trying to change companion crashes game

Clicking on the "Companion" button in any context crashes my client. Whether I try to change it from the Profile tab or within the deck builder clicking on it consistently and immediately crashes the app direct to desktop. Client is running on Windows PC.

visual BUG

Sometimes after I play some minutes the interface present some visual bugs or in the top menu, where I cannot see anything except white squares or during the sideboard in match games as in the attached example. It's really annoying and all I can do is to restart the application. Can you fix this defect??????

Draft

During Wilds of Eldraine Draft, the server crashed multiple times and I missed my picks. There was no auto pick either. At the end of the draft, the picks that were missed due to the server were not there and left me with an incomplete draft pool. In the picture attached, I did not get to pick my P1P1 and its passed over my selection. The picture shows me on P1P3 with only 1 card in my pool. This happened multiple times during the draft, but I was not able to capture the log quickly enough. I wanted to select one of the black uncommons as my P1P1 but due to the error, I had to change my draft picks.

I am playing on a Mac. I used a draft token for I purchased from the shop the other day. Can I get my token back?

Event expiration date highlighting

On April 21 I joined an OTJ Sealed BO1 event and decided to not play it immediately because I wanted first to try the OTJ limited in some Quick Draft event.
As I always do when I start an event but I do not play it immediately I everyday checked the MTGA event showcase, in the homepage dashboard of the game, to see if the 48 hours countdown of the Sealed event showed up but it did not, neither did in the macrocategory of events "OTJ Limited events" where it usually appear. Beacause of that I was not in hurry with playing the event: I use to wait for that countdown starting to play some of my events and I rely on that. Suddenly I logged in and I found out that the event disappeared and infact I received the prize for zero wins, 200 gems and 3 OTJ packs. I thought it was a bug because the countdown did not showed up this time but after loggin out and in again the event did not appear. So I started reading all of your articles and announcements but I did not find any news about the fact that the Sealed BO1 was going to expire and neither I found an article where the expiration day of that event was clearly reported.
Maybe I am missing something but it seems to me that the expiration day was not underlined or clearly pointed out in your announcements nor in the game itself.
I know that it is probably my fault and that somewhere the expiration day was reported but it was not easy to find also after knowing the event expired and I thought that relying on that countdown was enough as it has always been before and that in some way the event exipration would have been better pointed out. I managed to obtain a refund, a sealed event Token, proving with some screenshot that the countdown did not show up but anyway a better highlighting of event expiration would be appreciated.

IDEAS:

I suggest a better highlighting of event expiration date both in-game, where there only is a countdown that sometimes does not show up in the dashboard of the game homepage, for example if there are more relevants news about events, and in your announcements articles, where only the expiration of some events, just like Quick Drafts or Midweek events, is reported. Expiration date of long lasting events like Premier Draft or Sealed of the current set are noy easy to find. One could search in the Event Schedule but an in-game feature would be better.
This would be appreciated for all MTGA events and in particular for those that a player joined but did not already finished playing.

I do not know if there was a bug with the missing countdown or if its absence was intended for the OTJ Sealed event, and in this case the fault was totally mine, so thank you WOTC for the refund, but something like an inbox message, or other in-games things like that, reporting all events that are expiring in the next 48 hours would be nice.
Moreover a dedicated in-game section where we can check the expiration date of all events avaiable in MTGA, not only those expiring in 48 hours, would be easy to implement and at the same time would prevent sad things like the one I described to happen and would allow players a better programming of time and resources mantainance.

Separate Alchemy and Historic brawl.

Separate Historic Brawl and Alchemy please. Alchemy cards may be fun for some people but the drafting of cards ruins my enjoyment of the game. Please just give us access to historic brawl without alchemy.

Mythweaver Poq doesn't conjure copy of Bala Ged Sanctuary

Mythweaver Poq's ability does not conjure a token copy of Bala Ged Sanctuary. Nothing in the wording of the "Conjure" keyword explainer text implies that shouldn't work. Whether it's a bug or a lack of rules text clarity, it was very frustrating regardless.

Algorithm Improvement

I'm sure you're getting a lot of complaints about how one-sided your algorithm is not being impartial and often times screwing over players with land draws that should not be happening in a purely random sample - so my complaint can be added to that pile.

But, an idea for changing the algorithm to improve randomization would be having the program assign a number to each card remaining in a deck and pile shuffling the cards into X amount of piles (let's say 6). It can repeat this process Y amount of times then take the middle of the pile and put those cards on top. A better template would be from the card shuffler for poker sets from stores.

A permanent opt-out feature for the in-game "did you have fun" survey

Hello MTGA players and devs,

The in-game "did you have fun" question shows up a lot more recently, typically once every three to five games. There's a skip button for those of us that don't want to answer, but then a few games later it just asks us again.

Would it be possible to get a more permanent skipping feature? Some kind of checkmark in the game settings where we can opt out of being asked?

Land issue

Just about a every new game i have played i have either drawn 2 land or gotten to many, it is becoming a big issue i also see this with streamers. I am no longer having any fun with this game and makes it feel rigged.

Boseiju, Who Endures doesn't see Wastes as Basic Lands

When Boseiju was played against me and I was asked if I wanted to select a land with a basic land type I was unable to do so because Boseiju didn't see Wastes as basic land.

Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena

I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.

I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.

Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

Auto-shuffler not working properly

Starting a game, I mulliganed down to 5 cards, so had to put 2 cards ON THE BOTTOM OF MY LIBRARY. On my second turn, I drew one of those cards, Zurgo & Ojutai, of which I only had one in the deck. This is proof the shuffler is not working as the game is intended, and instead makes you draw cards based on an algorithm. Fix the shuffler.

Shuffler and direct match
hoy parece ser que es imposible jugar dos partidas sin que el oponente te humille.
Bueno, pues aqui mis comentarios:

puesto que España es un gran país donde se os da un dinero, no me sale las pelotas ponerlo en inglés.

puesto que el shuffler no vais a corregirlo me uno a la denuncia infinita de quejas del mismo, por creadores de contenidos y quejas, Sois una mierda de empresa. Además, juegas contra un deck de 100 cartas siempre tiene una jugada razonable y tierras, tu con 60 no. Tu con deck y 24 tierras te salen 4 tierras de 7... haces mulligan y de nuevo? sois imbéciles

sí, los emparejamientos que haceis son una PUTA MIERDA, da igual si juegas mucho o poco. Primero, si juegas en bronce o mitico juegas siempre contra los mismos decks SIEMPRE. A veces el emparejamiento te pone contra alguien que tarda dos segundos en decidir otras demasiado, es decir, que es una duda justificada el uso de bots.

Espero que la comunidad lleve al cielo esta queja, llena de verdades y se posicione en el top para que esta mierda empresa haga algo de una puta vez, empezando en reconocer sus fallos históricos

sideboard bug

Experiencing sideboard bug in iPhone version of the bug.
BO3 standard, during side boarding duress(Japanese art) can not be moved to the main deck. No matter how many times I tap it, it does not move to the main deck. The other cards work fine moving in and out of side board.

Randomizing shuffle on start of game better

There needs to be more randomize going of shuffle at the beginning of the games. For instance when I'm playing against a mono white player they seem to always get 2 mana and 3 soul wardens off rip every game I know this because I use duress. I play historic ranked. There is no way you should be getting 3 of the same card plus 2 other good cards every game from the start its ******** and wizards you need to fix this. No one will pay money for **** if the shuffle on the start of the game is fixed ....

Actually do something about the roping problem

WOTC, PLEASE do something about this problem! For years this has been ongoing and you have done nothing to improve it. This is the #1 most complained about aspect of MTG Arena and you have been absolutely silent on the matter for YEARS. Reduce the turn time; reduce the amount of timeouts people can save up; add an in-game conduct report feature; BAN players who rope; prevent ability to stall by turning on manual control. DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING, PLEASE! And don't tell me we can report it via Wizard support, I know we can do that, and it's not enough, it doesn't solve the problem.

Sparky Challenge

I am a new player and are therefore playing sparky challenge for the first time. I've beaten her a dozen or so times but for some reason I am stuck at 2/3 wins.
I'm enjoying the game but am getting tired of only being able to do the color & sparky challenges.
I've Uninstalled and reinstalled already with no luck

Connection loss of opponent, then timer end remained hanging

Connection loss of opponent (timer rope), then timer end remained hanging.
After 30 - 60sec I force quit application (MAC OSX)
Reconnect and GAME LOSS results, match loss result.
Game was just started, but situation did look good ...
