To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Life tracker change log
It would be nice to have some form of change log in the life tracker, since a written history is the base evidence in any life total dispute having no change history shown in the official app seems like a bit of an oversight.

Dryad of the Ilysian Grove
Dryad of the Ilysian Grove received an Oracle update on 4/10/2020, adding the creature type "Dryad" to its type line. This update is correctly reflected on the Gatherer website, but not in the Companion app. For reference, here's a link to the Oracle update:

This means that the Companion app is NOT displaying the correct Oracle text for Dryad of the Ilysian Grove. Screenshots of Companion and Gatherer are attached.

Summoner's Egg
Oracle text through Companion currently does not show Summoner's Egg with its correct type, either showing it has no creature type or is a Construct. I would perform a check to see if there are similar issues for other cards.
This is relevant for me as I am a judge. I do not feel comfortable letting players pull up oracle text at Comp REL within Companion if I cannot determine that the information presented to players is correct.

Unable to Install
I sure could use some technical help to get this little bastard to work. And looking at the information provided in the play store, it seems to be lacking anything remotely of that sort.
Since you guys have forced lgs to use this by punishing them if they do not, I do rather need to get it installed if I ever want to play in an event again.1 vote -
Event match result history
It would be great if there was an option to review your previous event match result history. Like to give players there own event database.

Events that fail to stay are not removed from queue
If an event never starts (for whatever reason, on this case the organizer lost the sign up sheet) it stays on the list indefinitely and cannot be removed. Couples with the lack of dates for on demand events, it's confusing.
I saw in a previous response that they will auto remove after 28 days, but that's a month, or 4 FNM events (for example) where you'll have a zombie event cluttering your app.1 vote -

Drop from a event after preregistering
Many LGS:s provide a preregiateration code for their events before the actual date of event on their websites or social media pages. Sometimes after a plater registers for a event they find out that they cannot make it to the event. However at this point before the event has started the player cannot drop themselves or retract their preregisteration from the companion app.
Will this change so that the player can drop from events before they begin without the need of contacting the LGS or TO

Event
I have an event that has been completed for a while now, has been deleted by the TO but I can’t remove it from my app. The option to “drop from event” shows up randomly, but does absolutely nothing when I click on it.

Wrong German translation for “Defeats”
Wrong translation of “defeats” in the result page of the companion app. It should display “Besiegt” instead of “Niederlagen”.
After entering the results, the companion app displays the results as “<Player A> Defeats <Player B>“, which is translated as “<Player A> Niederlagen <Player B>“.
While “Niederlagen” is a valid translation of “Defeats”, it is rather in the meaning of “losses”. So on the german app, this reads as “<Player A> Losses <Player B>“, which does not make much sense and is confusing.
A better translation would be “<Player A> Besiegt <Player B>“.And please let a native speaker check your…

In the card database, Island is listed as not being pauper-legal.

Removing intentional draw from swiss
I recently participated in a request the other week and that was 5 round Swiss. On round 5 I was in 9th place and was about to play against my opponent when the whole top 8 decided to intentionally draw and walked our of the store for the duration of the round. Seeing as I had no chance into getting into top 8 now I gave my opponent the win and left the store where the rcq was held in a bad mood. A game that is 30 years old shouldn't have ID when other trading card games and yugioh…

Feedback
If your app register the details of the current tournament, why the app is noy keeping track of past tournaments? I would love a feature that shows me the average win percentage or at least the results of previous events.

Card images since MID are lower quality and the file sizes are much larger
Ever since the release of Midnight Hunt, the images that appear in Companion are considerably more pixelated than from Ixalan foward, and they load a -lot- slower over cellular.
It took me a while to figure it out, but I think it's because instead of being JPGs (with white corners), they are now much larger PNG files (with rounded corners). Digging around on my phone seems to show that each image has gone from being crystal clear at ~200KB to being pixelated and harder to read at ~800KB.
Consider going back to JPEG and rounding in Companion or switching to…

Historic Legality has several issues on Companion
Historic Legality is pretty arbitrary, but the recent addition of it to Companion's card database features a number of missing cards, missing sets and errors. In order, after a cursory check:
-Jumpstart: Historic Horizons is completely missing, which is problematic since it features some of the strongest and most played cards in Historic, from Dragon's Rage Channeler to Thought Monitor.
-Partly related, digitally exclusive cards are missing from Companion, be them from Jumpstart: Historic Horizons or later Alchemy sets, yet they're legal in Historic. Probably should be around if it's a supported format. (But then probably would have to have…4 votes -
'Round is Paused' Error
The companion app on iOS tells me the event is paused when I’m not in any event just trying to use the tracker for life score.

shuffling
The shuffling sucks how can you play and win 5 in a row (that includes people leaving in the middle of a match) and lose the next 10 the shuffling and drawing is garbage
