How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

ninja ability not working
hi, I entered the event jumpstart historic horizons and got my deck as a mix of ninjas and vampires. during several games I couldn't use the ninja ability from creatures in my hand when I had unblocked creatures. that strongly contributes to the deck not working since it is based on that. it doesnt happen all the time. sometimes I can use the ninja ability and some others not,

Daily Quests gone, Strixhaven sleeves not working.
Two issues:
My Daily Quests, Friends list, etc. at bottom of home screen is gone.
When I go to change sleeves, where the five college sleeves should be, there are 5 standard card backs.

Not recieving any rewards for winning games + no quests shown in main menu
Hello I have a big issue as at the moment - I have one many games in standard and ranked and I have not recieved ANY rewards - absolutely zero gold and xp for my wins. I also cannot see any quests in the main menu.
I have spent on the pre release for the pack for strixhaven.I would like my gold and xp given compensation for the games I did not recieve rewards for and if possible the quests to be fixed.

Book of Exaulted Deeds
- Reduce enemy's health to zero, then exile an angel that has an enlightened counter on it from Book of Exalted Deeds (I used Candletrap)
- Mac
- Opponent was able to continue playing; game did not end
- Opponent should have lost the game once angel was removed from battlefield; game should have ended
- No on images, but log attached
- N/A

AFR Draft Problem
Did 2 AFR drafts and after the 1st lose on both drafts I was sent back to the home screen and could not play more games as it had reset and given me my 0 win reward. I would like my 5000 gold back 750 gems. Thanks

Nine lives working wrong
Nine lives is currently not putting the correct number of counters on during combat. No matter how many creatures attack it only puts one counter on instead of the number of unblocked creatures.

Ugin is an un-fun design cannibal
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a design cannibal. Arena would be a more diverse and enjoyable game without him.
Playing with him:
Ugin undermines the design choices of the decks that use him. There are lots of very interesting top-of-curve spells that could be used in long-game decks. When Ugin was reprinted, the hard work and creativity that went into designing those cards was stamped out by one obvious 'best' solution. Ugin (and to a less offensive extent, Ulamog) are the best top end for virtually any long-game deck. None of these decks need Ugin, but all of them are…7 votes -
Display battery level on mobile device
It would be nice to see my battery level in the corner of the screen. I forget to charge my phone sometimes, and then the battery dies and ruins the game.

Quitters need to quit
My idea is to get rid of the ability to back out of a duel it's a complete waste of my time to battle someone and have them completely quit when the cards don't go their way or give them some kind of penalty for constantly quitting

Product Suggestion
The lower daily goals are kind of lame and could use some spicing up.
Maybe make some of them goals like win 3 in a row, or play a deck based on color, maybe do like double kill in a turn, I can come up with more if needed, though I'm surprised wizards haven't thought about it...Here though the biggest suggestion I have is to fix the new persons free starter decks. I haven't been able to get any sense the blue and white ( first on after the mono colors ) which I've logged on nearly everyday. Still…

Lost Connection symbol
When the game crashes or the client has temporarily lost connection. Can you show a broken connection symbol so the other player knows you are not roping them on purpose.

Flameskull bug
My flameskull was tapped down by a blue enchantment. I targeted/killed it using Burning Hands. I expected it to be exiled so I can recast it, but it just went to the graveyard. I am playing on iOS.

Easier reporting of cheaters on mobile devices
Make an easier way to report cheating for mobile users. I see players using cheats often enough to know this is a recurring issue, yet reporting these incidents is made even more frustrating due to the lack of enforcement and burden on the user to prove a cheat occurred. Example: a player used all mana to summon Ugin, then used his -10 ability immediately after. And I could not report this because I don't record myself playing. There needs to be anti-cheat infrastructure added immediately.

Faster Mastery Tree Orb Fulfillment
I'm the kind of player who gets the mastery pass at the end of a set's life cycle, right before a new set releases. I like to get all the rewards at once, and while I like clicking through all the progression rewards to see what I've earned, clicking through the mastery tree orbs to get all 25 card styles at once is tedious and time-consuming. It would be really great if there was an option to use all the orbs at once and skip every individual orb animation. Of course, it would make sense to have the option to…

Feature Proposal: Option to Disable Card Background Animation
Just a minor quality of life suggested improvement.
If possible, without a heavy lift on the programmers, would be greatly appreciated an option to disable the seamless background animation on the card background styles.

Triggers make sound when sound should be off
Hi,
This bug happened on Arena for Android. I turned off sound in the application (all sliders to the very left. Suggestion: add a mute all sound button). No sound/ music is playing, as it should, EXCEPT for the sound that plays when triggers go on the stack.11 votes -
Sideboard in Direct Challenger
Today I had the same issue. When I was playing a direct challenger with a friend at best of 3 games, we only saw the first seven cards of our sideboards. We also had the same issue playing a tournament match between my friend and I.
After cancelling the direct challenger, our deck were automaticly mopdified deleting the last 8 card of our sideboards.9 votes -
Oglor, Devoted and Gyruda, Doom of Depths GRE Error
Whenever I blink Gyruda, Doom of Depths, if I have Oglor, Devoted Assistant on the battlefield the entire game ends "GRE Error" and a draw. It happens when Oglor tries to apply it's effect to the card, but Gyruda has already pulled the card before it resolved.
