How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Scurry Oak infinite combo

    I've been losing matches with Scurry Oak infinite squirrel combo, becasue my time ends even If I didn't interact with the priority of my opponent, On my turn, my time is also consumed with the combo of my opponent. Time of my opponent only should be consumed and not mine. Becasue on my turn I have a response to clean the board

  2. Alchemy historic

    Wotc the changes to historic cards in addition to alchemy makes me think your abusing ***** or common thrives. There is no reason whatsoever for this change you even have to code in the original first so it’s not about card copies and if it is then fix it. No one cares if you wanna make alchemy go for it but please don’t nuke historic. But on the brute side we are not whores cause whores get money when you *********, you won’t even give us back wild cards….if this happens I’m done

  3. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  4. "Set collection" tracker should only include cards actually in packs.

    According to the set collection tracker, I am missing 13 cards from Kaldheim. So if I want to finish my collection, I should buy Kaldheim packs, right?

    As it turns out, those 13 cards are special uncommons from Kaldheim theme boosters. I can buy all the Kaldheim packs I want, and it won't make one iota of difference towards the Set Collection tracker.

    This feels horribly misleading. The Set Collection should only track the cards that are actually in packs.

  5. deck list goes solid white

    After every game when it comes to sideboarding my decks list gets a white highlight with some cards box being completely whited out

  6. Please don't mix Alchemy with Historic

    If those changes happen I will uninstall the game, I love mtg and have played for more than 15 years now, I have my Arena account since the closed beta and have convinced multiple of my friends to ditch other tcg's for Arena. I play exclusively historic, as I prefer non rotating formats, a long time ago you promised to implement Pioneer onto the client, but you lied about it, now you plan to terminate the only eternal format available without ant consideration to your player-base.   7. Cut down not working

    The cut down card isn’t working it won’t allow me to even cast it it’s happened 2x in the past 24 hours.

  8. Game crashes whenever Mox Amber is played

    Whenever either player plays Mox Amber, my game crashes and I can't get back into the game until I rope out in that game. I can reopen arena, and everything works, it says its joining the game, and then right when the screen starts to fade to the tabletop screen, the app completely shuts down again if Mox Amber would be on the table

  9. reclamation sage being forced to destroy artifact or enchantment

    1) Using Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to bring back Reclamation Sage forced me to choose an artifact or enchantment without letting me 'Submit 0'. The card says "you MAY destroy".

  10. Game registered as loss that I actually won

    I won a game by casting Crushing Disappointment with opponent on 1 life and me on 17 (I think - double digits anyway). Arena registered it as a loss. My 3rd loss as well so I couldn't play any more games with my draft deck!

    System says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" so I'm trying without the game log now.

  12. sealed loss

    I just won a game of sealed but it was counted as a loss. I was 1-2 going into the game. This "loss" puts me at 1-3 meaning that I can't play anymore games. I don't know if it is relevant, but my opponent conceded during their second main phase.

  14. Server Connection Issue

    I was casting Shivan Devastator, when the connecting to server screen popped up right before I could select a value for X. Once the server reconnected, the Shivan Devestator remained suspended as shown in the attached screenshot. Previously I had cast a Time Warp I had gotten from Key to the Archive, after attacking with my Ancient Copper Dragon so I could get the treasure tokens to cast the aforementioned spells. Had there not been a server issue, I would have won the game right there, as the Time Warp would have allowed me to attack again. Instead, I almost…

  15. Game Crashes during match

    game crashes when looking for an opponent during Premiere draft. attempts to restart the program and re-access match in progress does not work. program initializes, finds match in progress, attempts to load game, hangs up and crashes. results in a time out of the match and a match loss. once match is over i am able to relaunch the client without crashing

    I had ~8 tokens of Ratadrabik + 2 tokens of Teysa Karlov as well as:
    Sheoldred, Trostani Discordant, Lurrus, Kethis and Old Rutstein
    when the opponent casted Blood on the Snow which got the stack up to ~254 or 256 and ended the game on a draw due to some 'GreError'

  17. connection lost

    Connection keeps dropping; Connection Lost

    The MTGA client was working just fine. I played a few BO1 matches with no issues. Then, in the middle of a game, it started freezing. At first it was momentarily, then it froze altogether and I got the windows "program not responding" message. Since then, I've been unable to establish or establish and keep a connection to the server. I've tried a number of resolutions:
    1. Restarting the client.
    2. Restarting my machine, then the client.
    3. Uninstalling MTGA, then reinstalling.

  18. Card in hand stuck in stack

    Playing on Android, should have taken screenshot but didn't think about that.

    I ran into a bug where a creature I tried to play got stuck in the stack, and the game continued as if it was in my hand. The card was not playable from the stack.

    I attempted to play a creature, and the game transitioned to my opponent if they wanted to play an instant. There seemed to be a connection issue, and when the game resumed my creature was stuck in the stack area and did not continue to resolve the interaction.

  19. Disable alchemy

    I suggest an option to disable alchemy from Arena for hardcore magic players who are not interested in these new versions.
    I understand that you are trying to be innovative and some players may actually like Alchemy. But, consider that the real MTG players don't want to be bombarded with spams of alchemy events and boosters.

  20. Deck Shows Incorrect Wildcards Required

    I have imported a deck called "Mono Black Mid" which I want to complete construction of with Wildcards.

    The deck itself is "highlighted" with the coloured Lotus which indicates it should be able to be constructed. In addition, hovering over the deck indicates the following Wildcards are needed to complete the deck : -
    * Common 1 (I have 49)
    * Uncommon 8 (I have 56)
    * Rare 15 (I have 25)
    * Mythic 11 (I have 11)

    Every time I try to construct this deck I get an error message "Not Enough Wildcards - You don't have enough wildcards…
