Also the same issue; the adverse spell has been well countered, but it has been impossible to select any card showned from my graveyard back to my library !!! I lost the game due to this bug ! Reimburse my tournament. Thanks

In fact, Body Launderer trigger when it is killed during a battle, but NEVER trigger when it is destroyed by the capacity: "destroyed a creature" even if it is also dead with it.
