How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

random freezes
I have been experiencing random freezes where the game completely locks up lately, I don't know whats causing it as I usually have to do a cold reboot to fix the problem. The other thing is if you are trying to force a game loss don't be so obvious about it, my last game 3 mulligans in I finally got a new hand first 3 were exactly the same.

Game randomly freezes and becomes unplayable
For the past 45 minutes I tried my usual run of daily wins, however I can't play the game as the games either don't load or if they load then seem to disconnect from my side or the opponents during the "keep"/"mulligan" screen or after 1-2 rounds/phases. The "rope"/timer then starts and after it finishes the game freezes. In this state I have to restart the client to get back to the main menu.
Even after "repair game files" the issue is not resolved. Sadly the game can't be played in this state and I can't get my daily wins…1 vote -
fix Bloodthirsty Conquerer bug
It's been months. Fix the bloody Bloodthirsty Conqueror (rules breaking) infinite combo bug.
At this point, if I even see that card in a deck, before it's even played I'm insta-conceding because of this unfixed bug.
After all this time, It's absolutely unacceptable for this to still remain an issue

Draw recorded as Loss
I ran into a problem while playing draft. I was waiting for a match, but after finding an opponent, the game ended up giving me a tie, which was then counted as a loss on my account. It was a bit frustrating since I was just trying to play a regular match.

Gemstone caverns bugged after free mulligan.
I free mulled and got a GC on the draw and it didn’t layline. No pic because, I’m a lazy alcoholic.

product suggestion
I feel like this is a weird way to point out a product problem, but... however you want to do it:
So, my opponent had a ghostly prison out, and I wanted to attack with one creature. I only had one treasure available BUT I also had the crime novelist out, so I should've been able to sack the treasure, gotten two mana for it, and been able to pay for the attack, but instead the program didn't process that I got another mana and insisted I needed to pay two mana.1 vote -
server connection issues
I've a lot of connection to server issues after the last update. During these everything lags. It happens during games and even then crafting cards. My internet appears fine.

Tutorial can‘t be finished
I can't finish the tutorial. In Part 3, the cards get stuck somewhere on the screen. I can't finish Part 4 at all. I'm supposed to select creatures to block, but I can't. Also, the cards get stuck somewhere on the screen again.

Game over loads and forces me to lose because I cannot act!
I was playing someone who had the enchantment where you cannot go below zero unless when you get attacked, you get poison encounters, and then they had an artifact where counters cannot be placed on anything. I had Sarkan out and several dragons, this person attacked me with 39 tokens so that propagates my dragons to go ahead and attack back each creature by each dragon. It triggered my timer and then said if I cannot act, I lose the game! How is that fair!? That’s royally screwed up! You need to fix this so we can just ultimately go…

Increasing vengeance
Card(increasing vengeance)doesnt let me copy the the spell/sorcery, and the only time it does work is if Chandra hopes beacon is out. And that's only sometimes also.shrug

help redirect bug
Oh yeah.... so when trying to report a bug... it continually redirects... that's fun. Especially after the client crashed and then bugged... and then several bugs for sign-in etgc...

Nova Hellkite crashes client
Version 2025.52.40.4732 on android.
Phone: z fold 7
Playing the card Nova Hellkite for warp cost crashes the client, the card is impossible to play without crashing.
Reinstalled multiple times, issue persists. Only occurs with nova Hellkite, other warp cards are unaffected.

Aven Interruptor bug
after being Plotted by Aven Interruptor, Fatal Push is not available turns later, causing a game loss.

Brawl gameplay freezes up
When I start a game on my android phone, Arena will select an opponent but the game freezes before the initial hands are dealt. The only option is to choose to concede to exit, otherwise the game freezes at this point. It will go through the timer and warnings but nothing else seems to work

Ranked losses during bugged matchmaking
Got at least 3 games before knowing the matchmaking and game was bugged today, just hit mythic so I need me record to remain my gameplay only please.

Sparky Stuck Thinking
Playing a game of Vs. Bot with a preconstructed deck. I have 2 Dawnwing Marshals in play, one of which is equipped with Goldvein Pick. I also have Dauntless Veteran and a 1/1 Frenzied Goblin. I have 11 mana open. Sparky has Ilysian Caryatid, Treetop Warden, Generous Stray, and Rumbling Baloth in play, and 14 green mana open. Sparky plays an Affectionate Indrik, then is unable to select a target for its ability. I have been waiting for Sparky to select a target for Indrik to fight for 10 minutes.

4 Pioneer-legal cards are incorrectly not playable in Pioneer despite being on Arena
Those cards are Furnace Whelp, Garruk's Packleader, Raise Dead, and Stormfront Pegasus.
- Furnace Whelp is Pioneer-legal via Magic 2015 (M15), and is on Arena via Jumpstart (JMP).
- Garruk's Packleader is Pioneer-legal via Magic 2015 (M15), and is on Arena via Foundations Jumpstart (J25).
- Raise Dead is Pioneer-legal via Welcome Deck 2017 (W17), and is on Arena via the Arena Beginner Set (ANA or ANB).
- Stormfront Pegasus is Pioneer-legal via Welcome Deck 2017 (W17), and is on Arena via Arena Anthology 4 (AA4) under its printing from Magic 2010 (M10).
Interestingly, all four are Pioneer-legal because they were in a non-booster…
