How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    i have been unable to use the store for a while now, i have Reinstalled the client to know avail. If i can't use the store i can't play

  3. Opponent Goes First x Infinite

    The opponent goes first 95% of the time and this is total garbage I spend like $100 every time the new set comes out I want to get a refund from Apple. This is fraud. Somewhere in the 40 to 60% range seems more normal.

  4. MTGアリーナ　不正プログラム

    MTGアリーナは運営によって不正操作されています。
    特定のアカウントは１年以上狙い撃ちにされ、現実離れした引き運で
    勝てる訳が無い状態まで追いやられます。
    どのぐらい露骨な不正操作か分かりやすく数字で出しますが、
    100試合やって、対戦相手の土地事故回数は「2」回、
    こちらは土地26枚で「86回」でした。
    信じられないかも知れませんが、本当です。
    また、マッチングも操作されますので、やる価値がありません。
    ゲーム開始時点で勝敗が決まっているのです。
    このゲームが何のために存在しているのかすら疑問ですし、
    サポートも運営同様、役立たずの無能です。
    最近のウィザーズは本当に堕ちるところまで堕ちたと感じますが、
    こんな詐欺まがいな事まで始めたらもう終わりです。
    世界選手権等の配信されるゲームでドラマチックな引きを見せ、
    いかにも魅力的に映るようにしたいのでしょうし、
    課金の度合いで勝敗を決めて訴訟問題も回避したいのでしょう。
    結果、MTGアリーナは絶対にやらない方が良いです。
    一度不正操作されたら二度と元に戻りません。時間の無駄です。

  5. BAN MEATHOOK MASSACRE

    FOR THE LOVE OF F*** BAN IT!!! PLEASE!!! ITS SOOOOOO DUMB AND LITERALLY EVERY DECK I GET MATCHED UP WITH IS RUNNING IT!!!!!!!!

  7. Game is not fun anymore

    This game is not fun anymore. I enjoyed it for a while until something happened in these last few months. Everyone plays the exact same decks with the same cards which cost a fortune and are annoying and awful. They basically just stop people from playing anything for enough rounds until they have enough mana to play a wipeout spell. It is extremely frustrating and not at all what this game is supposed to be, or has ever been, paper or otherwise. The new expansions haven't helped. Alchemy hasn't helped. Now Historic is going by the wayside.

  8. Gold Wild cards drop from Mythic packs

    So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

  9. SNC game crashing

    Upon the update of SNC the game will keep on crashing unless you are reinstalling it every time after it crashes. Needs to be fixed immediately as I cannot play the game at all

  10. Client Crashed / Wouldn't Rejoin Match

    Client crashed mid-game in a premier draft event. Restarted the client, it booted up, and then was stuck on the "Waiting for Opponent" screen for 5 minutes before having to quit and restart the client only to receive a game loss.

  13. Provide an eternal format for MTGA

    I am not opposed to Alchemy or Historic being a unique digital only format, but an eternal format where cards are unchanged needs to be implemented on Arena. Pioneer and/or Modern being the most logical. It could even be another unique format (Pioneer plus fetch lands because shuffling isn’t an issue in digital) like Historic was prior to the digital only cards. But consistency with paper cards and allowing cards to live on post-standard rotation is something that a significant portion of the player base wants, and I believe is necessary for the long-term health of MTGA.

  14. Forced concede because opponent took too long

    Opponent was playing the scurry oak infinite life gain tokens combo and repeated it 170 times. While waiting there was nothing I could do, no instant response I could play. While waiting for the opponent to do their thing, waiting to draw a board wipe, I got a warning "You haven't acted recently. Act soon or you'll concede the game" although there was nothing I could do. When my opponent finally timed out and finished their turn, right when my turn started the game conceded for me, even though I could have drawn my board wipe. There is no reason…

  15. Display name

    It would be nice to be able to change one's display name. Personally, I would even be willing to pay to change my display name.

  16. Ranked bug

    I gain no ranked progress, its stuck at unranked. Ive played a lot of ranked games none of which i gained progress for.

  17. cant cast instants

    When opponent controls and cast your spells you are not given an opportunity to react and cast your own instances to counter. If you have instant in hand you are able to cast the game should always pause to give you the opportunity to cast it.

  18. Land won't tap to generate mana

    The pointed land was not highlighted for tapping. It wouldn't tap even with "auto tap" option.

  19. Received 20 gems in rare slot of Theros pack despite NOT having all of the rares from that set.

    I just finished a Theros Beyond Death booster draft event. I went back to the main screen, clicked "Packs" and opened my prize packs (one at a time). One of the packs (I believe it was the third one) gave me 20 gems instead of a rare, with the mouseover text "You have collected all of the rares from this set". Except I haven't collected all of the rares, I'm still missing about 70 rares to complete my playset. I feel like a kinda got screwed out of the contents of that pack, since I didn't get a rare after…
