3. Brother’s War Premier Draft lost first round counted as two losses!

4. Touch the spirit realm + Kami of Transmutation

   Bug in which if Touch the Spirit Real can exile itself due to being an artifact (with Kami of Transmutation for example), then it will not return to the battlefield.

5. MTG Arena will not open on PC after BRO update

   I downloaded the Brothers' War update in order to play Arena on my PC and it wont launch. Gets stuck on the initial black screen with the Arena cursor there on the screen.

7. Reckoner Bankbuster not activating at instant speed

   Crewed and blocked with Reckoner Bankbuster, and tried to use the activated ability, but it would not work. I had 4 mana, still had 3 counters on the Bankbuster, and triple checked all of my cards and my opponent's cards on the battlefield; nothing should have stopped me from activating the ability.

9. Infinite login loop: I log in and the application start loading (gathering local files) to just send me back to the login screen

   I'm in an infinite loop, I just login the application starts loading (gathering local files) and I'm again at the login screen.

   If you have the same issue, create a new "post" and vote up all the other posts with the login issue!

   It is simply ridiculous that on the "Server Status" page is everything "green"!

10. Thryx

    Thryx the sudden storm makes my opponent's spells also cost less/can't be countered. I tried to negate my opponent's zendikar roil and saw it was saying that am I sure to target it with negate. I checked everything and my opponent and me had nothing that would make my opponent's spells uncounterable, I had a Thryx, the Sudden Storm, which says that only my spells with mana value greater than 5 cannot be countered. When I went ahead to try to counter it, the negate did not work and Thryx showed the ripples that usually come from being the reason for something being uncounterable.

12. Double vision and Flame of the Firebrand

    There is a bug with Double Vision and How it interacts with Flame of the Firebrand. On the second copy of the spell, it refuses to let me select ONE target. Please see my screenshot. I lost my event due to this bug, please re-emburse my entry.

13. Arena didn't pass priority to me during declare attackers / declare blockers step costing me the game.

    I had a board full of green creatures, Karn the Great Creator, one untapped land, multiple tapped snow lands, Sculptor of Winter and a food token on board. My opponent cast Brave the Elements, giving his board protection from green. I passed priority then, hoping to activate the food token after my opponent declared attackers. Sadly it didn't happen - my opponent attacked me and before I could react I was dead. The game didn't grant me priority to untap my land to pay for food token sacrifice.

    I ended up on -2 life so the food token would give me one more turn to survive and hopefully win the game.

14. Game gets stuck

    TLDR: The game got stuck without any apparent reason, here the details:

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug - Random game, can't say how to reproduce it
       

    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS) - This time happened in my MacBook, but this happens SUPER frequently in Mobile (at least in 2-3 out of 10 games)
       

    3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing - I can't perform any action in the game; I can open the settings menu and click 'concede', but nothing happens. I do visualize the two timers running out, after the second timer runs out, the game stops any interaction. The only option I have is to close the game and open it again.
       

    4.   Enter the expected results of the feature - I've read many folks experiencing the same, as some of them, I also suspect this is a connection issue. It seems to me that the game needs to be more resilient to support connection issues like high-latency or slow-speed issues. I believe it could be feasible to give the game the ability to detect this (based on user inactivity) and provide the user a chance to recover.
       

    5.   Add any relevant screenshots/videos - Attached
       

    6.   If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps - The only workaround I've found (in mobile and Mac) is trying to be very fast in detecting the game got stuck (it is a little deceiving because sometimes you don't know if it is just your opponent thinking or waiting for his next move) and when it happens I quickly restart the game.
       

    The workaround is super annoying because in the best case scenario when you resume the game, your previous turn has been skipped or the opponent has made some moves to get meaningful advantage without me being able to respond.

    FINAL NOTE - Wizards, please pay attention to this, I work as a Product Manager, and I can say, based on the number of reports related to this and based on my own experience, that you are losing user engagement and, therefore, money.

    When this bug started to happen often to me on my Mobile, I stopped playing Drafts on my mobile, so I don't waste my precious gems playing matches on mobile where the game is very prone to fail, now I only play quests on mobile to mitigate the risk in case of failure.

    Now the bug happened in my MacBook, I am really discouraged from playing Drafts, therefore, buying gems, which was the usual scenario where I buy gems on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.

    Anyway, the only reason I am reporting this with so much detail is that I really enjoy the game, and I hope you can fix this issue soon.

16. Cards destroyed stay on the battlefield

    Today, while I was playing a draft, the destroyed cards would stay on the battlefield. They didn't attack, could be used or had any interaction with cards in the game, BUT they didn't appear in the graveyard, so they couldn't be reanimated (I lost one match because of this, since my dead creature was in the battlefield, even though it has received a disenchant some turns before).

17. REMOVE DRAW SMOOTHING

    I’m really sick of playing drafts and drawing more than 50% of my lands in the top ten cards of the deck. This making me draw an average of five lands across all my games doesn’t work. I got one game where I flooded out months ago and my land variance still has yet to level out. You’ve created more non games for me on arena than I’ve had in 15 years of playing paper magic.

    Between alchemy and fudged decks statistics, you’ve made a game that isn’t magic anymore.

    I’m not a six year old with sticky hands, and I’d prefer my deck wasn’t shuffled as though I were. This season is the worst for it by far. Consistent diamond players should never get stuck in their reset rank, and they don’t in other games where the devs give a **** about players sticking around long term, and not gouging their wallets in the short term.

    I seriously cannot put my disgust and disappointment with the integrity of this company into words appropriate for a feedback board.

    I’ve spent a lot of money on this game, and I’m sure with enough research, between draw smoothing, false promises for releases on this platform, and alchemy and the half assed cover up for it, consumer confidence and product integrity laws have been broken somewhere. I should probably liquidate all my crypto anyways, and lawyers fees to watch WOTC bleed is a pretty good way to spend it IMO.

    I’m putting magic as a whole down, and focusing my mental energy into more important things. I have little faith things will improve, and I haven’t spent 15 years boiling this game down into a fun loop of opening packs while not playing, and creating fractions in my head while playing, just for every part of that to be treated like toilet paper by money hungry development. I really hope you guys realize companies like this are the reason stock prices are plummeting, while you’ve still got that all time high to ride on.

19. Client getting stuck when timing out with one target selected for compulsorily multi-target spell (Sylvan Smite)

    I was playing a game of Brother's War Alchemy (yes, this was a long time ago - I tried to submit a ticket then, but I couldn't log in with either Chrome or Firefox to access this page - the same problem persists, but this time I decided to try Edge when reporting another bug and it worked for some reason - and then remembered this old bug; the "sign in" button on this page:

    Anyway, sorry for the tangent...

    I was playing a premium draft game, when attempting to use Sylvan Smite in the middle of combat. I had selected one target, but not the other, when I ran out of time outs (rope). What happened was that the gameplay moved on, but the Sylvan Smite remained on-screen, prompting me to select the other target, but not allowing me to select any. This lasted a few turns (me being unable to take any game actions) until the game ended.

    During some earlier set I had experienced the same bug (even on a different computer and operating system, MacOS vs Windows) when timing out while having one target of a multi-target spell selected, resulting in a state where I could no longer interact with the client for the rest of that game, with the client showing the timed-out multi-target spell as if still on stack.

    I started a premium draft of All Will Be One Alchemy.

    Everything seemed fine, until end of pack 2, when with just a couple of picks left, the draft bugged. My internet worked fine with a browser. I tried shutting the client on and off multiple times. Each time it took forever to connect. Also, once I was shown the state of the draft as it had been (I think 2nd re-try), but at other times in the ONE Alchemy draft, I was merely shown "start draft".

    After a while, I decided to leave for a few hours to let you sort it out. When I came back, it was still "start draft", with no deck from the draft I had been in, not even auto-picks.

    My gems are still gone too.

    I hope I included the correct log file (with the draft shown), as I restarted the client many times.
