How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

game disconnect resulting in a loss
i have played chromatic cube draft on arena on mobile
The game crashed, i tried to reconnect a couple of times, after logging in i was shown a screen with timer waiting / waiting for opponent and texts "description" multiplied and placed over each other. the game didnt resume, crashed every time. When i relogged after some time passed i got awarded a loss for that game.
Its very upsetting, as I was way ahead that game, now im almost out of this draft1 vote -

The program I have for early access is not correctly loading access to the new collection, it is presenting the problem below.

Unable to reconnect to match after server disconnected
I was playing in a standard event and was disconnected and bounced out of the game. I hit Play from the event screen expecting to be reconnected but it put me into a new game rather than reconnecting me to the existing game. This caused the other game to be scored as a loss

Bug
This is the third time I haven't gotten the 500xp for completing my quest. It happened twice last week and again today. What should I do. PC

Arena Cube didn't load after accepting coins, did not get coins back after restarting game
I loaded into an Arena Cube Draft queue, and all players were ready, the screen timed out to 0:00 and continued buffering until eventually the client froze. I restarted Arena assuming I would be loaded into the queue, however I was not put into the queue and it took my 4,000 coin entry fee.

I was kicked out of a draft battle
I was in a game of Quick draft tarkir: Dragonstorm and the game started trying to reconnect until it simply exited the match and returned to the quick draft screen. My internet was ok and there were no fluctuations, I was simply thrown out of the match and it counted as a loss...

Wrong rank up reward
After latest update my rank up reward changed from the current booster (final fantasy set) to an outdated one (foundations)

cube draft
Just playing Traditional Cube Draft today (30/03/2025) and suddenlly was kicked from the game. Trying to log in again to go back to the match and got the Network Error message. Checked my network, it was okay, even with another game. Restarted my network just in case. The message error persisted. Lost 4000 of gold and didn't played single match completly.

I was playing draft, the game freezed and kicked me off the game saying that I’m unable to login..

Final Fantasy Quickdraft with Omniscience
Should be free and any resources spent on it should be refunded.
1st game, didn't even get a turn, game over before opponents turn ended.
Second game - game over first turn.
Third game, game over first turn.
People grind resources to spend on this. Dumb as ****. Might as well be a scam.1 vote -
I won match in standard meta game challenge but it sent me to claim rewards instead of going to next round
Idk what happened but I jut recently won my match in meta game challenge but it told me to claim rewards and I did not press resign. Pls help

incorrect pack for draft
just did the final fantasy omniscience draft and it gave me a foundations pack as a reward instead of a final fantasy pack

FF Draft with omniscience emblem is broken
Most games one player doesn't even get a f@$&ing turn for crying out loud!

Draft
Can't use certain cards when exiled when card says you can use cards that are exiled. Card is Red Opera Love Song. Try using any other card in draft that exiles a card and return it. It will not work.

Did not receives level 59 Mastery pass reward
Did not receive aetherdrift mythic mastery cards upon leveling up to 59. Playing on mobile on iphone.

Can’t add land to deck in cube
In chromatic cube draft on iOS, selecting Spara’s Headquarters to add to draft deck instead brings up menu to purchase cosmetics.

Changing the prize structure
I propose the integration of events within MTGA designed for a more competitive audience, where prize distribution is more heavily weighted toward players who win more matches, and no prizes are awarded to those with few wins—similarly to how it is structured in MODO. This would also encourage greater participation in Constructed events.

did not record a loss
In Quick Draft: FIN I got a loss and the game crashed. It did not record my loss, the game had already concluded. Just being honest.
