1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

getting gemreward before cocmplete collection
I do not have a complete collection of Retro artifact when opening packs I get the 40/20 gem reward instead of new cards added to my collection.
I think the same has happened for Brothers War mythics. But that was on my phone and clicked on through before getting the screenshot.

Jump In event "Add to Decks" button doesn't work
After selecting the packs for the Jump In event, i pushed the "Add to Decks" button. Usually it brings up a notification saying that the deck was added successfully. however since the 10/02/22 update, pushing that button does nothing.

Opponent cast sludge monster, which activated its ability on my Sheoldred, the Apocalypse. I used infernal grasp to kill it while the abili
Sheoldred the Apocalypse is treated as a horror by Sludge MOnster.
Steps: 1. opponent summons sludge monster.
2. sludge monster ability goes on stack, targeting my Sheoldred.
3. I cast Infernal Grasp, killing sludge monster while ability is on stack>
4. Ability resolves, giving ***** counter to Sheoldred.
5. Sheoldred gains ***** counter, but retains power, toughness, and all abilities.
Using PC. Unsure about opponent.
I expect the ***** counter to work on Sheoldred, as she does not have "Horror" as a creature type. ***** counter does not work.

Can't add more than 3 copies of Young Pyromancer
My deck says I only have 3 copies of Young Pyromancer, but it won't let me add the 4th copy. The card has 4 lights over it, indicating there are 4 copies in the deck. But below, in the actual deck, it says there are only 3 and clicking the card will not let me use the plus button. I have a screenshot but can't attach it because you don't let jpgs or pngs attach.

Ikoria Lair of behemooths Mythic Booster problem
So I was opening an Ikoria Lair of beheemoths Mythic booster and it gave me as a reward for collecting all the mythics in the set some gems when I haven´t even collected 6 of them. Not only they did not give me my mythic card but they didnt give me any gems neither.

Enemy could activate ability without enough mana
Enemy could activate ability of Elvish Warmaster (5GG) without enough mana.
He had 4 green mana lands, tapped 2 fo these to cast Gala Greaters and the activated the ability of Elvish Warmaster with cost of CC7 (5GG). With Jaspera Sentinel he had only mana for CC4.

lost game after trying to queue for a new game
So i trying to queue for a new game after 1:30 min waiting for it. i clicked cancel tried to queue again and found one in 20 sec. Played it, lost, and when i came back to draft screen i had 2 lost games instead of 1 which ended my draft.
I expect a full refund on this. I couldnt even get back to play again. It was a Premier Draft Dominaria United4 votes -
Koma can't stop planeswalker's from activating abilities
Using Koma, Cosmos Serpent's first ability, you should be able to on upkeep tap a planeswalker and prevent it from activating it's ability. However, as I recently discovered on magic arena, you cannot. Your opponent can still use their planeswalkr abilities the turn you use Koma's ability on them.

Two Headed Giant
Something which my friend and I have repeatedly lamented is the lack of sufficient multiplayer options in Magic Arena. Currently Arena offers the capability to play private 1v1s as the only direct method of enjoying the game communally. While we do discuss our decks and current matches together, the lack of a format such as Two Headed Giant certainly hinders the ability to play the game cooperatively. Seeing as how this feature was present in Arena's predecessor Magic Duels, as well as the prior 2012/2013/2014 Duels of the Planeswalkers games, it makes Arena's lack of 2HG or private free for…

Stats Sign Up on Website Replicable Error Message Preventing Enrollment
Hi Folks, This is a web-site issue. I am new to Magic Arena and have been trying to sign-up for the end of cycle stats a link to which you sent in a recent e-mail. The screen-shot below is the error handling message I've been getting over the last few days. I have replicated the same problems on Apple iOs, Mac OS Ventura 13.2, and the most recent MS Windows OS. I have tried in the Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari web-browsers.

Missing Information
Since Phyrexian download cannot view number of gold and gems in upper right corner. Also, cannot view number of packs to be opened along with card texts missing from all cards. Im using Windows and the status says that everything is operational.

Infinite Mana Bug
I was playing a draft and I found this glitch made by my opponent, Mr. Todd. (Thank you)
At turn 2, with only 2 lands, my opponent Mr. Todd cast a blue creature spell 4/3 with mana cost of 5. (I don’t know how)
At turn 3, with only 3 lands, my opponent Mr. Todd cast a black creature spell with mana cost of 4.
At this point I’ve drop the game.
I think this is a very BIG BIG problem.

I keep seeing text in Arabic
Every once in a while I see text in Arabic in MTGA, even though I've set it to English. I've never used MTGA in Arabic, my system language is Swedish and has never been Arabic, and I've never been to any Arabic speaking country.
Edit: It turns out this isn't Arabic, it's Phyrexian, a constructed language invented specifically for MTG. Maybe it could be useful then to add somewhere where it says that that's Phyrexian so that people don't get confused.

Why are the Praetor's, especially the none standard legal Praetor's, appearing in sealed pools.
I play sealed to experience the new set and to collect the new set. If you're going to add the other Praetor's let them take up a different slot in the pack, not my rare so that I'm getting jilted on ONE mythics. This happened twice out of three drafts and the second was vorinclex which isn't even standard legal and so is mostly worthless to me since I don't have the spare cash to pump into being able to play historic.
Please stop it, I want to play the set. I would prefer to get a refund but 400…

Matches don't start
I'm on pc. When the match start I can see only the battleground but I can't see avatars and the option icon and can't select my initial hand.

please quit fixing draws
quit fixing draws with the smooth bs or out right rigging the game against players so they spend more money. i just tried 2 drafts and same thing both times 1st game 2 lands i die 2nd game 2 lands i die 3rd game OMG my deck works as built i crush my opp 4th game i draw 12-14 lands out of 16 lands and lose
