How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

DDR4I attempted install and it installs, but will not fully open. It immediately crashes before displaying anything. I can select icon and it begins to zoom into app like a transition to fullscreen, but crashes before any images.

My previous data will not be resumed, and I will start from the tutorial.
This is a bug on the PC version.
When I log in again, I have to start over from the beginning.

Game keeps resetting all settings
Every time I open the game, all settings go back to default (Graphics) and the main menu doesn't "remember" my last choice. It goes back to Standard Play (not even ranked), and all decks are set to 0.
It's a minor annoyance, but every time I log in, I have to change everything back

Reward Track Bug
I received the bonus EXP from the winter event, but did not receive the Lv 46 pack I should have with it.

On mobile and, once in while if I have disruptive connection, I reconnect only to be logged out and when I log back in.
Then

Date format not respecting device settings
The iOS app displays dates (for example in the Inbox) is US format (mm/dd/yyyy). My device is not setup as US and uses dd/mm/yyyy. This app doesn’t respect that setting. Please fix it such that things like this use the device settings rather than just assume everyone wants US formats 🙂

Overlay of mana costs on life total
On my iPad the mana costs of cards when the hand is minimized displays over the life total.

Soft lock (unable to exit match) when opponent conceded during mana selection
I was selecting mana to cast Bloodbraid Elf (choice between treasures and tapping Ruby, Daring Tracker) and my opponent conceded. The victory music played but the victory message did not appear, and I was left on the battlefield with no way to exit (Esc key didn't work, no button to return to menu). Had to Task Manager force quit.

Error Updating Data on PC
Error updating data on PC:
After new update I get the error when launching. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, and tried multiple networks all with stable connections over IPv4 and IPv6.
I currently can't launch the game, but can run on multiple mobile devices on the same network2 votes -
Glacierwood Siege copy missing prompt
When making a copy of Glacierwood Siege, options for "Temur" and "Sultai" do not appear correctly, instead they appear as "Missing Prompt 927588" and "Missing Prompt 92790" respectively. Selecting an option works correctly with the desired effect if the user is aware of the corresponding missing prompt to the expected prompt.

The arrow back to the deck doesn't work with draft decks on mobile
They made it impossible to go back when you checked the details of your deck on mobile. The game only wants me to rename the deck. It's mega frustrating!

search
When I am on the "Decks" screen I can search for my deck, but when I click "Play" I just have a massive lists of decks and they are in no particular order.
Can we get a search box / filter on the "Play" screen?

App crash in quick draft match
Mobile app crashes during quick draft games. When I reboot the app, it reconnects me to the ongoing match and, if my opponent is attacking, I am unable to allocate blockers. Happened 3 times in a single match and cost me the game due to being unable to block damage each time the app crashed.
Attached is a screenshot of the app prompting me to allocate blockers and highlighting the available ones, but I am unable to select them. I am however and to press every other button on the screen including: going into the settings, emoting, selecting "no blockers"…1 vote -
Voices on emotes sound even when voices are turned out
Voices on emotes should turn off when voices are turned off. I should not have to listen to my opponent spam "secret tunnel" at me if I specifically have voices turn off. Please fix this bug/oversight.

Bug Report: Clicking store, packs, decks, and other things cause program to freeze or crash.
Using PC/Windows 10. When selecting store, packs, or decks, or attempting to play certain games, game either freezes with "waiting for the server" and frozen ring or blank screen, or game crashes.

Can’t use card in hand because of land playable from grayard
If Land can be played from graveyard, on smartphone you can’t play your hand because you can’t access it with too many land in grayard. You can’t slide, destroying a lot of possibility of deckbuilding
