To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Format other and custom enter name!
Please add an format option called other for lesser know formats such as old school, pre modern and noble, 4 horsemen etc…
This would include the option to enter a optional format name!

Starting draft event on iOS does not work
The App starts any Event that you create as a standard event when you select draft, making it inconvenient to host a draft event to have set seating and a timer for the draft phase of the event.

Error 422 when entering event code
Went to an event tonight, signed in through the companion app, went to join event with code, entered correct code and unable to join, just kept getting “error 422” and nothing happens.
iPhone 13 Pro
iOS 18.3.2Restarting app and phone, signing out/in and reinstalling the app hasn’t helped.

Can't delete player profiles
Accidentally created a "player profile"by trying to edit the background of a player in a companion app tracker game, and now there's just an extra "profile" to choose from that can't be deleted

Companion taking multiple wildcards in deckbuilder
I was looking at companions I don't own in the brawl deck builder for green/white, and I had selected Kaheera, kutzil, and ocelot pride to be unlocked since I did not own them. I was still looking at the unowned companion cards when I hit 'craft all's but nothing happened after I selected 'confirm'. I checked the cards I had added and they were still shown as I crafted, so I hit 'craft all' again, and again after I hit 'confirm' nothing happened. I checked my wildcards and they had been expended but I did not get the cards.
