How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    IPhone 15 Pro Max

    Game does not load past black screen
    open the game on ios freezes tried deleting and re installing did the same thing

  2. Bloomburrow mastery orbs deducted, but did not receive reward

    I have reached lvl 28 on bloomburrow mastery (no mastery pass). I should have received mastery 3 orbs. I remember using 2 orbs for sleeve reward.
    I now have only one orb left, but I can't use the sleeve in deckbuilding, nor can I see the sleeve received at the mastery shop.

    Has anything like this happen to someone else? I have not found any other bug reports about this.
    Can this be fixed?

  3. vaultborn tyrant

    While playing against 2 alternate art Vaultborn Tyrants, I managed to kill one and its ability sets off because it wasnt a token. BUT neither was the tyrant that replaced it. It was another alternate art look alike of the same card. 3 tyrant cards, 2 on the board and 1 in graveyard all looked identical.

  4. Arena stays on the loading screen unable to load up, and i am not able to play the game.

    When i try to load up the game to play it, it stays at the loading screen with "checking for active matches" message showing, and it never loads.

    i have checked off the list every possible way to troubleshoot/fix the problem on my own; i have reset the laptop multiple times, reset the internet, made sure my game was updated fully, made sure the version on my laptop is up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, installed it on a different platform (steam); none of this worked.

    The laptop performs every other function just fine and appears to be…

  5. Sideboard is not working!!!!

    I can't use my sideboard cards between games! It has costed me many games and time. I hope for serious compensations for me and the community who plays BO3.

  6. Cruelclaw's heist should be banned from all standard blocks now and into the future.

    There was already a card in the format that does the same thing for the same total cost called "Binding Negotation" except it doesn't have it's extremely overpowered ability where the caster gets to cast the card.

  8. Wrong rule interaction?

    When Kemba's Outfitter enters the battlefield, and I have the double-faced card Halvar, God of Battles / Sword of the Realms in my hand, I can't choose Sword of the Realms for the effect of Kemba's Outfitter. Is this correct or a bug?! Playing MTG Arena on my Smartphone.

  10. Rules bug with Waterspout Warden (Arena)

    Waterspout Warden should gain flying if a creature entered even if that creature died (via removal etc.) before combat. Currently, Waterspout Warden appears to miss the trigger in such a case.

  11. Casting spells with alternative costs

    You can't cast spells from exile using alternative costs if you do not have the mana open with lands eg: using phyrexian mana or convoke. They only work if you have enough mana open to pay the original casting cost.

  12. No ETB triggers for any frogs

    No ETB triggers for any frogs.

    Valley mightcaller not scaling while dreamdew enters. No request to tap opponents creatures or my own to get card draw on second dreamdew. Cliff top not fetching for land. Only started mid-match when two cavern of souls were in play. Lost a ranked match and logging out for the day. Can’t seem to get wins from all the bugs every time I try to play ranked.

  13. serra emissary issues

    I had used unburial rites to bring a serra emissary into play, i chose enchantments, yet it was targeted by haphazard bombardment twice, last i checks haphazard bombardment was an enchantment and it specifically targets 4 non enchantment targets...protection from something means it cant be targeted by whatever it has protection from. maybe fix that.

  14. Game froze during mulligans

    Playing BLB draft and the game froze before my turn, I was on the play, it looked as if my opponent was just not selecting their mulligan, the timer counted down on their end and then just froze at 0. I couldn't select anything, I was never given priority, and nothing happened for about 7 minutes. Eventually, I had to close and restart Arena (which I did without conceding, because I did not want to suffer a game loss for this). When I logged back in, I had another loss marked on my draft.     The ranking system on my account is stuck. I keep on winning but the **** rank stays where it is. I spent a lot of money in cards. What am I gonna do? I want to reach Mythic

  16. i played since 1991 and when your cards were all stolen and you turn to online only, it really blows goats, there is nothing 4 free plyrs

    lifetime members are leaving hardcore and only collecting richard garfield era cards FYI it was made for fun not greed idiot capitalists

  17. Game locked up when trying to cast Nissa, Ascended Animist

    Tried to cast Nissa, Ascended Animist while Defiler of Vigor was in play and the game locked up on the screen where I select either normal green or phyrexian mana. The last mana dropdown was blank so I couldn't select how to cast it. The Done and Cancel buttons didn't work. Rebooting the game put me right back on this screen where it stayed until I lost due to a time out.

  18. Springheart Nantuko + Corrupted Shapeshifter Instantly kills shapeshifter copy

    Playing through a draft today, enchancted Corrupted Shapeshifter with Springheart Nantuko's Bestow alternative cost. A land entered the battlefield, I paid for the activation to create a copy of the enchanted creature, was prompted with the interface to select the power and toughness of the new token copy, selected, and upon exiting the UI the token was a 0/0 and died as a result of state based actions. I lost the game because of this incorrect rules interaction, as the token should have still retained a power and toughness as a result of its "as enters" text.

    Gilded Goose unable to sac a tapped food token. Token tapped to pay for improvise. HUD highlights that card is castable, but1 mana short because of goose.

  20. Eviscerator’s insight wouldn’t allow me to sacrifice a token

    In a limited game I was convoking eviscerator’s insight with a zombie token due to party thrasher and I was not allowed to sacrifice the token as the additional cost
