How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Counter target spell Instant cards doesent counter targeted spell

    I was playing Ranked with my deck All Blue and in two ocations my cards that counter spells didnt counter at all. More over they trigger oddly: there were instants, and when i play them, they make me target the spell (that never happen before) and when i oddly target the image of the card that was visually blocked by my card and the legend <Are you sure you whant to target xx with xx?> (that never happen before) and i click YES; The spell was not countered that way and enters play and resolves. The cards i encounter this…

  3. Niv mizzet + curiosity circumvents rules on infinite loops

    As I understand it Niv Mizzet and curiosity results in infinite combo where no interaction is possible, is this not against the rules. It should result in a draw not in a win for its use.

    If this isn't the case why is the Vito + Exquisite blood combo not allowed.

  4. The system auto-passed my turn

    After using "light up the stage" and with one mana open, the game passed my turn when I had a spell available to play. This error caused me to lose the match. "Light up the stage" hit "wizards lightning" and "skewer the critics." My one land was "ramunap ruins" and I had a wizard, "ghitu lavarunner," on the battlefield. I should have been able to cast "wizards lightning."

  5. Game defeat without a reason

    My Premier Draft game ended with defeat randomly at the start of my turn, 15 turns in to a game. No explanation was given, and there was no reason for the defeat. What gives?

  6. Constructed Rank not working

    In a standard ranked best of 3(Traditional standard play), I won the first match, and my opponent quit the game so we didn't play the other matches and the "Victory" word appeared, but no points where added to my constructed Rank. I was at platinum 4 with zero bars out of six, and after the game was still zero. I think that in this case, if the opponent quit, and the victory was displayed the bars should be filled, such as in "standard play" mode

  7. Game crashes constantly on mac

    please fix the mac client asap, game crashes constantly upon taking the first action after start up. and also please give us full screen support. honestly it's embarrassing how bad this client performs

  9. Game crashes

    Game crashes at multiple occasions. Quite annoying if you just spent 10.000 gold to take part in a premium draft (and the game crashes while drafting = random card & while playing = loosing).

    Is it possible to redeem the 10000 gold?

  10. Game Crash during draft and sealed

    i got a lost at my sealed cause of crash during game and 3 lost in a row during draft...i pretend my crystals back...this is an arena problem and we all should have the refound.The game crash during play and don't let me rejoin in the current game...but it only let me enter after the time is out and i got a loose!
    I want my sealed and draft crystal back!

  11. Crash during battle

    Hi !

    Crash during sealed match while the turn 2 and impossible to reconnect to the match. The game load and when "Ready" is displayed on the screen, the game crash again.

  13. Sparky freezes

    Bug since last extension went on and while playing direct match with Sparky. If you're playing a deck including "Brideciel allègre" (in french) Sparky is unable to play instants that would involve a mana cost adjustment and the game freezes. All we can do to resolve this is to leave the game.

  14. Incorrect game loss

    I was facing a player in ranked historic. They played Approach of the second Sun and I countered it. When they played it again it won the game, the first cast should not have triggered as it was COUNTERED.

  15. Orah, Skyclave Hierophant DID NOT ACTIVATE WHEN KILLED

    I played Orah on my next turn after my opponent wiped my field with Ugin the Spirit Dragon (so my graveyard was full of creatures with cmc 3 or less). My opponent then dealt 3 damage to my Orah, but when Orah died, Nothing Happened. Seems like Ugin The Spirit Dragon has been causing tons of issues lately

  16. El juego se bloquea y se cierra a media partida y es imposible entrar hasta que se ha perdido la partida.

    El juego se bloquea y se cierra en partida y es imposible entrar hasta que se ha perdido la partida. Soy nuevo y he perdido todo mi oro en el draft el cual estoy perdiendo porque se me cierra el juego y no puedo reconectar, al intentar abrirlo de vuelve a cerrar....
    En el draft me ha pasado al empezar la partida, llevábamos 4 rondas .
    Otras veces me ha pasado al final de la partida.

  18. Kaya's ghostform failure

    Adding to the reports. Kaya's Ghostform is currently not working at all. Had my commander exiled with Etrata with the ghostform attached. It didn't trigger. Please fix this.

    Everytime time the Game crashes, I can not enter the Game again. After serval Minutes I can me log in, but the Game that i was playing , I lose every time.

  20. el juego de cierra en medio de una partida

    en medio de una partida se cierra el juego y al volver a conectarme para poder terminar dicha partida me crashea y sucede seguido ... ya perdi 4 partidas por culpa de este bug por favor arreglenlo ... esto sucedio desde la ultima actualización o cambio de evento
