6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Always a cube draft
Cube drafting shouldn’t be something that’s a “treat”. There should always be at least one cube draft format available to play. Currently my friends and I basically don’t touch Arena unless there is a cube draft going, which we really enjoy but it’s stupid to have a game you like that you can’t play for months at a time.

Multi-Player Historic Brawl
Please add 4 player Historic Brawl option for MtGA. We, as the player base know, that “Historic Brawl” is essentially EDH, a format that was designed to be multi-player. For this reason, I’m suggesting the addition of multi-player historic brawl so the format can be enjoyed as intended, with multiple people.
This would also,I believe, increase the player base in the long term, and encourage people to play online with their friends. It would make a killer addition to MtGA14 votes -

Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire
I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.

matchmaking
Matchmaking in Ranked mode constantly pairs you several tiers above where you are currently playing; I'm playing on Platinum tier 4 yet I am constantly paired up against Diamond tier players. Like I get it if I've ranked up that far consistently but I have literally made it to diamond one time... I'm an okay player but this just makes getting a couple wins to get rewards take hours and ultimately not rewarding or fun.

Overhaul Matchmaking
So i understand you get a lot of complaints about matchmaking and I have a Suggestion that can fix this.
Matchmaking should create a pool of potential players using the following categories and then narrow the search in this order.
Play Time
Total Cards in Collection
Win Loss Percentile
MMR
Each category should give about a 5% up/down leeway similar to Dark Souls 1 matchmaking. This way players match with other more close to their level. If you don't find a match it increases the Leeway by an additional 5% every minute that passes41 votes -

During the pick phase of a Crimson vow premium draft the game freeze and was impossible to continue the draft phase. Must play the draft with random cards...

Cards not showing up after purchase
I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..

Loss suffered during matchmaking
I was in Quick Draft waiting for a game to match. The "cancel" button disappeared as if I had matched. I waited for about a minute, then the "cancel" button reappeared. I cancelled the matchmaker only to find out that a loss had been accrued to that Quick Draft. Can I get my gold/gems back for this?

stop cheating
I suggest Wizards stops cheating openly by manipulating the opening hands.
I have played MTG since 1994, and using MTG Arena for long enough to own 3 to 4 copies of every single rare and mythic cards (which also tells you how much money I put in the game).
Whenever I create a new deck, the stats of my opening hands are consistent with what the probability calculus predicted.
But after a week (?), I systematically experience impossible odds, like 4 games in a row with NO lands, or just 1, or 6 lands...
The probability to have 4 times in a row an opening hand with only one land (with a 60 cards deck containing 24 lands) is 0,020736%
Yet this happens at least twice a day, every day.
So unless you don't want me to play (and to give you an average of 150€ a month), please just stop it (or give me my money back because you cheat)

Infinite Life Combo Bug
I faced an infinite life combo which made the game last over 30 minutes and the game forced me to concede do to "inactivity". I would have won the game in two turns but the game skipped over my turn when his combo finally ended do to his round taking so long. Match Against Bot with Invalid Deck (cards not in collection)
Hi.
I have a suggestion about match against bot.
In physical game, I can get a card from my friend or in a shop to test a deck before buy the cards.
In MTG Arena, I can build a deck with cards not in my collection.
But a deck with cards not in my collection, I can't play matches against bot to test this deck.
Is it possible to allow a match against bot using a deck with cards not in my collection to test?12 votes -
Unable to join Premier Draft
Put 1500 gems on premier draft and when trying to join queue i get "network error: unable to join event".
Please fix or refund or fix and refund!

Your game is full of hackers and modders
I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. This game is minimizable and crossplatform meaning people who are playing on pc or phones are using third party apps. No one can prove it and only you can I’m not putting a single cent into this game until it’s fixed. In reality which this is no one is allowed to cheat. So why am I being dealt this problem on a daily basis? In tournaments they would be banned for life for committing to those actions, mind you in reality people do cheat but that is the circumstances they’d be dealt with. You cant say there isn’t cheaters because I’ve been dealt with many different problems that do reoccur. Duplicated cards at hand as soon as the timer fuse runs down even a mm. Cards that could have been played earlier on in the game “but they decided not to” like cmon man. That’s not even the beginning. There are players destroying cards without using destroy card abilities or exile abilities. There are players making me skip my turns without even using time warp cards. There are players cheating you can’t say that doesn’t sound fishy. Because when in reality I could play the same decks as them and I’d never get those kind of hands maybe .0004% of the time I would but it’s not every game like most of these so called “lucky” players get. **** I’ve even come across a couple people using the same deck as me LURRUS companion and using cards that are waaaaaaaaaaay over 2 cmc and bringing them back to the field like cmon if that isn’t enough proof for you to check into the servers and fix the root of everyone’s problem then I’m gonna quit. Well wouldnt that be a waste of 200$ I put into the game just he move an inch up the ladder. Like I know there are a lot of good players out but I could pick and see who the real players are to these cheaters who claim to be “competitive” like the players who actually put a pretty penny into the game. I love this game I’ve played it since I was a kid don’t let these players ruin it for others because I’ve had 4 friends who quit already because of it. And people claim it’s algorithm when clearly it’s not. Those are the very people that claim people aren’t cheating in the game and they say “git gud” like I’m 2-3 weeks into the game I’m new as **** to this app but I put money down to get the cards I need to win the games legitimately. Makes me wonder if half these players who do cheat put anything into the contribution of Mtga growth. I don’t wanna have to deal with this every game. The reason I put this into bugs is because this bugs the **** out of me when I do everything to get to where I am in the games ranking for historic. Oh and for your information lurrus can only be used if people have non land permanent cards that are 2cmc or lower. This alone proves that players are cheating to gain ranks. Please don’t get rid of lurrus either I just spent nearly 200$ to create my lurrus deck.

I am missing cards from my collection. Half of my decks are saying they are missing cards.

Did not receive Draft reward
I won three games in a Crimson Vow premier draft. The reward (1000 gems and two packs) appeared on screen with the Claim Reward button, but after that I did not have those rewards.

Flash Bug?
Why can I not cast a flash based card in response to my opponent's spell? There was no other card on field with flash , and I had the correct amount and type of mana. Can you please fix this game, inbetween random crashes, and all other sort of ****, this is why I would never recommend or spend any money on this "game" in it's current state, probably lose some friends over this if I did.
