How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. Kroble, envoy of the bog

    Kroble appears to be bugged in quick draft. My opponent attacked and put the trigger on the stack. In response I killed the attacking creature. My opponent still surveiled (which may be correct - tried to check the rules but rules don't appear to be posted anymore), but they also surveiled equal to the new counters instead of what the creature had on it when they died. Since the counter was not placed on the creature this is definitely wrong and it should use the last information available.

  3. Virulent Silencer doesn’t add poison counters when non artifact does combat damage

    Virulent Silencer doesn’t add poison counters when non artifact creature does combat damage. The poison counters are the whole point of this card. It only adds poison counters when virulent Silencer attacks and does combat damage

  4. Create a bunch of munitions artifacts with weapons manufacturing. Destroy them with ultima. THEY DO NOT GO OFF.

  5. My season rewards were not received

    My season rewards were not received, I am still in Mythic, which took me much suffering, now earlier this evening july 29th I opened the egg in my arena in pc, then the game crashed, not only I was not able to see beyond the first page, I never knew what actually was given, then My rank is still mythic and I only got the 3 auto packs, no 5 packs from mythic rewards given.. please help me.

  7. Zirda + Water Tribe Rallier

    I was playing brawl and had a Water Tribe Rallier in play with Zirda the Dawnwaker. I thought that the Waterbend cost would be reduced by Zirda to 3, however, MTGA reduced the cost to 1. Is this a bug or am I missing another interaction?

  8. Disconnected and Cycle of Renewal lost on top of stack

    I was in a The last airbender Premier Draft game. The game froze for no reason, so I figured there was a connection problem, quit the game and restarted it. On the third attempt, I got back on and into the game. I then played Cycle of Renewal ín my oppenent end step, (more than a full turncyle after I first got disconnected). The spell, Cycle of Renewal, went on the stack, but it didn not resolve, it just sat there, and then the game kept going as usual, but with my Cycle of renewal permanently stuck on the bottow…

  9. [bug] You cannot identify the original ability that caused Firebender Ascension to trigger

    When the triggered abilities of Firebender Ascension are placed on the stack, it is impossible to determine which original ability caused each individual trigger.

    Steps to reproduce

    • Have the setting enabled that allows you to choose the order in which triggered abilities are put onto the stack.
    • Control multiple creatures that have abilities which trigger when they attack, along with Firebender Ascension.
    • Attack with those creatures.
    • Put the creatures’ attack-triggered abilities onto the stack.
    • A screen opens allowing you to choose the order in which the Firebender Ascension triggers—triggered by those creatures’ abilities triggering—are put onto the stack.

  10. No Priority Held For Repulsive Mutation With Gene Pollinator

    I had only blue mana available from lands but green mana available from a Gene Pollinator. My opponent cast a spell and priority was NOT HELD so I could not counter it. The priority check on a counterspell should see activatable Gene Pollinators as mana sources and right now they obviously do not.

  12. Two bugs - rewards tracking error followed by incorrect rules interaction

    Playing on PC (Steam launcher)

    First game, playing my mono green deck, my win was not recorded toward my daily wins and the green spells I cast were not counted toward the relevant quest.

    Second game, I cast Innkeeper's Talent, and opponent cast Long River's Pull in response. Innkeeper's talent is an enchantment, and Long River's Pull says "counter creature spell". Obviously, that shouldn't work, but my spell was countered anyway. But at least my win and green spells I had cast counted toward reward progress that time.

  13. Make Your Move

    The white card Make Your Move is programmed incorrectly in Arena. The card text (in both Arena and in real life) says "destroy target creature with POWER 4 or greater." However, in the last few days since I added the Fire Navy Trebuchet card from the new Avatar expansion to my deck, I've repeatedly had people use Make Your Move to destroy it. This creature is 0/4.   14. "Unpayable Cost" bug

    Tried to bounce Terror of the Peaks with Bounce Off before the opponent's next creature card could enter.

    I was playing an Eluge deck and had already used my first spell that turn, but I still had two mana up. The game paused to let me play the card but when I tried got "Action cannot be completed due to unpayable cost". I couldn't do anything to let the spell go through, even pre-tapping the land for blue mana.

  15. Jump In - Cant claim last reward

    I've been facing varied samples of minor technical issues since the release of ATLA's set. Now, playing the jump-in I cant claim the last reward, even tho I've had more than 7 wins. Its not a big issues, but just wanted to report. Ty!

  16. Demonic Pact Modes Visual Bug

    As others have mentioned, Demonic Pact's modes aren't consistent with how they visually update to show which modes have already been selected, and which are still imminent.

    There are a few posts about this visual bug already, and I want to make sure that this is receiving proper attention. In one of the posts, there was a response that said something like, it is the player's responsibility to keep track of which modes have already been selected. If that is WotC's intention on the card's behavior, that is perfectly ok, but there must be visual consistency.

  17. Shuffler/hand smoother is broken

    13 of first 19 cards are lands in a 17 land, 40 card deck. Your hand smoother is atrocious and/or your shuffler is broken. It's to the point where it's becoming more likely you are reducing wins for people with higher skill level to accrue more gems. So maybe it's not broken from your perspective but it is for the folks unfortunately spending money on your robbery of a game.

  18. Can't select blocker

    I just lost a ranked draft game because I couldn't select a blocker. The game paused during the blocker phase, so it wasn't that my creatures were unable to block, else the attack would have automatically gone through and skipped the declare blockers phase.

    This happened immediately after a "Waiting for game server" error. Is this an exploit?

  19. Solution: Roping (reward based, not punishment based)

    Most of the anti roping ideas come back to detecting/punishing the ropers.

    I've been starting to realist the solution isn't about the roping player, rather about the other player.

    In any non ranked, random queued game add the following well publicised rule:

    If you win a game to a roping opponent (an opponent who has roped for >80% of the entire duration of the match and/or has lost to roping timeout) - double your gold and XP track rewards for the game. Make sure both the roping player and the normal player are notified of this bonus at the end…

  20. Hexproof not working as expected

    Opponent cast "Nowhere to Run" targeting my creature. I responded with Snakeskin Veil on the targeted creature yet the effect of "Nowhere to Run" resolved on my creature giving it -3/-3. I expected the hexproof to prevent the targeting. This is not the only occurance of this.
