading app during the same match I found this land in my hand. Lost Premier draft game because of this :(

Unclear disconnect
Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.
This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.

Shuffling
The update today, 12/9/2021 has had me having 0 lands in hand after multiple mulligans. This is ridiculous. It's to the point where I'm putting down arena. There's no point in playing a game that resembles an EA based strategy. I'd rather go and play some knockoff online before putting anymore time and energy into this. It would be a different story if it was a one off instance, but I have consistently had 0 land hands mulligan in down to 2 before drawing a hand of all lands. Something is amiss and needs to be fixed.

Mac optimization, iPad Pro optimization, and some Mac bugs, and please, please, fix fullscreen on Mac.
Mac game really needs improvement. (I have a MacBook Pro M1 with MacOS Monterey)
Recent bugs:
The text in menu buttons will not show up.
The app won't launch from the dock shortcut, have to launch from inside epic client.
Two-finger swiping on the touchpad doesn't work, it pretty much only scrolls in one direction, it just goes wild.
Sometimes going in and out of the app it will stop playing sound, or some other problem.It is just ridiculous that the fullscreen mode clips the sides of the screens. It only recently got full screen. Windowed doesn't seem to…

Game is rigged!
Here is an example, I built a mill deck to force the opponent to concede and first game, I get my opponent down to 6 cards left in deck and guess what he pulls? Thassa's Oracle... No response when using the 6 word communication chat in Arena which tells me that I was playing against a bot.... I mean seriously... Alchemy Cards in Historic
Get alchemy cards out of the historic format. If I wanted to play Hearthstone, I'd play Hearthstone.
