How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. Match timer clarity

    Please make it more clear when the match timer is about to run out. I was playing a Trad Draft and lost to time without ever realizing. The timer is in a place where your eyes never naturally go during a game and isn't even visible from the beginning of the game. On some backgrounds the numbers don't stand out much either. It would be nice if you could get a warning of some sorts if you have less than 5 minutes remaining.

    No more free spells. Free spells is 100% broken nonsense that should be removed from the game

  3. Most of the cards with green, white, or red in it need bans

    Green, White, and Red have always gotten overpowered nonsense. These three colors consistently have gotten too much for a long time. There needs to be a lot of bans for these colors, even dual with blue or black as having G, W, or R seems to end up making another card that is overpowered that generally black or blue cannot deal with.

  4. Achievements are annoying to click through individually

    Please just give me a “claim all” button. I hate having to constantly click through three menus to get the orange LOOK YOU DID A THING!!!!!!!! glowing nonsense out of my face. I do not give a **** that I cast 30 creature spells and played 50 lands or whatever basic game actions you want to give me a gold star for.

  5. Bug on iOS mobile

    About halfway through every game I’ve played since the newest update (2025.44.50) the cards are blocking the entire game which makes selection difficult. I can’t choose the cards I want to attack or block with, I can’t activate mana abilities, and I can’t see all the cards I have on the table.

  6. Please introduce 1 free mulligan into non-ranked games

    Hello! I was hoping you would consider introducing 1 free mulligan into non-ranked games on Arena. The number of games I've experienced where either I or my opponent immediately quit because of a bad opening hand is astronomical. I am willing to take one mulligan on the draw, but if I have to take a mulligan on the play I will just quit and find a new opponent. It's better to spend 30 seconds finding a new opponent than enduring miserable gameplay because of a bad hand or a hand with too few cards.

  7. Brawl matchmaking

    Request fix to the Brawl matchmaking system or a notice to the player-base that you have no intention of ever fixing it.

    The last update from the addition of aetherdrift to MTG Arena, has drastically altered the previous matchmaking balance and has still not been fixed. Prior to the patch, the matchmaking was still not great but was tolerable enough with hopes that it might be actually be tuned better in the future. Its been almost a month since this became an issue and its still in a practically unplayable state with matches being one sided.

  9. Could not use sideboard after reconnect

    Could not sideboard in bo3 matches if during the game connection dropped.

    Cards could be love out of the deck but couldn't be moved into the deck. If card was moved out you have to wait for 2 minutes.

    Android mobile.

  10. Tsagan, Raider Warlord being printed as an actual card

    I think that "Tsagan, Raider Warlord" could be printed as an official non-acorn card. It would be fun in commander.

  12. This program is absolute garbage. It keeps crashing all the time.

    This program is absolute garbage.

    Arena has never had a smooth performance, but today it takes the cake. I started up a match and on turn ONE it crashed. All I did was play a fetchland, sacrificed it to find another land and the game couldn't handle it. It crashed, and it took so long to get back into the game that by the time I was back, the game passed my turn, resulting in no land that turn.

    How about instead of pushing so many cosmetics, useless pets and horrible monetization practices, you fix the game instead?

  13. Card interaction bug with Mox Amber casting One Ring

    I was playing a game of timeless arena. my opponent cast a One Ring with mana from a Mox amber. Mox amber specifically states "legendary creature or plansewalker" The one ring was taken of the top of my library with a Ragavan. not sure if that is relevent. Platform is PC. Either way this needs to be fixed imediately.

    Hello! I love playing the game but currently it drains the battery and makes my M1 pro mac really hot. I would love it if you could make a native version for Apple Silicon.

  15. i-payout privacy nightmare

    Hi. I won an Arena Direct event and am currently trying to claim the reward. This third party company you are using, “i-payout/globalewallet”, wants my SSN/passport number and a copy of my passport. This is a privacy nightmare and completely unnecessary. I'd rather take the equivalent of gems than give them that data. Databases get hacked and then your passport is gone. Identity theft is a big problem nowadays and nobody should give their passport details for a game.

    Please change this or give the option to choose gems or something.

  16. Ban Omniscience

    It's basically being run as a combo deck to storm out.

    Storm and combo were always terrible to play against because either you didn't actually get to play the game or suddenly your opponent starts playing solitaire or the game is suddenly over because your opponent played a certain card.

  20. Bad game mechanics

    Get rid of bad mechanics that kill the game. I suggest the following:

    Heist. I want to play my deck vs an opponent's deck, not part of my deck vs the other part of my deck.

    Companion. How is it fair for an opponent to have an untargetable extra card in hand.

    Get card from outside the game. Now this is just stupid. How is it legal to grab a card from basically nowhere to put in your hand. why not play a land deck with all your staple cards "outside the game" and untagetable.
