To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Timer is resetting when app isn't open
While I'm hosting a draft, if I go to a different app on my phone (keeping the Companion app open in the background), then go back to the companion, the round timer goes back to 50:00.

App update
I would love to have the app have a button that calls a Judge. It would alert "Judge(s)" to the players table vs screaming JUDGE!!! And causing someone to get triggered by loud noise.

No Alchemy format cards in the database
It would be really helpful if we could look up Alchemy exclusive cards in the Companion app.

Searching for events by city name ONLY shows US cities
See the screenshot, searching Zurich does not show any results that are actually the real original Zurich in Switzerland.

Casual rulings
I would like to see a rule book with a search function attached.
I realize that the cards can be searched and rulings found that way.
A comprehensive rule guide would be helpful to those of us who enjoy the procedure as much as the game.2 votes -

Need to include all translations available, international players struggle with card results and card search in English only.

Standard Championships
Please stop trying to force Standard play on us.
Our LGS asked 20+ players all to raise their hand if they would participate in a Standard format store championship for LCI.
NOT. ONE. HAND. WENT. UP.
Why are you going to punish our beloved LGS and the players by forcing them to run a format that NO ONE wants to play?2 votes -
Sphere is not a searchable subtype
In the card database options for advanced search, under card subtype, there is no option to search for "Sphere" subtype.

Switching between languages
I'm using English cards, but have my phone set to Spanish, so the companion app only shows in Spanish, until I switch my entire phones langauge to English, where the app switches to English. Surely a way to switch languages that are present in the app through the app would be helpful? I can't find a way currently if there is one already, and it's a massive inconvenience to consistently switch between my phone's languages if I wanted to use this app properly.

QoL Improvement Idea
When I minimize the Mobile app, it forgets all data. i.e. if I am looking up a card, then swap to text, then swap back, lost my search history.
Not sure if this is a me problem?
Samsung G S21also, when selection colors to include or exclude it would be nice to be able to scroll, I can't move the bar so I can barely see White and Colorless.
Adding the gold multi color symbol would be a nice also.
If this is a me issue then I apologize.

Card Text
The way some text is written on some cards does not make sense with the rulings on those cards. Take Hithlain knots for example. You have 3 separate things that happen, you tap, you scry and draw. Because it is written with periods, rather than commas these should be mutually exclusive actions from the card meaning that even if 1 can't happen, the other two still should. A better way to write these things, if the intent is that if one fizzles they all do, would be Tap target creature then scry 1 and draw a card. This would make…

Add tools for people hosting events.
Currently you can’t delete an event you haven’t started, you can’t edit scores or “go back” once an event has started. I’ve had scores properly entered then proceeded and had a bunch of ties or no scores.
Also please add functionality to go back to past events to look at records !!

Inquiry about OMP and OGP Calculation in the Swiss Tournament
During my usage of the tool, I happened to notice a peculiar behavior in the
calculation of two specific values: OMW (Opponents Match Win percentage) and
OGW (Opponents Game Win percentage). Upon further examination, it appears
that the tool takes into account bye matches when calculating these
percentages.However, I came across an official document from Wizard of the Coast, which
can be accessed here:

According to this document, it clearly states that bye matches should be
skipped when computing OMW and OGW.

Pairings after round 1 are wrong on game win %
People who lost 2-0 still have 33% game win percentage and opponents still have 100% game win percentage. This puts the the person who lost 0-2 above the person who lost 1-2
