How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Stuck on loading screen

    Started yesterday july/24/2025
    I'm on Andriod havnt has issues before, but first it started with can't get assets. I Uninstalled them game, shut my phone off, then restarted my phone and now I can't get past the initializing localization database not sure what else to try

  2. Ability triggered the wrong way

    Sephiroth ability triggered with Days of judgment as it should but I stead of removing life from opponent it did the other way around.
    It gave life to the opponent and remove life from me.

  3. Bug

    This is the third time I haven't gotten the 500xp for completing my quest. It happened twice last week and again today. What should I do. PC

  4. Rakshasa's Bargain

    I cast Rakshasa's Bargain after surveilling earlier in a game (using Corroding Dragonstorm if that matters) and it pulled up the 4 cards saying "surveil them to the graveyard or leave them on top" and I couldn't actually move the cards at all, the game locked. I alt f4'd and reloaded but it was strange.

  5. Ragavan Bugged, Crashes my game

    I play a mardu mobilize deck with Ragavan. Whenever his ability activates after dealing combat damage, my game crashes, and I can't reopen the game till, I beleive, I time out and lose the match, I don't know since when I try and reopen the game it crashes right as its rejoining the match. I'd reported a bug earlier this week, but this confirms that it was Ragavan's ability causing the bug. This happened after the most recent update, please patch it.

  7. Shuffle algo is fuking garbage in Arena

    Here is a thought, fix your fking shuffling in your game!!!!!!! LITERALLY MAKES ME FKING HATE ARENA BEYOND IMAGINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY FK, your ******** game clumps non-lands together and lands together.....

  8. Osteomancer Adept bugged

    Osteomancer Adept bugged. I could not select the cards in my graveyard to pay the additional forage cost. This caused me to lose my draft game.

  9. Deck Construction side board bug interaction

    When in the deck builder and having 4 copies of a single card, you are not able to move a copy of that card to the side board. This interaction happens when you have a combination of some copies already in the side board.

  10. Can not add fourth copy of a card to my sideboard Bo3

    I have been unable to add a fourth copy of a card to my sideboard for Bo3. I'm playing on Google device fyi. I attempt to drag and drop the fourth copy over to my sideboard and nothing happens. I've only been able to add three copies of a card so far. This has been going on for couple of days now.

  12. Rank up bug

    I was playing in ranked alchemy and was working to unlock silver. I noticed that it seemed my rank was reset from bronze tier 3 to tier 1 then decided to try and rank up. I got to bronze 2 tier but then when I ranked that up it brought me back down to bronze rank 1. I decided to try and rank up once more to see if maybe I missed something and now I’m at silver rank but on teir 4 it seems. I’m playing on mobile. I sadly didn’t really take any photos to attach.

  13. Can't Login/ Authentication Failed

    Can't login, it says authentication has failed. I was able to get logged in twice, but once I created a Sealed Foundations Event Deck (2000 gems) it would not let me save the deck. It would kick me out and say that I can't connect.

    Please take measures against “Stalling”. “Stalling” need to be punished. The same goes for “AFK”&“Loop”. Please send “REPORT FEEDBACK”

  17. Bug in draft

    I was playing against a player and i casted a saga that should have make him sacrifice his one and only creature but it didn't do anything whereas there was nothing to protect it in any way. It ruined my game.

  19. Fix "Ice Magic" Blizzara ability to allow target player to choose top or bottom of library for card affected

    Dear MTG:A Developers,
    Good day. I hope you all are well.

    My current version is 2025.50.1.9362.1168061

    I encountered a bug in Midweek Magic: Phantom Bot Draft where I was playing up against an opponent who used the "Ice Magic" card, specifically the "Blizzara" ability when I was attacking him with my "Loporrit Scout". I was not allowed to choose where my Loporrit Scout went, top or bottom of the library. Instead, the card went right to the top of my library visible with the red eye icon next to it. I was not prompted to choose.

  20. Effect had {Card Name} in the text, which suggests a broken/unfilled template (Warden of the Grove + Traveling Chocobo)

    In a recent game, I played a Warden of the Grove. It received a +1 token as normal at the end of my turn. On my next turn, I played a Traveling Chocobo, resulting in two triggers from Warden of the Grove. The first trigger offered me the option to put a +1 counter on {Card Name}, which seems like a bug. I selected that option, and it still correctly put a counter on Traveling Chocobo - it was only the display text that was broken. The second trigger correctly offered me the opportunity to put a +1 counter on…
