How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

    I've been losing matches with Scurry Oak infinite squirrel combo, becasue my time ends even If I didn't interact with the priority of my opponent, On my turn, my time is also consumed with the combo of my opponent. Time of my opponent only should be consumed and not mine. Becasue on my turn I have a response to clean the board

    quick draft disappeared/changed while still playing. Lost what i won, can't even access draft screen to claim prize.

  3. カード名検索について

    対戦中、カード名を指定する検索欄にて、かなり多くのカードが名前を間違っていなくとも検索にひっかからず、持ち時間をただ消費するだけになってしまいます。
    しっかりと一字一句間違いなく入力しても何も表示されず、イベントなとで勝ててる試合なども多々あります。勝敗はもうどうでも良いので、この検索フィルターをなんとかしないた試合どころではないです。

  4. Cut down not working

    The cut down card isn’t working it won’t allow me to even cast it it’s happened 2x in the past 24 hours.

  5. Kinnan and Relic of Legends bug

    While playing with Kinnan and Relic of Legends I noticed that Kinnan's mana doubling ability does not trigger with Relic of Legends second ability. When I tapped a legendary creature for mana it did not create another mana of same color created by Relic of Legend's second ability according to Kinnan's first ability. Clearly this ability should work since Relic of Legends allows you to tap legendary creatures to create mana, so this seems to be a bug.

  6. Network Error

    i launch the client but i cannot log in becuase im not able to get collection or there was a problem when communicating with the server: Network Error.

    Pls fix it.
    It's a week now the client is very slow

  7. Alchemy historic

    Wotc the changes to historic cards in addition to alchemy makes me think your abusing ***** or common thrives. There is no reason whatsoever for this change you even have to code in the original first so it’s not about card copies and if it is then fix it. No one cares if you wanna make alchemy go for it but please don’t nuke historic. But on the brute side we are not whores cause whores get money when you *********, you won’t even give us back wild cards….if this happens I’m done

  8. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  9. Arena stuck on Initializing localization database

    Reproduction steps:
    1. Open Epic Games Launcher
    2. Open Arena
    3. Log In

    Platform: Mac M1, macOS Monterey 12.3.1

    Results: The app is stuck on "Initializing localization database". The three dots are animated. After several minutes (10-15), the "Reconnect" popup shows up. Whenever the app is reopened, the same results occur, causing the user to be unable to enter the app.

  10. Network Error Unable to join event

    Getting "Network Error Unable to join event. Please try again later." for every match I try to play. I have uninstalled once already and there is no change.

  11. Please don't mix Alchemy with Historic

    If those changes happen I will uninstall the game, I love mtg and have played for more than 15 years now, I have my Arena account since the closed beta and have convinced multiple of my friends to ditch other tcg's for Arena. I play exclusively historic, as I prefer non rotating formats, a long time ago you promised to implement Pioneer onto the client, but you lied about it, now you plan to terminate the only eternal format available without ant consideration to your player-base. If Alchemy affect historic without any news about pioneer, in the 8th I will…

  13. Game registered as loss that I actually won

    I won a game by casting Crushing Disappointment with opponent on 1 life and me on 17 (I think - double digits anyway). Arena registered it as a loss. My 3rd loss as well so I couldn't play any more games with my draft deck!

    System says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" so I'm trying without the game log now.

    Game keeps crashing after a little bit during games. Happened at least 4 times consecutively.

    I just experienced a bug where I won my sealed game (opponent conceded) but my run ended as though I had lost.

  16. Griefing/Roping is ruining the game.

    Players roping while losing without being penalized is the second most obnoxious thing in this game after the rigged matchmaking, we're already tired of reporting this abusing behavior, when are you going to do something about it?!

  17. cannot get collection

    Ever since last update I have been able to log in and play around 1 out of 10 times. I always get a "cannot get collection" error that proceeds to retry than a blank screen or network error. if eve i am successful logging in the store is not accessible. this is VERY frustrating considering ive spent so much on this game! ive attached some videos, one even with a speedtest showing my internet speed. one shows being able to log in with the store not accessible. i get to play one to two games then i get the cannot…

  18. Event missing/ended

    After the new update was released i opend MTGA and played two games of DMU Premiere Draft wich i already started before. After the two games i closed Arena. After some time i reopend Arena to finish my Premiere Draft (i was 4-2).
    After the loading screen there was a prompt that i received 1400 gems and three packs of DMU. Looking through the event tabs, i did not see any DMU events.

    I hope the events can be returned and i can finish my draft.

  19. Prchased a Mythic pack and got a rare wildcard

    Hello. Just bought a Mythic pack and got a rare wildcard. My expectation is that a Mythic pack either contains a Mythic card or a Mythic wildcard, otherwise it is not worth the 30% extra cost.

    As a developer I take it that the rng that triggers wildcards when opening packs is faulty for Mythic packs and does not force them to be Mythic which is a bug in my view.

    Please address this. Would also be great if I could have that wildcard converted to Mythic. Thanks.

  20. Implement Loops

    Your game does not work as intended. Paper magic and Arena/MTGO are fundamentally different because digital formats can’t detect loops, which are built into the rules of the game. Declaring a number of iterations for a loop — though challenging to implement — needs to be a priority so that combo decks reflect their meta share accurately. Birgi+Ignus is a powerful Pioneer/Explorer deck, but opponents don’t always respect the infinite life you would have if you could declare a number of iterations for your demonstrated loop.
