How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Bug several planeswalkers ignore ward. All kiato's alway occasionally ugin, standard best of one no idea if this is effecting other formats

    Planeswalkers and occasionally creatures/spells ignore ward. All Kaito planeswalkers, Ugin occasionally but rarely, the ultimate of the mountain planeswalker, and seems to be mostly consistant with Sire of Seven Deaths but have had this happen way too many times. Please address this bug.

  3. Broken Card - Herald of Eternal Dawn - Bufix required.

    Herald of Eternal Dawn - States "You can't lose, they can't win."

    However, you can and will STILL LOSE if you deck out. This should not be possible, you should be able to keep playing DESPITE being unable to draw because of the effect "You can't lose" as long as that card is on the field and it's ability is not changed. This card does NOT have the limit of "except for decking out".

    to alt f4 because you enable this option and your game sucks it is so bad it is so stupid you should be ashamed we should review bomb you on steam but corporate bootlickers are happy with bad games

  5. Kogla and Yidaro

    I just faced an opponent that had Kogla and Yidaro in their deck, they discarded it to destroy my creatures, but the shuffler always put it back on the top of my opponents deck instead of shuffling it back into the deck. This happened FOUR times with the same Kogla and Yidaro. Please fix this interaction.

  6. Kroxa ETB Trigger Crashes Game

    I was playing Brawl on the Android Arena app on my up-to-date Pixel 7. My opponent's commander was Kroxa, and mine was Vivi. Twice when their Kroxa entered the battlefield, its triggered ability to make me discard seemed to freeze and crash the game. I reopened the app in time to resume after the first crash, and the game had evidently chosen to discard a card I wouldn't have picked. The next turn, my opponent recast Kroxa - I think from the command zone? - and its trigger went onto the stack again. When I clicked 'Resolve', the game crashed…

  9. Morph + Assimilation Aegis is not overwriting copies of the exiled creature.

    If you have a face down creature and exile an enemy creature with Assimilation Aegis, then equip the face-down creature with the Aegis, the equipped creature remains 2/2 instead of becoming a copy of the exiled creature.

  10. rush of dread

    I lost a game where my opponent cast "Rush of Dread" while I was at 1 life. I should lose half my life rounded up - ie, stay at 1 life. Instead I went to 0 and died. I'm pretty sure this is a bug. Pic shows the end game state, with Rush of Dread in my opponent's graveyard.

  11. “Master” audio slider always resets to zero on launch

    I am running Arena on MacOS through the Epic Games Store. Every time I launch Arena, the “Master” audio slider resets to zero. I have to go to Audio settings to turn the volume back up; the other audio sliders all appear to keep their settings between launches. I believe this slider should remember its last setting between launches.

  12. Goblin Charbelcher auto-sorts all the cards in my library, ruining the game for me

    When activating my Goblin Charbelcher without winning the game with it, e.g. targeting & killing creatures with it or my opponent surviving the Charbelcher hit, all the cards in my library get revealed through Charbelchers effect (as expected). But after my library was revealed, all the cards in my library somehow get automatically sorted/rearranged, ruining the RNG of my next carddraws. The sorting pairs every individual card with it's doubles, so I will draw 4 identical copies back to back, before the next pairs of the same cards follow. This often makes the game an automatic loss for me because…

  13. Drawing issues with 11 land drawed in a row over 22 lands .....

    1 game on 4 I have this issue of over drawing lands in a deck with very few lands in it.

    Getting half my lands in a row is just not something that happened that often in real life, so please change your deck shuffle algorithm, it's really bad right now.
    I will keep adding screens and examples until this issues is fixed or if I'm too much anoyed by it and stop the game anyway it is a big default of the game and really ruining the game experience that real magic player could have

  14. Shuffler

    You should really consider to fix the shuffler. I don't think you intentionally rig it, because I don't think you are technically capable in this, considered that the game has a lots of unresolved bug still today. Simply is too bad because of your incapacity. Please assume someone that is good in programming pc games and app. It's really embarrassing for you and your credibility having entire days of matches in which one screws and floods alternately.   15. Rope Line Attendant and Transforming Creatures

    Not sure if this extends to other perpetual effects but there's an interaction between Rope Line Attendant and Ajani, Nacatl Paraiah that feels unintended. Setup:

    Player 1 casts and resolves Rope Line Attendant while they have Ajani, Nacatl Paraiah in their hand. This grants the perpetual ability "When this creature enters, create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token." However, the Attendant (seemingly incorrectly) grants this ability to both sides of the flipwalker, and upon transformation, Ajani, Nacatl Avenger has this ability trigger and creates a 1/1, despite not having "Creature" in its type line.

  16. hand smoothing issues

    i have noticed a few things about hand smoothing that really dont work well.

    1. it curves your hand to be competitive against the other persons deck and if your deck isnt tuned for low cost or high cost gameplay it forces your hand to have a bunch of ****** low cost one ofs or a bunch of land and spells you really dont need till late game. (playing combo against red goblins or mono red burn forces a midrange hand to be full of one cmc cards. playing midrange against ramp it forces your hand to be full of land…

  19. Disconnected Mid-match

    1. Be in a match. Lose connection even momentarily
    2. iOS
    3. Get kicked out of the match. Sometimes restarting the client enables me to reconnect. Other times it does not.
    4. Not get kicked out in the first place or at the very least make it easy to reconnect.
    5. Not much to show. It brings me back to the match screen and only records it as a loss later.
    6. As mentioned, sometimes closing the game and reopening it allows me to reconnect.

    All in all, a very frustrating experience. Makes me not want to play the game at home.

  20. Match disconnect without reconnect

    I was playing a draft when I just got disconnected from a match that I was winning. After that disconnect, the game doesn't count neither a victory or a defeat, and I had no options to reconnect to the match. After a while, I just ignored that and start another match. I was defeated at this match and after that the game counted 2 defeat instead of 1, as if I also lose the previous match that I was disconnected.

    Its pretty bad because I always put money into gems to play draft and now I'm very concern about continuing…
