How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. Wingbane

    Wingbane Ventasaur in the Arena Cube entered the battlefield and instead of conjuring Naturlize or savage stomp it summoned knight errant of eos and he was able to summon to cards from his deck which lead to a victory of the game for him.

    約束された終末、エムラクールを唱えた時の対戦相手のコントロールを得る効果で、スマートフォンだと相手の手札から呪文を唱えたり出来ない。(土地やクリーチャーの起動効果は使える)

  4. 破壊放題のテキスト

    破壊放題じゃなく
    大量破壊の間違いでした
    四種類のパーマネントを破壊する
    元はオデッセイでしたが
    サンダージャンクションにも手配書スタイルで入ってる赤緑のカードです
    ワイルドカードで作ろうと思ってるのですが
    日本語はカードテキストがｗｗｗみたいになっているのです
    ちゃんと使えるかが心配なので
    早く直して頂けるとありがたいのです

  5. Unctus ability not costed properly

    Can't choose between {U} or {U/P}. Forces to pay 1 mana, which can be paid with any color.

  6. Timer runs out while client processes mana sources

    I had a bunch of eldrazi spawn tokens and when I tried casting a very large Kozilek's Command, the client slowly sacrificed each token and my timer ran out. Why is the client's automatic processing of mana sources SO slow??

  7. Fix your shuffling algorithym.

    I shouldn't be screwed over 6 games in a row in limited when I paid for gems, just to have my opponents back to back to back to back to back to back draw the perfect hands and the perfext followups while I get either screwed for land or get all my high cost first and NONE of my low costs. Mulligans are a joke and just end up giving me a repeat hand of the same cards.

    REAL LIFE MAGIC THE GATHERING IN PAPER FORM HAS NO NON-SENSICAL CRUD AS "CARD DECK WEIGHT" REMOVE THAT GARBAGE.

  8. Game crashes after opening pack

    Game crashes after I open a pack and hit continue. If I switch to a different tab it works fine. But if I hit continue or next to the card to move to another pack it crashes. ALSO WHY IS IT SO HARD TO REPORT A ******* BUG. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. ALL THSES STEPS JUST TO HAVE YOU IGNORE THE ISSUES.

  9. Unable to use Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator second ability while tapped

    Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator is not illuminated and it's second ability is unavailable when tapped. No cards where in play that suggest inability to target cards in graveyards nor inability to sacrifice. Ability was available when untapped, but after the first ability is used, the second was unavailable.

  10. Sideboard not working

    I was just playing and when i got to sideboarding i wasnt able. I was clicking on the cards like shown in the video below but nothing happened

  11. Waiting for Server

    Have gotten the "Waiting for Server" popup in every game today. Multiple times have had this happen after a period where it looks like the opponent should be acting only to have the game speed ahead to where I've missed a turn. Not having connection issues with any other app on my PC/network. This is ridiculous since I've dropped multiple games in ranked now where I can't even play when I was close to rank up.

  12. Flinkfuß-Stiefel vs Schwert von den Hügelgräberhöhen

    Wenn eine Kreatur mit der Ausrüstung "Flinkfußstiefel" (oder damals Mantel aus Flüsterseide) ausgerüstet ist sollte sie laut Beschreibung der Stinkfußstiefel nicht das Ziel von Zaubersprüchen oder Fähigkeiten werden können die dein Gegner kontrolliert (es sei denn durch einen globalen Zauber wie z.B. "Zerstöre alle Kreaturen" oder "Alle Kreaturen erhalten -x -x o.ä.)
    Eben habe ich erlebt wie eine damit ausgerüstete Kreatur alle Fähigkeiten verlor weil die ausgerüstete Kreatur die dies auslöste die Ausrüstung "Schwert von den Hügelgräberhöhen" trug welche u.a. besagt "Immer wenn die ausgerüstete Kreatur Blockt oder geblockt wird, verliert jene Kreatur alle Fähigkeiten bis zum Ende des Zuges.

  13. Assemble the Team does not count as a green card in hand for Force of Vigor

    As title indicates Assemble the Team, despite being B/G does not count as a green card for Force of Vigor, see attached screenshot. Easily reproduced in every game.

  14. Bug Client tried to auto charge me for a new bundle

    When I opened the client, because one of its pages opens up a transaction link on Steam it tried to get me to buy a bundle without warning or explanation. Only when I realized that it responded to a stray click while it was opening did this make sense. The client should never be trying to force me to pay for something from the opening page. Ever. Thankfully, I caught it in time and it did not actually steal my money on steam but it should not have the chance to do so for the unwary user. Please fix this…

  16. Arena App crash

    After opening occasionally it will crash randomly and on occasions the menu options will not have any text on them. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra. 02-26-2024

  17. Helm of the Host bug

    Not sure what was happening in my last game, but somehow my Helm of the Host was creating Esper Sentinel copies, even though it wasnt equipped to him, and whenever I finally equiped it to my Narset, it created a token copy, then the Legendary rule triggered for some reason.

  18. Premium draft matchmaking

    How does this happen? Matches up from platinum 4 against #23 in the magic universe. I understand it can be anyone anytime, but dang am I outmatched. Didn’t help I was handed a mulligan hand.

  19. Unable to target a second creature with Trick Shot

    During a OTJ premier draft, I was unable to target a 2nd creature with the 2 damage using Trick Shot in multiple games.

  20. Invalid Tokens Created with Calamity, Galloping Inferno and Terror of the Peaks

    When you saddle 'Calamity, Galloping Inferno' with 'Terror of the Peaks', only one token is produced, rather than two like any of nonland creature. This has happened within multiple matches, all of which cost me the game victory.
