How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Midweek Magic Prize
This week's Midweel Magic was Pauper. I clearly didn't have enough cards in Pauper to build a great deck and struggled mightily to get my third win, and then it only happened because the other player bugged out before they could even start playing. Imagine my frustration when the grand prize was a CARD STYLE! I get that it was free, but card styles are a terrible prize and if I'd have at least had warning that that was the prize, I wouldn't have continued past the first two.

Network problem and can't play card + visual bug
During Pick-Two Draft Through the Omenpaths draft, 2-0, in turn 2 i tried to play a phantasmal Vision, the card was selected, internet is normal, but the server bugged and pass my turn / run my clock, after this the screen backed to a 2-0 and search a match, but after search for a match, the game return for the last game in my opp turn 2, without play a phantasmal vision

Limited rank stuck at bronze tier zero
I have won a lot of games in limited draft events but my rank is still bronze tier zero, it never changes

omniscience quick draft is falling
Avatar omniscience quick draft is falling
I I entered the Avatar Quick Draft event with the Omniscience emblem, but the program wouldn’t let me finish it. Every time I started a match, the timer froze and the game wouldn’t begin. I wasn’t able to complete the event despite having no losses.

Multiple Issues due to update?
A few hours ago I was still active in the Final Fantasy Draft, going 3-2 with 1 life remaining. The remaining time for the event was about 5 hours. Right now, this shouldn't have been elapsed, but the event isn't active anymore and I also didn't get my packs nor gems.
When this started, Arena had serious difficulties with matchmaking. Both pc (Steam) and phone (iOS) had no connection issues, but I was "waiting for opponent" forever and if the match pretended to load, it didn't proceed to any gameplay.

Draft cancelled during down time
I was in a draft during the recent issues, a quick draft. Couldn't connect to play partner so I closed the client, reloaded and now it shows no record of me having been in the middle of draft.

Bug during draft cant see cards
Drafting Avatar TLA (premier draft) , got into pack2p1 and all of the sudden I dont see the cards anymore.
See a photo i took from my iphone while this happen attached.Thanks for the understanding and lmk if any more info is needed

Cant see booster cards during Pack2pick1 onwards
During a MTG premier draft Avatar TLA all of the sudden during Pack2P1 I couldnt see the carda anymore, see attached image.

stop forcing alchemy
Stop forcing alchemy into everything. We don't want to be forced to play Alchemy every time there's a midweek Magic event. It's pathetic and worthless and it sucks. Stop printing 5 color goodstuff commander and stop foricng ******** alchemy into every single format you fat idiots push out. It's pathetic and the alchemy ******** is so pushed and forced. And you guys ruin the game with this.

Yargle Day Achievements do not work post patch
A Frog of Culture and Death by Vanilla are still not working today.
I built a deck containing the minimum number of Dominaria cards and even made sure to use the original Dominaria printings just in case and it did not log.
For death by Vanilla I played a single Savannah Lion and then only counterspells and removal. My opponent conceded around turn 6.3 votes -
Issue with Achievement Rewards
When playing the Yargle event, I noticed my achievements haven't been awarded based on my gameplay.

Premier Draft for EoE and other events not showing. Was unable to open EoE Packs.
Signed up for a Premier EoE draft, and was in the middle of drafting when Arena bugged. Logged back in and no recent events were showing (EoE, Quick Draft Tarkir, etc.) Was also unable to open EoE Packs, Arena stated that rewards could not be received at this time.

Updtate bug : draft ff
I was drafting ff then suddenly the system crashed and after a few minutes I realized that it was due to eoe upgrade, but i lost my coins and cant even draft and play. I want my coins back

Quick draft bug
I played a quick draft event and got 3 wins and 3 losses. However the quest : Complete three quick draft matches has not been updated and I cannot redeem it. It is stuck at 0/3 win and I can't go on with the other quest.

My quick draft dissapeared, i was starting a game, then my game crashed, after that i had an update, after finishing the update my quick draft dissapeared

No Fleem cosmetic
I am writing regarding a missing cosmetic item (“Fleem”) on my MTG Arena account.
I preordered the Mastery Package well before the preorder deadline and opened 10 packs. However, after logging into MTG Arena, the Fleem cosmetic was not added to my account and does not appear in my collection or cosmetics inventory.
I have already checked my Inbox, Collection (including “Not Collected” filters), restarted the client, and logged out/in, but the item is still missing.
Could you please verify my account entitlement for the Mastery Package preorder and grant the Fleem cosmetic if it was not correctly applied?

Festival XP didn't increase mastery pass at all after unlock 1000 XP from completing 5 of the achievements
