How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Blocking players
Please make it to where we can block recent players some people are sore losers and just exit the game when they realize they can't win. Then you have to wait for all of their time outs to expire before winning this has happened to me numerous times even with the same players I just want to Block them so I never have to play them again.

Getting kicked off repeatedly
Since the last update, I have been getting kicked out of games (out of arena,, back to my phone's main screen) while on wifi or data, try to sign back in, make it to returning to active match, only to get kicked off arena again
It doesn't happen constantly, but multiple times per day, which besides annoying, is also affecting my constructed ranking as I start matches that I cannot finish26 votes -
Cheating
Quit dictating how I play the game just because you want me to play a card because I can doesn't mean I have to or should. It's ridiculous when the game does this you can tell it wants you to play this way because when you don't it gives you trash that isn't useful until you have to discard or it swamps you with land cards until your opponent has so many creatures on the field you don't stand a chance. This game is rigged it cheats and crashes to make you lose and spend money which I will not.…

scute Swarm costs
Scute Swarm cause me timeouts even with resolve all. I was playing against a scute swarm and I kept getting charged timeouts. Why would I get charged timeouts because they played scute and it generated 500+ tokens?

Missing Cards
I woke up this morning and started playing some MTGA mobile (iOS) and shortly noticed that may of my decks are missing cards. I played some last night, built a new deck, and after playing a game with it went to bed. On reflection I had cards missing then too. Not all my cards were available to build with. Many of the missing cards are from starter decks, but not all the cards will be missing from a single deck, some will be left. Also, some of the decks with missing cards are still playable. App is crashing a lot since last update
Hey MTGA development team. Since your last update, the game is crashing a lot. It already happened in different parts, homepage, deck editor and mainly during battles. The game just close out of nothing. I have and updated android version on a Samsung Galaxy S10.

HAND SMOOTHING
i AM SO TIRED OF YOUHAND SMOOTHING GARBAGE. i DON'T WANT IT AND WOULD LIKE TO NOT HAVE TO USE IT. IT IS TOTAL GARBAGE AND DOES NOT WORK. LAST SEVERAL GAMES I HAVE HAD TO MULLIGAN BECAUSE OF WHAT HAND SMOOTHIG IS SUPPOSED TO PREVENT. ONCE CAN UNDERSTAND BUT I HAVE A REAL VERSION OF MY DECK AND IT NEVER BEHAVES THE SAME WAY AS ON HERE. Historic Brawl Matchmaking
I love playing Historic Brawl and the matchmaking idea is a good one. However there should be more taken into consideration than just the Commander. In using a "stronger" commander but just doing a mid level value build I get matched up against highly tuned decks that give once sided matches. Please take more into consideration (like average CMC and specific card types like sweepers) so matches can be more back and forth and both players can enjoy the match.

Lands not untapping
- Lost connection (during opponent's second main phase)
- Regained connection (for my turn)
- Lands did not untap
- Had no other play than to pass the turn
- Opponent played turn, passed
- My lands did not untap again so I had to Concede

Friends list broken, cannot challenge friend
Friend on iOS can add me as a friend but I disappear immediately, as if I'm offline. Earlier it just said he had no friends, which is rude
Anyways, we've tried direct challenge through friendslist with identical settings but it won't start. Just gives us cancel button

Something is wrong with your shuffling system
- To recreate bug play on my account, I get absolutely ****** with my starting hands in draft I feel 85% of the time.
- Mac
- I always have to mulligan (~90% of time). I either draw 1/2 lands, no lands, or all lands. While my opponents mulligan ~30% of the time, meaning they get hands they are more comfortable with, way more often. Now if I stick with the 1/2 lands then I either get stuck only drawing lands or get stuck only drawing spells (~60% of time). My decks all have game suggested amount of lands/spells.

Ultra wide resolution needs to be supported in 2021

A Bug where cards bought in 'daily deal' disappear
If I buy a card in the 'daily deal', the card I bought disappears and I can't find it. (Windows PC platform)

Android app crashing
Since the recent Android OS update the app constantly crashes. I have uninstalled and downloaded again but the issue remains.
It gets unplayable because you need wins to progress but it keeps throwing me out of games and giving me losses

Infinite Loop
An opponent had a marauding raptor on the field and then played polyraptor. This cause an infinite loop that caused me to time out because priority was always passed to me. A player shouldn't be able to abuse the rope system to win.

Unable to sideboard or rejoin game
I tried to concede from game 1 from the Std Metagame Challenge, and when I tried to click settings I missed and closed the window, closing the client. When I reloaded the client, the game was still active and so I conceded the game as normal. However, I was unable to see my deck (only my sideboard), or confirm any deck configuration, instead seeing the screen as shown in my file. I couldn't rejoin the game after multiple attempts, and could only concede from the settings.

Matchmaking
After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

Graphical Error Spontaneous Resizing of Game Window in Fullscreen
Spontaneous Resizing of Client Window in Fullscreen Mode
when playing the game occasional the game will freeze/ experience a lag spike before resizing the game window. objects in the window remain full sized and crowd the screen. a workaround for this is to open the graphics menu which causes the graphics to reset to normal however the game will continue to lag and even repeat the action sometimes crashing or forcing me out of the game as the round timer timeouts before the lag stops or graphics are displayed properly again.17 votes
