How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Sealed
I do not like sealed events for any type of competitive event. Can we start offering draft or anything else instead?
I understand why you are designing the game how it is currently designed and distributed. However, it is very clear that designing for competitive sealed is not a priority at all. I agree with this approach given that sealed is mostly played in prerelease events but I do not believe it is appropriate for any sort of competitive level event. product suggestion
i just played for 2 hours and didn't win a single game. brawl and standard. zero close games, everything was a blow out. I'm not playing bad decks. It's been like this for me for nearly a month, but today was the first absolute shutout i think I've ever had. Alchemy has no place in brawl, why not just give an optional emblem of "draw whatever you want, unlimited mana and opponent starts with negative life" i love magic but this is awful

Aetherdrift Mythic Pack Wasn't a mythic
Had bought a mythic pack with gems and not only did I not gain progress towards a Gold Pack but it wasn't even a mythic I got a rare.

Achievements
Buongiorno, oggi escono gli Achievements, inizialmente pensavo che sarebbero stati una bella svolta, ero molto felice, ho sempre voluto su arena qualcosa che mi spingesse a giocare e desse un senso al giocare di più.
Poi vengo a scoprire che le uniche ricompense degli achievements sono cosmetici.
Se non vi fosse chiaro è veramente complesso fare risorse in modo gratuito sulla piattaforma e ciò spinge le persone a lasciarla perchè non c'è modo di sperimentare cose nuove.
Siamo nel 2025, tutte le piattaforme online di giochi di carte danno risorse gratuite, arena è l'unica che a parte le missioni giornaliere…

Bringing Back Prerelease Promotional Code
Hi! I really love this game, but due to time and space constraints, I'm more comfortable playing on Arena. Sometimes I go to the store to play Prerelease events to play with old friends but also to get the 6-pack promo code. During the Aetherdrift prerelease, I was very sad to learn that you removed the 6-pack promo code: this is a complaint and a request to bring the code back. Thank you. Best, Marcello

Add in a timeout / warning system
Add in a system that tracks players who salt rope opponents. Lichess has a similar system in place for this kind of behavior. The amount of Salt roping once you Wrath a board or gain the lead is insane to me, a system should be in place to discourage this behavior as it ruins everyone's play experience.
Warning for abusing timers should come first
1st offense - Timeout 5 minutes
2nd offense - Timeout 10 minutes
3rd offense - Timeout 30 minutes
4rh offense - Timeout 1 hour
5th offense - Moderator gets notified and determines based on previous games…3 votes -
Karyak Gaurdian Didn't lose Hexproof resulting in a loss
- Opponent played Karyak Gaurdian. Then hit me with it, but it didn't lose hexproof. I had removal but I couldn't interact. This has to be a bug. I was playing on pc. I didn't get a screen grab, please refund I could have won that game.

Game soft freezes, causing unwitting timeouts and lost matches
In two matches today, my game "soft froze." All of the animations still worked, but nothing was happening. The first time this happened, I had tried to cast a spell, but it just hung there on the stack. I then restart my game, only to find that I have timed out and my opponent has taken a whole turn that I wasn't able to interact with at all.

Bug
I am playing on iPhone 15 IOS 18.5

Mastery Pass
The issue with the Mastery Pass is not in its value, it is the gate they put on it to earn levels. They need to let you grind it out. Most people will see there are 20 days left on the mastery pass and grab it thinking they can complete it. Only to feel really bad when they realize that no matter how much you play you cannot. The Mastery Pass should be an incentive to play, not make you feel defeated with no catch up mechanics. At minimum disclose how many levels are possible within a given week, so…

Card names, life, P/T unreadable
The game is unplayable because so many aspects of the cards are garbled to an extent that renders them unreadable.

Renew ability countered by Dispelling Exhale
I was playing the Midweek Magic: Phantom Bot Draft event and tried to play the renew ability of my Alchemist's Assistant on to a creature on the board. My opponent was able to counter the ability with a dispelling exhale however which reads "counters target spell" so it should not work against activated abilities.

Unable to attach game log file to UserVoice tickets
Every time I try to submit a bug ticket with the game log attached I get a message saying "we were unable to submit your request". The log file is ~34 MB, and it says here that it has to be under 50 MB. Tried using Chrome and Mozilla browsers on windows PC.

A safety valve to allow players to retire decks in phantom draft MWM
This week's phantom draft has made it clear that we need an option to retire a phantom deck and draft a new one. Obviously we don't want this to be something that can be abused, but if a player loses say 3 game in the event, there should be an option to retire and redraft.
This keeps the event fresh, while also allowing players who have a below average draft to try again, instead of having a potentially miserable experience where they can't progress towards the 3 wins for the event. Given this is a low stakes event, concerns about…
