Draft Refund Request – Server Crash
Hello,
I was playing a Draft event on MTG Arena today around 11:30 AM Paris time. Everything was going well until the servers suddenly crashed, and I was unable to reconnect for a while.
When I finally managed to log back into the client, I saw that I had been given a loss, which broke my winning streak. This defeat was not due to my play but to the server crash.
I kindly ask if you could refund my Draft entry as compensation for this inconvenience.

Fix asap auto win for ******** 😤
Fix the dam drafts, after making my deck went to play my first match but it seems only that I wanted to play while my opponent name TYREL DIDN'T EVEN CHOOSE his starting hand and that wasted my time for over 15 minutes when a match only takes maybe 5min, so now starting at 1 auto loss because people came just walk the **** away 😑 come on stop the dam scams

In a sealed draft of the Through the Omenpaths edition, he counted one more defeat for me, so I had to abandon the draft earlier than planned.

Didn't receive draft prize
I've finished a FINAL FANTASY Quick Draft with Omniscience Emblem with a 6-3 record but I didn't receive the 850 gem reward.

Client stops working when trying to log into any kind of draft. Specifically stops working when I try and start. Premier Remix Draft: Artifacts. Would just like my 10,000 gold back as it seems like it will leave the que soon. But would also like this fixed soon as I really like to draft and I just cannot draft.

Quick draft challenge reward not working
- How to reproduce (most likely this is the cause): I have started a Quick draft for Aetherdrift about a month ago using the quick draft token you get for starting but I just played one match and then didnt open arena for a week or so. That means the event ended with me having only 0:1. There was also no rewards collection message, no nothing. After that I played two Final Fantasy drafts, one 4:3, the other 7:1. But the challenge for "playing 3 quick draft matches" is still at 1/3. So just start a quick draft with this challenge…

Standard event unearned losses
Same bug as others below, when playing a standard event, the server added additional losses to my total, even after wins. This happened on an event every yesterday as well as today. I was therefore cheated out of being able to compete for reasonable prizes for my entry fee.

Error Updating Data
App froze mid way through a game, restarted but got stuck on "Error updating data" for over half an hour. Game had timed out and lost by time I got back in. No connection issues on my end, seems like a bug

Divine Resilience - Failed
In todays foundation draft at 11:35 gmt, in game 6, Divine Resilience, kicked, only made two of my creatures indestructible, even though I selected my entire board, I stopped and made sure the blue lines were going to every creature that was in combat, as it was a crucial moment.
The fact that a technical issue lost me the game there and then is very infuriating.

Mid-week magic gives me gems instead of a card reward at least once a week
At least once a week, midweek magic gives me 20 gems as a reward rather than a card. There are plenty of uncommon cards I don't have, but it just gives me gems if I have the card it chooses first. 20 gems is so disappointing, you can't buy anything with 20 gems ...

Errores en partidas
La verdad es que más allá de que el algoritmo que se usa, tiene un comportamiento la mar de extraño, quiero reportar que en varias partidas que he jugado , significativamente no se lanzan las habilidades de mis criaturas, las del oponente siempre funcionan a la perfección, en mil partidas nunca he visto un fallo en el oponente

Free loss in quick draft
I was 2-2 in tarkir quick draft. I got connected into a match, but got "kicked out" to the quick draft screen. I clicked "play" and won the game, but after finishing it I got both a win and a loss, thus ending my draft. I want a refund.

Please let the Arena community know that Omenpaths is the online version of Spiderverse more clearly and ahead of time
Please let the Arena community know about Omenpaths being an online version of Spiderverse more clearly and sooner so that those of us who had been hoping and saving for Spiderverse don't inadvertently spend all the coinage we have on other things because we think it is not coming. It would have been nice had Arena made the connection between Omenpaths and Spiderverse more explicit on the app itself. As it is, it was frustrating to find out later, only after I spent all the coins I had been saving for the new set.

Continue playing in event after 3 losses (!)
It is possible to continue playing a deck that has 3 losses in a limited event.
Reproduction:
1. draft and build deck.
2. open arena on PC with the event page open, i.e. with the win/loss counter visible and play button in bottom right.
3. without closing app on PC, open arena on mobile with the same account.
4. Play until 3 losses
5. press "reconnect" on PC arena app
6. The cached version of the page is displayed, with amount of losses and wins present as when cached.
7. Pressing play puts you into queue

Inaccurate Rankings MidWeek Magic
In MidWeek magic this week, I had a diamond icon next to my name, as did my opponents. My opponents definitely played diamond-level, but I am bronze in limited and platinum in constructed - I have never been diamond. Please fix this in future events.

Competitive
I've worked my way through the ranks to plat T4, but have in a previous season been Diamond T2, and i keep running into decks that should be Mythic level and win turn 4 or 5. How do you expect competitive play to be exactly that competitive when decks in themselves, i think, should have a rating attached to them, especially with a deck that has a load of mox or p9 cards. where is the curve exactly on how matching up with another random player fits into the game, i should only be matched with people in same tier…
