Modern Horizons 2 Limited Events/Draft
Dear MTG Arena Team!
I would like to inquire whether a Modern Horizons 2 Draft will be offered in MTG Arena in the foreseeable future. I have noticed that many cards from Modern Horizons 2 are already available in the client, which is why I am wondering whether a corresponding Limited event is planned or whether a date has already been set.
I would greatly appreciate a brief response regarding the current plans.

Kicked out of premier draft game causing loss
Randomly Kicked from Duskmorn premier draft game and given a loss.
During the match I was randomly kicked from the game (sudden black screen, no loading or "waiting for server") and was returned to the draft screen. I had no loss at first but after checking the deck when I returned to the screen I had 1 loss. It happened so suddenly I wasn't able to capture any footage or screenshot. Illegal cards played in standard event
I played traditional standard best of three event, seed of hope was played. It was out of rotation after the release of edge of eternities. It doesn’t have a reprint in Spider-Man. How is it being played in a standard event?

December Qualifier Weekend
December Qualifier Weekend - Wrong dates/information displayed/provided.
The dates information provided via emails to qualified players and on the official webpage Qualifier Play-Ins and Qualifier Weekend Information (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/qualifier-play-ins-and-qualifier-weekend-information?utm_medium=playerinbox&utm_source=arena) seem to be erroneous.
As per the webpage and the screenshot provided, qualfier weekends usually hold "Day 1" on Saturdays and :Day 2" on Sundays. However, the dates indicated are December 12 (a Friday) and 13 (Saturday). This would mean that, as per the webpage, the BO3 qualifier play-in is on the same day as the qualifier itself... which doesn't make much sense.

DRAFT BUG
During a premier draft, I got disconnected, and when I came back the cards didn’t show up, but the timer kept running until I lost by timeout

Friends List Broken
Playing arena on pc, whenever trying to direct challenge or add friends the list is not showing up properly (image attached) and I am showing up as offline to other friends. I have tried updating, installing, and repairing game files but nothing changes afterwards.

"Complete three quick draft matches" tracking/reward bugged
This quest is available to me, and I completed an Edge of Eternities Quick Draft, but I didn't get completion of this quest. It still shows 0/3 for some reason. Seems to be a common bug?

Events/ Banned Cards
I inadvertently found a bug on a Traditional Standard Event. I entered an event prior to the bans happening and then after the update with the bans, since I had already submitted my deck, I was able to play with banned cards.

Kazuo, Ruthless Rival not using first strike with Rhino’s Rampage
I used Rhino’s Rampage on Kazuo to fight a deathtouch creature. Kazuo has first strike on my turn, but still dies to the deathtouch creature. This is bugged and happened in my sealed event leading to a match loss.

Draft
Draft : during few pick step, i have no visual on the cards... so, the time run out and automaticly pick a random card.

Blank board, unable to start match
During the currently running EoE Arena Direct, I received a match loss for a game that didn't even start.
The board loaded but there were no decks, hands, pets, or avatars. Just two timer icons and the blank board. I waited a few minutes to see if it would load, then eventually restarted the app. Upon loading, I noticed I received a match loss for that non-match (I was 1-0 prior).
I spend a lot on these events. Can you help me?

Jump in
Since Bloomburrow I have not been able to restart the Jump in event. I was hoping that with the update of this new set the problem would be solved but I can't use my Jump in tokens.

Monstrous Rage played in Standard Event?
Played against an opponent using banned cards in a standard event. They played Monstrous Rage against me.
This occurred on the 2nd of July (NZ time).
This was unfair and it cost me the match, costing me potential gems.

Graveyard and death triggers
I just played a limited game where hama the bloodbender and callous inspector failed to trigger. No clue from the inspector. No exiled cars to play from the bloodbender despite multiple targets. I lost the game due to this. Any way to get a refund in gems?

Mastery xp from weekly xp quest is not adding to my mastery pass total.

Proposal to Integrate Play Points as an Entry Option for Arena Limited Championship Qualifiers
Please consider allowing players to use Play Points to enter the Arena Limited Championship Qualifiers. Play Points provide a clear sense of progression and reward players for consistent participation. Allowing them as an entry option would make the event more accessible and help more dedicated limited players engage with high-level competition.
