How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game functions gone completely bonkers
About 3 turns into my match everything has gone crazy. My spells are not hitting the board but are suspending in the stack for many turns. The turn stages will not progress unless I toggle the skip function repeatedly. Absolutely nothing is functioning as intended. I am getting instant timers, its telling me I haven't acted in a while literally while I am acting.

Heavy-handed Achievement Bugged
Just ended a turn with 12 cards in hand (and discarded 5 cards to hand size) but the achievement did not unlock.

Ajani, Nacatl Pariah
Ajani, Nacatl Pariah will not trigger when I sacrificed the cat token with my mondrak's activated ability.

Internet Speed Throttled
When MTGA is open, my internet speed is throttled. See the attached screenshots--- my download speed goes from ~700 Mbps to ~7, and the upload drops similarly
I just uninstalled Arena, and reinstalled both through steam, and then through the normal website, and the issue persisted. Notably, while installing the game, there's a loading screen where ~333MB and then ~9.72 GB were downloaded, and were downloaded quickly, only taking a few minutes.
Including advanced logs, or not, also has no bearing on the issue persisting or not. I made sure to delete all of the clients I use that use…

cannot tap when an opponent casts Split Up
I cannot tap "Giada, Font of Hope" for its mana ability in response to my opponent casting "Split Up" and choosing an "untapped creature" as the target.

Valkmira stops deathtouch from killing on defend even when creature's power is greater than 1
When defending against an attacker deathtouch did not kill the attacker.
If defending creature only had 1 damage this would make sense but valkmir only blocks 1 point of damage and deathtouch means any damage destroys unless indestructible.Attacker had no protection against creature (crystalline giant, deathtouch and first strike token, 2 +1 tokens) when opponent had Valkmir,Protector's shield on their side of the field.
Attacking creature was Myrel, shield of argive. Opponent's field was filled with creature tokens and my field had a lot of keyword and +1 tokens.1 vote -
Karakyk Guardian Permanent Hexproof
I was just playing a premier draft event on Arena on PC in which my opponent played a Karakyk Guardian. Despite dealing damage to me multiple times and even to a creature I controlled when I attacked knowing the Guardian would block in a desperate attempt to resolve the bug, the Guardian never lost hexproof. This was incredibly frustrating because I had a kill spell + sage of the skies and the mana to cast both in my hand. The guardian was my only issue. Loss of connectivity registered as a 'loss' during event
Hi, I am ciuisco#75561
Lost connection on second game of Arena Direct and was recorded as Loss.
And the game after a loss give double loss and end event.

Login Authentication Failure
Last Friday, I have received a login authentication failure on my computer. It does affect the Windows PC version on MTG Arena, but I haven't tried it on the Steam version. If you have a similar issue like this, please let me know. It just happens when you try to log in the game. However, if you have the Android version of the game, it should work with a free download, as long as you have the right specs. I don't know if there are other factors that make up this bug but be vigilant if you have the Windows…

Did you have fun?
Did you have fun? is useless. I have given the unhappy face just to get the same issue the following game that made me unhappy in the previous. If this feature is just a click something to make yourself feel better, remove it. If it is actually there for game improvement, adjust it so it can be an improvement tool. I suggest having a multiple choice for those who choose unhappy. I suggest the following is asked when someone chooses unhappy:

Subject: Game Freeze Bug – Request for Fix and Draft Match Compensation
Dear MTG Arena Support,
I'm writing to report a recurring and serious issue I've been experiencing while playing MTG Arena.
During gameplay, the game suddenly freezes and causes my entire computer to become unresponsive. None of the keys work, and I am forced to perform a manual shutdown. This has happened multiple times recently, including during a draft match, which I ended up losing due to the crash.

Tannuk, Steadfast Second Showing me what has warp in my opponents hands
Playing on PC in brawl against a Tannuk, Steadfast Second deck and when Tannuk is played and at the beginning of every turn SOME cards in their hand flashes a warp animation showing me how many creatures or artifacts are in their hand. It is not every card in their hand just the creatures and artifacts that gain warp from Tannuk. I do not believe this is intended for me, the opponent of the Tannuk player to see.

Bulwark Ox Hexproof Failure Against Stasis Snare
I had four creatures in play, but only two are relevant to explain this bug. I had Bulwark Ox and Caradora, Heart of Alacria out on the board in a standard best of one match. Caradora had two +1/+1 counters on it. My opponent played stasis snare, targeting Caradora. In response, I sacrificed Bulwark Ox to give all my creatures with counters Indestructible and Hexproof. Despite the sacrifice trigger resolving, Caradora was still exiled under the Stasis Snare. My opponent controlled no effect that would have negated Hexproof such as Nowhere To Run so, from my understanding of the rules,…

The game freezes all the time
The game freezes and the card “stops” in motion when I play the tutorial. Can’t play the game. Happens both on my IOS (iPhone 13) and my PC (not an old one either). Seems like the problem is the software.

not awarded card styles for color challenge
completed the color challenges (all 5), but did not get any of the card styles. see attached screenshot for the white color challenge that i used as an eg when raising the issue with customer support. was disappointed with the reply i got, especially when i read online that others were able to have the missing card styles added to their account after contacting support. anyone able to actually help instead of the nothing burger i got from this particular CS?

client crashed computer
Was playing a sealed event on Windows.
Opponent played a spell, and the resulting effect caused my PC to crash.
I obviously lost the match due to the resulting timeouts.
