How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

draft loss
My Dominaria Draft united was ended unexpectedly because of bug. I had drafted the cards and was about to play the game but then it gifted me 1 pack and 50 gems. I had used a token.

Stuck in login queue. It says they're experiencing a heavy load, but it never actually logs me in.

Game crashes whenever Mox Amber is played
Whenever either player plays Mox Amber, my game crashes and I can't get back into the game until I rope out in that game. I can reopen arena, and everything works, it says its joining the game, and then right when the screen starts to fade to the tabletop screen, the app completely shuts down again if Mox Amber would be on the table

Charbelcher
Goblin Charbelcher never lets you see what cards are being counted on producing the damage. It always does 50 damage. Please explain how the player always magically flips the exact right combination of cards to do 50 damage. How is this still not fixed?

Harbin, Vanguard Aviator
While playing my last duel, I had it in play with 7 other soldiers. None of my creatures that attacked were given flying and Harbin was brought into play that turn. Harbin says you need 5 or more creatures for them to get flying. Am I missing something or is it strictly soldiers that can fly?

forced concede
I was playing a sealed event with lethal on board, and my opponent was timing out. then they passed priority to go to my turn, and then suddenly the client said I lost game and we moved on to sideboarding before game two. the whole client didn't crash, it was just that I was forced to concede this game that I was about to win.

Witness Protection did not work on Ashaya, Soul of the Wild
対戦相手の「野生の魂、アシャヤ」に「証人保護」をつけた際に、エンチャントしているクリーチャーはすべての能力を失うと書いてあるが、アシャヤの「あなたがコントロールしていてトークンでないクリーチャーは、それらの他のタイプに加えて森・土地である。」という能力だけ消えず、他のクリーチャーに土地・森タイプが付与されている状態になっていた。そこからマナを支払われ、相手にアクションを起こされ、対戦に負けた。保証請求お願いします。
It says that when you put Witness Protection on your opponent's Ashaya, Spirit of the Wild, the enchanted creature loses all abilities. is Forest/Land in addition to those other types." only the ability didn't disappear, and other creatures were given the Land/Forest type. From there, I was paid mana, my opponent took action, and I lost the match. Please make a warranty claim.

Everything stuck, black loading screens
At 2005 i couldnt see any cards and same for my opponent i guess. At 2010 my opponent exploded and got stuck in a black loading screen. Was not enjouing that.

Client Froze on after casting spell
After casting a spell the client stopped responding. I picked the target of the spell, the spell showed on the right side on the stack. It was my opponents priority, but their timeout timer wasn't counting down. Waited a while, rebooted the client and there was a loss recorded. I wasn't able to interact with any cards, I didn't have a countdown timer. I was still able to access the menu. This happed when I cast a spell for lethal on my opponent which is a bit sus.
Not sure if this log has any info. It was after rebooting…

incorrect library count during play
I am not sure how to replicate it but when i was playing standard ranked today, there were three games when i looked at the opposing players library and they had more than 60 cards in their library. Twice i saw over 100 cards remaining in the library with more than 30 cards in the graveyard. I am not sure if this is a bug, or if there is unsanctioned stuff going on.

Magma Sprinter didn't let me put oil counters down at ETB
Cast Magma Sprinter (the two and a red uncommon that on ETB put two oil counters on an artifact or creature you own and then return Magma Sprinter to your hand at the start of your end step if Magma Sprinter is oil counterless).
Yesterday it worked fine.
In my latest game it didn't let me target any of my other creatures on ETB (or even itself). it didn't add oil counters at all. My Ichorplate Golem didn't like this.
Neither did I... especially with the game as close as it was.

Priest of Possibilities
When attacking into high defense and indestructible creatures, PoP sends all damage except 1, through to the opponent. This only happens when PoP has indestructible and trample.

Actions were delayed by minutes when my connection had a high ping in the hundreds of ms
Something is seriously wrong with the net code of the game.
My internet IS having issues, I'm getting ping spikes nearing a scond, sometimes up to 2 seconds!
But the game is delaying my actions by minutes and bugging out in the process.
At one point I had an instant constantly showing on the stack, even well past the turn it was played on. Often I had the timer rope going back, even though the button said "opponent's turn". These bugs aren't a big deal, but the net code having minutes long delays IS a big deal, as it lost…

slive hive lord bug
bug (?)playing my sliver deck with sliver hive lord which make all slivers including itself indestructible. opponent played ajani strength of the pride 0 cost ability and exiled all my slivers. same exile happed with conclave tribunal. so indestructible doesn't stop cards from getting exiled?????

Resolution on Mac after last update
Have resolution problem after last update. Before that didin't have any issues
I play on 1440x900. Thats highest resolution on my Mac and one and only one available on MTG Arena. No matter if I play on full screen or in window. Still don't see full card description :(52 votes -
Forcing alchemy
Stop putting alchemy as the default for decks and playing. I dont want to play alchemy. I hate it, the implementation is awful and has pushed me to not even want to touch historic.
On top of that I get put into alchemy que accidentally because y'all are trying to force it down our throats by putting it as the default deck building format and default que. I have never once wanted to play alchemy or make a deck for it.
If your going to put that garbage into arena at least stop trying to force me to "try it…

Alchemy in Arena
Hello, I play Magic from almost 25 years. In the last times I tried Arena, with wich I'm active around 2021. As for now I find it quite interesting. I hope and believe this game will become even better in the years!
About that, I'd like to suggest some changes in Arena on Alchemy, to my opinion these changes will satisfy every player of every format.
My suggestion are simple as they're based on my player experience and my observation about other users reactions on Arena features.

Bugs with games
For the most recent draft I did, I lost two games due to bugs. For the first game, my spell targeted the incorrect creature. For the second game, an enemy creature was able to attacking without having the arrow that signifies that a creature is attacking.
