To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Companion App incorrect filtering & slow
Companion app has completely incorrect results when searching for cards where CMC == 0.
The app (Android) is also very slow to load assets at the beginning of the experience -- especially when compared to Gatherer. If anything, please just stop forcing a banner to switch to the companion app whenever I open Gatherer. If it continues, I'm just switching over to scryfall and not looking back.

First of all: it's a great app that is very useful for events! Its functions work pretty good.
But ...
The app is generally very slow.
it's slow on startup. it takes many seconds (like 5-10 seconds) to start the app and start doing something with it. I don't understand why an app like this should be this slow on startup.
it's also very slow and laggy when navigating around, especially when I'm at an event and I'm navigating my pairings or standings and such.
It's actually annoyingly slow. And I have a very powerful smartphone (Google Pixel 2 XL).…3 votes -
Event - Commander Increase Player Count
I regularly play matches of commander that has more than 4 players. It would be awesome to raise the player count beyond 4 players!

Duplicates in database
I’ve found an issue with a duplicate of Freyalise, Llanowar’s Fury appearing in card database. This is maybe due to the Commander Anthologies version containing the outdated oracle text “to your mana pool”.

Notifications after elimination
Final round of Swiss ended and I didn’t make top8, so I was eliminated.
Still received notifications for T8 round. Feels like notifications should end upon elimination.

Home store
In the app, it would be nice if players could add their home stores to the app, so they can see all events for their store.

Dropped from event
I have been dropped from the event I'm trying to participate in and now I can't collect any winnings as I m not on the event anymore

Results entered when running an event in the Companion app reset when anything happens
While I was running a Swiss event from the Companion app, results entered while waiting for all the matches to finish reset to 0-0 when I leave the app or change pages.

Connection Error
Tells me I have emails. But when I select I get 'Connection Error'. I've even cleared cache, data, uninstall and reinstall and still doesnt fix a thing. App is buggy as ****.

Card collection secrets of strixhaven
the card collection for the Strixhaven Brains set is faulty. It tells me I'm missing a colorless card, but when I go to the filter settings and select "not received," nothing is displayed. Even when comparing it to the official setlist, I haven't found the missing colorless card.

Unable to log in to MTG Compani
I am unable to log in to the MTG Companion app.
Issue: Cannot log in from the MTG Companion login screen.
Environment:
• Device: iPhone 17
• iOS version: 26.3.1
• Language: Japanese
• App version: 1.11.7
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to log in from all login screens in the Companion app.
Actual Behavior: The loading animation plays for about 2 seconds, then returns to the login screen.
Login is not successful.

Life tracker quality of life.
I use the companion app to track life, but the life counter does not accept a long press or holding the screen to subtract or add life in multiples of five.

Some store in my near location added my WOTC account to an event where I didn't even attend. I went to that store 2 months ago and I never participated in a event there. Please contact me, I need a to do a for a report.
