Neoform and Dualcaster Mage is destroying the balance in Historic. There are a couple of bugs in the combo. Makes infinite Dualcaster Mages (should be a maximum of 4 in the deck) and by the time Dualcaster Mage resolves, Neoform is off the stack and should not be able to be copied. See text of Neoform and Dualcaster Mage below. I ran into this 3 times today against Prowinston. He is cheating yet is ranked very high at the Mythic level. How does Wizards condone this?

Neoform: As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature.
Search your library for a creature card with converted mana cost equal to 1 plus the sacrificed creature's converted mana cost, put that card onto the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it, then shuffle your library.

Dualcaster Mage: When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, copy target instant or sorcery spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
