How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Pre-Release Code Cards
Change back the Pre-release kits to allow for up to 5 submissions. I purchased 5 pre-release kits for Bloomburrow in anticipation of being able to both collect the cards physically and redeem the code cards for MTG Arena. For the last 3 sets (MKM, OTJ and MH3) i was able to redeem up to 5 pre-release code cards for those sets. It literally incentivized me to purchase more pre-release kits. And I did so for Bloomburrow expecting this as well. Well instead I got dupped. Didn't see any announcement about them changing this back or it being an error in the previous sets. I am sure it's on the packaging somewhere but of course WOTC didn't make this blatantly clear. So again, I am going to avoid this product because I have 0 incentive to purchase it. I can get a single code card from websites that sell them.

Waiting For Server
I Have Re-Installed The App, Logged Out & Back In Several Times & Tried On Many Different Days. I Can Download The UpDates No Problem, But CanNot Log In. Waiting For Server Has Been Killing This App For Too Long. Please Fix This.

Deck shuffler
Your auto shuffler is absolutely awful I hate it , seriously a piece of *. I watch peoples stream and YouTube channels and they all have the same problem. * sucks and do better holy cow! It’s the lands I get stuck at 2 lands in a 23 land deck for 60 card constructed draw 3 times and not a single land I’ve tested this many times **** makes gameplay awful

Ghostly prison vs AI
Ghostly prison has the AI taking actual 10min turns where it is trying to pay for the attack but it just untapped everything and recounts mana. I just wanted to test it out, but I can't if the AI can't finish their turn.

Mana drain not allowed to be played
Wasn't given option to counter with mana drain, had two open blue, it was my turn. Both times I had a deathrite shaman out that it was giving me the option to use but when I tried multiple times to forcibly drag mana drain from my hand to enter the stack nothing would happen. Nothing was uncounterable. There was no cancer of souls or anything that would have pre ented my interaction.

MTG Arena mobile crash bug
On iPhone and my client keeps randomly closing out when entering a match even after closing and reopening the application.

Cannot view opponents' graveyards during sideboarding
On mobile android the UI is so terrible that you can't view your opponents graveyard during the sideboarding process. Bo3 has completely gotten the shaft on arena.

Auto-Passing for reduced enchanment costs
The program is auto-passing with an enchantment cost reduction (glimmer) and enchantments in hand that could get cast with mana available.
Twice in a row - unable black mana, autopassed with enchantment in hand that now cost 1 black mana, next turn, same auto passing with 1 red, 1 white, and a 2 mana (1 red, 1 generic) in hand.4 votes -
arena cube
Why is Chrome Mox in the cube when cards like mana drain/dark ritual are not?? Having one card so much more powerful than every other card is a mistake, maybe nadu gets close in right deck but.. I just lost to a basically unbeatable draw and have already done the same to opponent today, im on a disability allowance so cannot afford rebuys so losing to agrro playing turn one Mox sux

Lose connection middle of good match
I swear I'll be in the middle of a very good match where I am doing well then out of nowhere I'll crash and lose connection to server it feels like I'm being hacked by someone who is butthurt they are losing what makes it worse is I'm clearly winning when this happens but by the time I get back in I've timed out and lost the match which is ********

Suddenly lose my game
Suddenly lose my game
I was playing quick draft, and my opponent cast Dewdrop Cure and I lose the game, the is nothing in that match that makes win the game with that.

Up the Beanstalk needs to be banned from standard and alchemy
Last time I checked, drawing cards was supposed to be blue's thing. However with up the beanstalk, now green decks get to draw more cards than blue can consistently.
This breaks both the game and the color pie and hence must be banned.

Cannot sign in to submit a request
Every time I try to submit a request it asks me to log in and every time I log in it redirects my to my profile. When I return to the pictured page I am always still logged out so I cannot submit requests. It's pretty infuriating to have the system for reporting bugs and issues also be bugged.

Mobile app force closes on android during matchmaking
For mobile android
When matchmaking, the game will pair with an opponent and then the app will force close.
You can reopen the app and it'll force close again. I've even had time to close other apps and clear cache but the problem still persists. I've even reset my device and opened the app as fast as possible and it has still force closed.
This is regardless of if other apps are running or not. This has only been ongoing over the last few set releases and wasn't always an issue.

Non-random RNG + Gaslighting players
Make the algorithms RANDOMIZE opening hands, card draws, and opponents - be HONEST with players and stop trying to gaslight us. Yes, we know that the algorithms are "working as intended", and that is PRECISELY the PROBLEM. IF they are random (which we can clearly see they are NOT) show us the proof; let's see the scripts and / or the test results conducted by third party companies. That your company only responds with canned messages denying what we can clearly see with our own eyes and compare with experiences using paper products shows how much of a problem this is with players.

Crashes to main screen
On IOS when playing best of 3 the app will randomly leave the game and return to the main menu. Also occasionally occurs when rejoining the game with match in question. The match can usually be rejoined by rebooting the app or attempting to enter the play queue, but sideboarding is impossible for the remainder of the match.

I got on to launch my game and I keep getting a network error message. My internet works but the website says there are no issues.

Solemnity/Nine Lives
I have Solemnity and Nine Lives on the table, as well as a Guide of Souls. I cast another creature and normally I should gain 1 life and get an energy. I receive neither and the Solemnity glitters in red, meaning that it activates. Thus, it's for me a bug.

Obvious Bug/Cheating
Just played someone that had more than 4 copies of Soulstone Sanctuary in their deck. 2 in the graveyard, 2 animated in play, and then played a 5th. I always thought unique lands like that one were restricted to 4 copies. This game is free to play but it would seem that it's too much for some weak hearts so they need to cheat. I know y'all probably won't do anything about it, but at least I tried to say something. Thank you for nothing, in advance

shuffler still sucks
It is unusual for me to outland mono red, even though I have 26 lands in the deck, and they probably have 20. Played about 15 games today. I couldn't get a 3rd or 4th land in 8 of them. That's absurd. When are you going to fix this. ********, everyone knows you rig the shuffler to do this to force winrates. Did you forget that you need to put out an enjoyable product to make money? There are several platforms to play Magic on. Arena might be the worst one.
