How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. autotap prioritizes generic mana over mana with a beneficial effect

    Why does autotap prioritize generic mana abilities when using Yuna, Grand Summoner? If she gains a generic mana ability (for example enduring vitality) the autotap always selects it over her better built in mana ability. WTF?

  2. Achievement progress entirely lost

    I logged on today and noticed that all progress I had on uncompleted achievements was lost, and all my color mastery achievements were gone (showing -1/10). The only achievements that remain are the "Core Achievements" that I've completed.

  4. Bug report

    I can not add fourth copy in the sideboard in the game. Only way I can have four copies is to import decklist. I'm on Android

  5. Great train heist should have a stop in combat

    I just lost a game because combat was skipped because all my creatures were tapped or entered this turn. But I could have cast Great Train Heist during my combat phase, giving me another combat phase.

    Please put a stop at the beginning of combat when Great Train Heist can be cast.

  8. Invalid card able to be played in standard

    Just lost a match to a great deck and when I went to recreate it, it says one of the cards the other player was using, Unholy Annex, is an invalid card. How can he play in standard with an invalid card?

  11. Remove Alchemy from Cube

    I'm tired of you ruining cube with Alchemy cards. I DON'T KNOW THESE CARDS. I CAN'T PLAY AROUND THE MOST BUSTED CARDS IN THE CUBE BECAUSE THEY'RE FAKE CARDS THAT I DON'T WANT TO PLAY WITH. Cube used to be my literal favorite format on Arena, but you've ruined good real cards with Alchemy "balancing" while introducing clownshoes Alchemy mechanics and cards that were apparently designed by a 10 year old for all the restraint they show. So much for "restrictions breed creativity." WotC design is dominated feckless children.

  13. Bad game mechanics

    Get rid of bad mechanics that kill the game. I suggest the following:

    Heist. I want to play my deck vs an opponent's deck, not part of my deck vs the other part of my deck.

    Companion. How is it fair for an opponent to have an untargetable extra card in hand.

    Get card from outside the game. Now this is just stupid. How is it legal to grab a card from basically nowhere to put in your hand. why not play a land deck with all your staple cards "outside the game" and untagetable.

  16. alchemy needs its own format.

    These Alchemy cards are WAY TOO BROKEN. It sucks the fun out of the game when someone can drop a 5/5 that gives ALL the creatures in their deck perpetual +1+1? thats ************.

    Every brawl deck i go against is just Alchemy cards. Whats the point of playing brawl when all im going to do is be power crept out of cards I cant even play with in paper?

    this is DUMB as ****.

  17. Can't equip more than 9 phrases emote

    In the emote selection section of the profile, I cannot select more than 9 phrases.
    The counter below the list correctly shows the correct number selected and gives out an error when going over 15.
    The general error of "cannot equip more than 15 emotes of the type phrase" appears after the 10th emote is selected, disabling the confirm button.
    Selecting and deselecting a sticker eliminates the error and reactivates the confirm button, but when pressed it shows another error and propts you to discard any changes.

  20. too much removal in Standard, attenuate it moving forward

    Moving forward, please cut down the amount of non-land-permanent removal in new releases. To a certain threshold, larger board states make the game more interesting and the 90th percentile board states in Standard atm are trivial.

    FWIW, there's so much cheap Black removal (much of it uncounterable) + sac health card advantage (e.g. Phyrexian Arena) atm that one can trivially brew an "all-kill" kinda' OP 1-3 mana "control" deck + Cavern of Souls (to make your 2-3 win-condition creatures un-counterable).

    But more importantly, this sort of deck is very unfun and uninteractive to play with and against.
