How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game locks when opponent concedes at ranked
Game locks when opponent concedes at ranked.
- The game does not disconect.
- User menu cannot be acces by ESC key. The only way to quit is by closing the game in windows.
- Cards animation and graphics engine still working.Not the first time that happen. Player concedes inmediatly after played card animation finish.
Always with odd names players. In this case: USBSoundDevice
I think that "Raal, Izzet Viceroy" triggers it... Hard to say if it is a bug or a hack. I was playing murderous raider on him. Or maybe rage quiters are broking the game XDGame locks when opponent concedes at ranked.

Player Block System
It would be nice to be able to block certain players from your queue when finding games.
I find that I am up against the same players over and over again. Some they autoquit when they see my name. Some I do the same to them knowing that they are going to play a deck that I'm not fond of playing against (i.e. mill or mono red)
Mainly though to get rid of the players that don't do anything. I find most of the games I play are against those. They time out at mulligan and time out one first draw. They are not even there. Not how I want to win.
I've had 5 wins in my daily quest without a single advancement in the quest.
Being able to add players to a personal block list when queuing up a game would be nice.It would be nice to be able to block certain players from your queue when finding games.

Bot AI in Draft is rigged
Hi MTG Arena,
I have read online and watched many a video when i became suspicious of your Draft Bot-AI, i recently won 3 games in a row in a draft and wondered if the rumours were true and i would get my face smashed in for the next game. Lo behold, i was mana flooded for like 6-8 turns and lost as a result. Ok, well, looks dodgy. 5th game, the Bot AI decided to just play a Ruin Crab turn 1, second Ruin Crab turn 2, and mill me for the next 4 turns till i was milled, and in that entire time, all the cards the bot played were uncommons. There needs to be more transparency in how the bot, shuffler and deck/skill match making is done, that Bot.AI deck was almost a premade and i've decided to quit MTG Arena, it's just not worth it. I've recorded all this on shadowplay if you want a copy, it is complete Bull.

iPadOS app performance
Hello! I’ve started playing Magic Arena on iOS and iPadOS and love the new availability. However, the iPadOS app seems to lag behind in terms of performance, which surprises me. On my iPhone 12 Pro Max, the performance of the Arena app is great, with close to 60 FPS performance and few frame drops or awkward moments.
The iPadOS version however, falls behind. On my 2018 iPad Pro (arguably a better machine than my phone) the app plays in 30 or fewer FPS, scrolling horizontally through a large battlefield has issues, selecting lands from a stack is frustrating, and the images seems stretched to the screen incorrectly.
I would expect the iPad app to be the premier way to play Magic! Pokémon TCGO, for example, is only on iPads, and runs well (despite the quality of the game.) I would love to see the iPad app jump up in performance and UI in the near future.

Xp and challenges for mastery pass not showing up?
When I am on the main screen of MTG Arena I can't see any of my XP progress for the mastery pass. I also can't see my daily events/challenges that give me coins and XP. Is there a limit to XP I can gain in a day or is this a bug?

historic brawl decks not working
I cant play Historic Brawl, it doesn't let me select a deck. My historic brawl deck cant be selected for some reason, it has the red exclamation mark appear on it, but when I hover over it, it does not list the problem (it does this with all of my incomplete decks too, my standard decks are fine). Non of the cards in my deck are illegal for historic brawl and the ones that are banned in other formats I've replaced with legal cards and the deck still does not work. I was able to play Historic Brawl when it was an event and the first day it was made a permanent format (only the first day as I was waiting for the life total to be fixed).

Decks disappeared, can't import or build new decks
After the update and hot fixes yesterday, all of my decks disappeared. I can't use the big + button to create a new deck, and I can't import a deck either. Clicking on any button on the Decks screen does nothing except Collection, which does show up properly.
Also if I try to "Add to decks" for a draft deck, that doesn't do it either, the deck doesn't show up in Decks. My wife's and son's accounts signing into the same client on the same computer do not have the same problem.
Please help! I can't play any constructed or challenge friends to limited battles!

Ranger Class bug
I played traditinonal Standard Event.
Ranger Class grew up LEVEL 3, but As long as I view Library, I could't see librery top and play library top creature. (sorry, Library top is Lair of the Hydra in the picture. and Japanese.)

Modern
Please add formats like Modern and Legacy into Arena eventually. There are large amounts of people like me who would very much like to play them and put money into the game in order to play them, yet refuse to play MTGO (because of its horrible UI) or paper (I prefer playing lots of matches daily, and in a videogame rather than a physical card game with social interaction).
I am sure that you would make great amounts more profit if you added such older formats to Arena. There must be very large amounts of people like me who are willing to spend money on Arena to play them.
And if such an amazing decision were to be made, could you communicate to the playerbase on the plans to do that eventually, instead of having us wonder about the future of Arena for years and years and only ever getting info right before releases. This seems to be a huge issue in general, for example even though we are supposed to at least get all Pioneer legal sets into Arena, we have not heard a single word about Shadows over Innistrad remastered yet, despite Amonkhet coming a year ago and Kaladesh something like 7-8 months ago. Can't you at least communicate to us on what the current plans and schedule are for such things?

Lost connection to server during ranked match
Connection to server was lost during a ranked match, it was not on my side, it was a server issue. my game reconnected to the menu, and my rank didn't change.
I start another ranked match and win it, and instead of ranking up, it acted just as if I lost...
Fix your servers please, you can't just crash me like that and then denying me the next win like wtf???18 votes -

Going second ruins gameplay
Went second 7/8 of my last games, wiping me out of two drafts. I find that going first or second is bursty. Either I’m going 2nd all day or 1st. At this point I’m stepping away from the game and might try again in a few years if bo1 ever starts to rotate position.

Full control issues
Playing on android. I was trying to cast mystic reflection on Hoplite. I press and hold the appropriate button to enter full control (player avatar button), I see that full control is active so I play Hoplite but the spell just resolves rather than holding priority to cast the mystic reflection. I had more than enough Mana to cast so that wasn't the issue. This happened 2 games in a row, both games I could have won if the game was working as intended. Worked fine before when using the same card on phylath, and now I can't get it to work, as soon as I cast a card the full control mode disappears and the spell resolves instead.

Valkmira vs Battle of Remembrance: same thing as Revenge of Ravens, suppose to 1 damage from opponent source and did not. if could join screenshot it would be great.

1) Two-Headed Giant
2) FNM/Event style modes, available for friendly battles
3) Historic Brawl
4) Ranked Brawl
5) In Friendly Brawl matches, and all game types, allow for best of 3.

Lands not tapping for mana
Asset errors abound. The tap lands were entering untapped, then in the future they wouldn’t tap for mana at all. The game was lagging and skipping around.
Attached is a photo where the game is asking me to pay one more mana but it will not allow me to tap my temple.

unable to cast instant spell
Unable to cast spell during combat - had mana available and the opponent did not have any way of stopping or preventing the spell.

I obtained the mastery pass and had finished it a week ago and was just getting infinite cards as a reward for a week. I forgot to place the orbs - i had all of them. I won't get credit for them now that the mastery pass has expired(I thought it expired next week, not now).
If at the end of a mastery pass you haven't placed them they should just be given randomly to you.
also, can you just make it so placing them is instant instead of taking like 5 -10 seconds to place them?

New cards missing
I’ve been missing several cards (notably rare and mythic rare) cards from new packs I just opened.
On at least 4 occasions, I opened a pack to find a card that I really want to add to my existing deck, then go into deck builder immediately, and the new card is simply missing. I search by name, rarity, colour and nothing...
This seems to happen quite often.
