How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Mes quêtes journalières ne se résolvent pas, pas de décompte des cartes jouées ou des victoires
Mes victoires ne sont pas comptabilisées => 0 récompense
Ma quête du jour ne compte pas les cartes jouées.

Timeouts occur when they shouldn't (Android)
Ever since the TMNT update released I keep experiencing a bug where my timer ticks down while I'm unable to respond to a trigger that is on the stack that I can't interact with. I have to close the app and rejoin which results in losing matches either because I run out of timeouts or actions are chosen for me/skips to my turn have occurred.

game freezes randomly, was on token sacrafice but now its a plethora of game actions that freeze
use to freeze on token sac, now its just any random sac. I've literally made a mono green deck with no token generation to try and play a game and its still persisting.

Game Freezing when Tokens Removed
On the android system any effect that removes tokens from play, including sacrifice, death, and exile, cause the game display to freeze up.

EOE packs instead of ECL packs from pass reward
Level 4 in the premium mastery pass says it comes with three ECL packs, but instead I received three EOE packs.

Lorwyn Eclipsed Mastery Pass bug
Mastery pass rewards bug - The three packs granted from the 4th level that was supposed to be Lorwyn Eclipsed came out as three Edge of Eternities packs instead.

Stuck and timing out during win
2nd time this week since the update i was about to win and could not do anything. It went straight to timing out.

Freezing on lander play for myself or my opponent, Game responds but lands never show on apple iPad with latest os and latest MTG arena cli

Lands never display to select for myself, for opponent it seems it’s their turn (chat options still says your turn) and eventually gives the you’venot taken action messageRestarting app quickly will rejoin the match and show the cards or proceed after the opponents lander selection

Tend the sprig not working with changeling
Tend the sprig says that after you get the land if you have 7 lands and/or a treefolk you get a token. I had a changeling in play (so I had a treefolk) but I did not get the 3/4 token. If I needed to have the 7 lands in play for the treefolk token to be awarded the "or" should not be in the text

Lorwyn Eclipsed Arena Horribly Optimized
The new arena/map for Lorwyn Eclipsed is horribly optimized on PC/Steam. A game will load and then FPS just drops to 5-10. No other arena/map has this issue. Game is basically unplayable on that specific map.

Game is freezing
During a bot game I attempted to blink a creature and it caused my game to stop responding. The creature in question was a token copy (via helm of the host) of the mutation stack containing Titania, Protector of Argoth and Vadrok, Apex of Thunder. It is also important to note that my library currently contains several hundred cards (mostly P9) that were conjured there by an oracle of the alpha. Additionally the original Titania/vadrok pile has several equipment attached to it, embercleave and a couple of swords of this and that.

Game is crashing during initial load screen
After the latest update my game will not get past the initial load screen. It gets to “loading initial scene” and then crashes. 2/25/26

Frozen When slow WiFi, or opponent leaves?
I had a couple games frozen mid-play or match finding. Here’s a game frozen where it forced my concede.

Freezing
The game freezes mid-match on my Pixel 3a making it unplayable because I'm getting dumped out of events with losses.
This only started with the latest update.

Game hangs randomly on iPad (brand new and the latest iOS)
During gameplay the game hangs on my iPad.
There seems to be no predictable cause.
Sometimes during my turn on random steps, ans sometimes the other players turn.
A hard stop and start recovers quickly, but it is a pain.

Freezing during match
My game didn't freeze per se, but I was locked into an eternal waiting cycle while waiting for an equipment to resolve. I had paid the mana needed via treasure token, and after the token sacrificed itself, I was stuck waiting for the "spell" to resolve. Both of my timeouts were used, and the game was stuck. This may have counted as a loss, and I hate that too as it screws up my record, not that it's great, but still, had this been a ranked match, this would ***** my elo. And the app wouldn't let me collect the…

Gameplay Issues After Update
Hi,
After the most recent update the game keeps freezing mid-match. I have done a reinstall, checked my wifi connection, checked my device (android os) for an update, and turned the device on and off. Nothing has seemed to fix the issue. I did not have this occur until today's (2/24/26) update.

Toph profile picture doesn’t show up in game
Toph profile picture doesn’t appear while in game, instead it’s Vivian I believe. Everywhere else it’s Toph.

cannot start a match
match making stalls in various stages sometimes abandoning the match after some time other times stays stuck without the opportunity to keep or mulligan
