quick draft
My quick draft got stuck on loading screen after the update.

draft game counted as a loss when my opponent conceded
I was at playing Throne of Eldraine Premier Draft. 6th game (my record was 3-2). My opponent conceded on the 11th turn, and my screen said Victory. I have the game record on 17lands, yet, I was given a loss and the draft screen said I now had 3 losses. I would like (at least) my 4 win prize and another draft. I spent 1500 gems.

Store not working
The MTG arena store will not let me purchase gems. I am trying to either purchase the $20 or $50 gems option to participate in the Decathlon pauper event. When I click on the button to bring me to payment, the store just gets stuck on the loading screen.
My username is f3_kf2#92968 and I am playing on the Mac app.
Since I cannot play the event during the work week, I would like to be either given the token for the event or a significant discount on the store if this issue is not resolved today.

cheating
I not surprised. This person cheated heaver, destroying all my creatures with out paying any mana or any thing. The person didn't even play a card. "Thank you" MTG for allowing this to happen on your game. Waiting for the day WotC close down or sell.

Cannot equip 10th Phrase (emote)
The 10th emote line (Phrase type) cannot be equipped, because you get a warning that you're over the limit, even though it shows you not being over the limit.

Fight with deathtouch doesn't kill opposing creature
Fought with a deathtouch creature and the opposing creature did not die, caused me to lose a match in draft.

Playing less and less. Tired of Fixed Wins and Losses.
I play over the board Magic three days a week, about 18-27 a week in total. In three weeks of play, I'll have one or two games that were landslides. I lose, no chance. It happens.
On MTG Arena, EVERY TWO OF THREE GAMES is a landslide, where one person has absolutely perfect cards to match anything you could possibly do, or gets ridiculous draws in dramatic contrast to your horrible draws at crucial moments in the game.
I'm so tired it and find myself playing less and less. I know I'm not the only one that's seen this. Streamers complain about it to thousands of followers. I don't know how WotC isn't embarrassed of the product they've put out.

land drawing
Hi,
I so tired with this land drawing system. for now, around 1 on 3 game I usually draw 4 at 6 land on a row. Even with deck that purge land. Please do something to rationalize this behaviour, it is a shame ...

Game won’t let me log in
I can’t log in on my phone it keeps saying waiting on server than says the authorization timed out if I hit reconnect I get a black screen if I re open the app it’s black screen again if I delete and redownload it it doesn’t work again if I log out and try to log back in again it doesn’t work

mulligan keep
I hit mulligan on the opening hand, but it kept the hand and did not mulligan. This was a ranked game

Report afk players
I would like to be able to report players who go afk when they lose. It happens way too often that when it’s very clear I’m going to win, opponents say Good Game and don’t concede but go afk. I have to wait out multiple time fusers, it’s just bm.

Spark rank matches not counting and rewards not progressing
Winning spark ranked matches are not counting for my rank, i can't get the rewards nor play other modes because the game is not registering the progression. I already won over 6 games and not a single one counted.

trying to change companion crashes game
Clicking on the "Companion" button in any context crashes my client. Whether I try to change it from the Profile tab or within the deck builder clicking on it consistently and immediately crashes the app direct to desktop. Client is running on Windows PC.

visual BUG
Sometimes after I play some minutes the interface present some visual bugs or in the top menu, where I cannot see anything except white squares or during the sideboard in match games as in the attached example. It's really annoying and all I can do is to restart the application. Can you fix this defect??????

Draft
During Wilds of Eldraine Draft, the server crashed multiple times and I missed my picks. There was no auto pick either. At the end of the draft, the picks that were missed due to the server were not there and left me with an incomplete draft pool. In the picture attached, I did not get to pick my P1P1 and its passed over my selection. The picture shows me on P1P3 with only 1 card in my pool. This happened multiple times during the draft, but I was not able to capture the log quickly enough. I wanted to select one of the black uncommons as my P1P1 but due to the error, I had to change my draft picks.
I am playing on a Mac. I used a draft token for I purchased from the shop the other day. Can I get my token back?

Event expiration date highlighting
On April 21 I joined an OTJ Sealed BO1 event and decided to not play it immediately because I wanted first to try the OTJ limited in some Quick Draft event.
As I always do when I start an event but I do not play it immediately I everyday checked the MTGA event showcase, in the homepage dashboard of the game, to see if the 48 hours countdown of the Sealed event showed up but it did not, neither did in the macrocategory of events "OTJ Limited events" where it usually appear. Beacause of that I was not in hurry with playing the event: I use to wait for that countdown starting to play some of my events and I rely on that. Suddenly I logged in and I found out that the event disappeared and infact I received the prize for zero wins, 200 gems and 3 OTJ packs. I thought it was a bug because the countdown did not showed up this time but after loggin out and in again the event did not appear. So I started reading all of your articles and announcements but I did not find any news about the fact that the Sealed BO1 was going to expire and neither I found an article where the expiration day of that event was clearly reported.
Maybe I am missing something but it seems to me that the expiration day was not underlined or clearly pointed out in your announcements nor in the game itself.
I know that it is probably my fault and that somewhere the expiration day was reported but it was not easy to find also after knowing the event expired and I thought that relying on that countdown was enough as it has always been before and that in some way the event exipration would have been better pointed out. I managed to obtain a refund, a sealed event Token, proving with some screenshot that the countdown did not show up but anyway a better highlighting of event expiration would be appreciated.IDEAS:
I suggest a better highlighting of event expiration date both in-game, where there only is a countdown that sometimes does not show up in the dashboard of the game homepage, for example if there are more relevants news about events, and in your announcements articles, where only the expiration of some events, just like Quick Drafts or Midweek events, is reported. Expiration date of long lasting events like Premier Draft or Sealed of the current set are noy easy to find. One could search in the Event Schedule but an in-game feature would be better.
This would be appreciated for all MTGA events and in particular for those that a player joined but did not already finished playing.I do not know if there was a bug with the missing countdown or if its absence was intended for the OTJ Sealed event, and in this case the fault was totally mine, so thank you WOTC for the refund, but something like an inbox message, or other in-games things like that, reporting all events that are expiring in the next 48 hours would be nice.

Separate Alchemy and Historic brawl.
Separate Historic Brawl and Alchemy please. Alchemy cards may be fun for some people but the drafting of cards ruins my enjoyment of the game. Please just give us access to historic brawl without alchemy.
