Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

HTTP Error 403
For the past few days, I was unable to join events using the Companion App due to these two error.
I have repeatedly uninstalled / reinstalled the application and even reset my device and connection however I'm still receiving the same error.

Companion app not clearing dropped events
The companion app continues to display events that have concluded on the home screen and sometimes event notifications even after dropping . This leads to unnecessary clutter. Make an event history tab, and allow the user to clear events from the home screen.

Companion interferes with arena mobile
Arena on mobile seems to crash more when companion is installed to the device and logged into the same account.

Keep getting added to pre-release events that I'm not at.
Seems that someone has my email and they're adding me to prerelease events that I'm not actually participating in. Is there some way to prevent this? I can't drop from the event because it never launches.

For an event at a store I have organizer privileges in, I can’t use companion as a player anymore.
When I am playing in an event for a store that has me in EventLink as a SK or admin, I see the screen in the attached photo when I enter the event code to view pairings as a player.

Remove yourself from an event
I registered for an event I can no longer attend due to illness. I should be able to easily remove myself from an event if I can no longer attend.

OWP counts for too much, 2-0 vs 2-1
Had several events now where someone has gone undefeated but ended the event second place to someone who won 2-1 on most rounds
Screenshot is most recent time it's happened, this time to me but its happened 5/6 times to different people
I could be wrong, but it doesn't make sense to me

Information on conpetitive events
Add a chapter that contains all basic rules when you play a competitive event like 1 deck per box, no other cards in the deck box, right clearly all names on your deck list, don't forget to read well cards and all types of penalties and/or game lost possible....etc

Pairing
So this has happened to me twice at two events (45 person event and 135 person event).
At the 135 person event, I am 5-0 (10-1). I played my match 4 and 5 at table 1. Pairings pop up for round 6, and I am moved to table 3. Neither I nor my opponent had played the players at table 1 or 2. I was the only player with 1 game loss where the table 1 and 2 players had 2+ game losses. Summoner's Egg
Oracle text through Companion currently does not show Summoner's Egg with its correct type, either showing it has no creature type or is a Construct. I would perform a check to see if there are similar issues for other cards.
This is relevant for me as I am a judge. I do not feel comfortable letting players pull up oracle text at Comp REL within Companion if I cannot determine that the information presented to players is correct.

Unable to Install
I sure could use some technical help to get this little bastard to work. And looking at the information provided in the play store, it seems to be lacking anything remotely of that sort.
Since you guys have forced lgs to use this by punishing them if they do not, I do rather need to get it installed if I ever want to play in an event again.1 vote -

User Feature Suggestion
It would be great if this app was more social friendly. A friend of mine is in a local RCQ right now. It would be great if I could add him to a friend list and see how he is doing as the day goes.

App Crashes on Match Start
Good morning
Last night we attempted to start our very first event. After having all of the players sign up, I tried to hit the continue button and it just closes the App. I tried this on 3 different devices and same results. Another player tried his personal account and it worked fine so it seems like an account issue
There are no error codes and nothing to actually screenshot. As soon as the start game and see all the names , when you click continue at the bottom it just closes the app

Events that fail to stay are not removed from queue
If an event never starts (for whatever reason, on this case the organizer lost the sign up sheet) it stays on the list indefinitely and cannot be removed. Couples with the lack of dates for on demand events, it's confusing.
I saw in a previous response that they will auto remove after 28 days, but that's a month, or 4 FNM events (for example) where you'll have a zombie event cluttering your app.1 vote -
New discovery idea
Can a feature be added where I can “join events near me”? Where the app is aware of events near my location and shows them in “join events” Tab.

Make card database available offline
It would be nice to have the card DB available while offline. While having it a forced download might bloat the app size, it would be nice to have the option to download all the cards for use without wifi.

Wrong Translation in Chinese
In the Chinese version, it shows Player A “战败” Player B, where “战败” means lose. It's better to use “击败” to represent ‘defeat’.

Drop from a event after preregistering
Many LGS:s provide a preregiateration code for their events before the actual date of event on their websites or social media pages. Sometimes after a plater registers for a event they find out that they cannot make it to the event. However at this point before the event has started the player cannot drop themselves or retract their preregisteration from the companion app.
