1. Standard ranked....

   So I've been playing on here for weeks now, and I was really excited to use the starter decks to gain "rank" up to the platinum level. As soon as I made it into the LOWEST level of platinum, I am getting utterly destroyed by players with way more time and money invested. I am only winning one or two games for every 10-12 games I play. How am I supposed to continue enjoying this game if I only show up here to get destroyed by high-level players? Go ahead and look at my game history and you'll see it hasn't even been close. On the few games I have won at this level, it seemed that is was a result of the other player just not getting good cards drawn. Seriously, can you at least make room for beginner to intermediate playes to play each other instead of getting destroyed by veteran players? Is it even fun for those players to keep dominating newbies? It doesn't help them craft better decks and get better and it certainly doesn't help my desire to continue playing

2. Service drops on Android

   Service drops on my android are basically a death sentence, due to the long load time for the game. Also the boot up is inconsistent. Sometimes it will return me to the match, sometimes it takes me to the main screen, then I clicked to begin a new match it will put me back into my current match, sometimes the que just keeps counting and I lose. Im not to tech savvy but it seems like consistency would be ingrained in the coding and I dont understand why it would vary.

3. Issues with Dragon Typhoon

   There are issues with the Dragon Typhoon card. It's not always recognized as a Dragon. There are several issues but the one I just captured for this suggestion is that the card Draconic Debut doesn't correctly lower the mana cost of it. I don't remember the other issues but will report them as I see them.
   I'm on a PC platform but it happens on Android as well.

5. Mobility issue - useless logging out and patch redownload

   Hello,

   There is a very frustrating issue when I'm playing on my android phone: While I'm moving by train it may happens I loose connectivity for a few seconds.

   The issues are:
   1/ I cannot enter the match again
   2/ Often I'm disconnected and I have to login again and most of time files are verified and I must redownload 800Gb of data.

   That's very odd, I don't see the point to be looged out. And even less to redownload this load of data (last update patch?).

   What i would expect is simple reconnect to the match even if my IP has changed in mobility, the matchid or sessionid should be sufficient to resume.
   And at least, not to be looged out.

7. Suggestions to improve player experience

   First of all, congratulations on the game. I would like to share a few suggestions that, in my opinion, could further improve the player experience and long-term engagement.

   Please find my ideas organized below:

   1. Permanent rank recognitionAfter each ranked season reset, it would be great if the game kept some form of visual recognition for players who have already reached certain ranks, such as:

   Emblems

   Character frames or borders

   Cosmetic items that can be displayed on the player profile

   This rewards effort, reinforces progression, and adds prestige within the community.

   1. More accessible event informationCurrently, players need to open each event to see entry costs, requirements, or rewards, which can feel tedious.Suggestion:

   Display these details directly on the main event screen before entering.

   This would make navigation faster, clearer, and more user-friendly.

   1. Card collection counterAdding a total card counter would be especially appealing for collector-type players.It helps to:

   Track progress

   Encourage completing the collection

   Increase overall engagement

   1. Mobile vibration (haptic feedback)Enabling the phone’s vibration during combat would greatly enhance immersion. For example:

   Vibration when attacking

   Vibration when taking damage

   Intensity varying based on the strength of the hit

   Games like Brawl Stars use this feature very successfully.

8. Please fix arena cube pricing and rewards

   Its a phantom draft that cost 1500 gems? And for 1 orn2 wins you only get 100 or 250. It should at LEAST be 250 then 500. Cube is supposed to be fun and slightly more casual and its phantom so you dont get hardly anything if you dont win a lot which is hard because its way higher variance In power level between decks. It sucks when I open no power and my opponents are casting turn 1 tinker into krang to kill me. It makes it feel like I need to worry about being super competitive to play this event because im not getting anything for my money unless i get at least 3 wins which can be really hard even when you have a good deck its so random and varied. I had and amazing deck with black lotus and top picks in my colors but jist drew badly and went 0-3 and stuff like that happens to me quite often and it just feels terrible to play an event where I spend 1500 gems and get nothing in return. Why on earth is the entry price so high...!?!?

12. Mobilize trigger creates an extra pause when auto-passing my turn with castable spells.

    This is mostly an issue when I'm playing Standard Boros Mobilize, but auto-pass doesn't work in a useful way when I have mobilize tokens/triggers on the field and an instant available. It passes through the mobilize trigger normally, but then creates a pause/priority window after the sacrifice is over, which means I have to un-select and re-select the button to continue passing if I have say, Burst Lightning available with mana up.

13. New Player Experience / Onboarding Existing Magic Players

    After watching a new player (who has no Magic knowledge) try to learn Magic via MTGA, it is clear the tutorial isn’t being that helpful.

    1) dim most of the screen and show some of the key areas and explain what is the turn structure
    2) talk about phases, when you can cast spells. What is the difference between instant/sorcery and permeants
    3a) what is summoning sickness (that you cannot tap or attack until your next upkeep - except for force tapping)
    3b) that the attacking player choose to attack their opponent’s face or their planeswalker (using your creatures in any combination)
    4) show some optional harder teaching problems (like limited examples to let players get engaged with the math). Let the player step back to an earlier board state as well. And give them the average pro player’s response (of how they can be better).

    Trying to convert existing players to play MTGA:
    A) Allow a free account to play any format. They get 6 pass of 48 hour blocks to use ANY cards they please.
    B) If you spend 100usd on a welcome constructed pack, you can get a historic mana base (shock lands, pain lands, 3 fast and 3 slow lands and singleton of legendary channel lands). Generous set of wildcards and a choice of ‘precon’ decks (choose 3 from 9 to 12 decks. Pioneer, Historic and Timeless decks that are 80+% there; update these precons as the meta shifts).

    Generally rework the Mastery Pass so you have a reason to buy it. If you are being too cheap, there should be 3 tracks: Free pass, Drafter’s Bundle, Booster Bundle (wild cards, more boosters and let players pick the sets they want to get boosters from [1]).

    [1] I opened 81 boosters from ECL so far and received zero (0) mythic evoking elementals. Seeing larger whales open over 200usd of booster to not complete a set reminds me how **** poor booster packs are. MTGA should be more attractive. Both for pros who want a quick way to test Modern/Pioneer/Standard or supporting casual players.

14. Product suggestion

    Ok arena. I have been noticing and begun documenting the streakiness of the app. When you win, you win better than 80% of your games. But when you lose it’s better than 90% losses. I either play cream puffs or mythic level people disguised as platinum rank. Please work on your matching up of the competition better. Sometimes I am ready to just delete my accounts and move on from this cause the streakiness makes it NOT fun. I have 4 accounts to try to earn gold to draft as much as possible, as I really am not interested in constructed. I use the same decks on all my accounts and they can be 65% win rate or 10% win rate, depending on how you start me out. I wish there was a way we could proxy draft for something like 2k gold. The card collection I could get from wildcards and pack purchases. Thank you for reading this. I hope there is a way you could work on these issues.

18. Exert Text is incorrect. Should say "permanent" not "creature"

    When I click on Arena of Glory the text that pops up says, Exert: An Exerted creature won't untap on your next ...". I believe it should say "permanent" in lieu of "creature". Otherwise Arena of Glory would untap normally.

20. Lorwyn Jump In Packets Not Appearing

    Hi, I ran several Jump In! events (I believe six) and only old packets showed up. I didn't see a single new packet from Lorwyn despite playing against others with the new packets and having the Lorwyn lands in my decks. I understand there's a chance I could just be unlucky (I think?) but after having seen some other posts about similar issues online I figured I might have just encountered a bug.
