Did not receive gem reward after draft
Hello,
Just played a Strixhaven quick draft and went 7-1. When I claimed the prize at the end I did not receive any gems.2021.12.10.380.904583

Bug
So I just won my second match in the neon quick draft event and I didn’t get the pack reward or gems that I should have been able to claim following that second win. I’m playing on iOS and my username is RainMantis please look into this and correct the mistake as I was hoping to earn more gems than I used to enter the event. As of now my record is 2 wins 1 loss but I feel like I shouldn’t keep playing the event if I’m not going to get the rewards for winning but will still take…

from a dev, to another dev. If Valkmira auto calculates me to not kill a single creature 1 more time. I'm uninstalling. what a stupid fing process, yes opponent you want to attack, well allow me to auto calculate the dmg so nothing will die... ohhh darn you didn't kill anything, I guess my process allowed you to lose the game my b ;P fml....

Decathlon finals ended during my last match and I didn't get any prizes
Hello, I was playing the last game in the Decathlon finals and the event ended during my match. After I finish my match, it just closed out and I seem to haven't got any prizes. I had 6 wins while I was playing.

Event Wins not registering
Midweek event completed (3/3), all today. Only 2 wins registered for the daily wins, not 3. On PC. Log attached.

Events
There has to be something wrong with the events in this game. I have no problem winning playing a 1 on 1 but for some reason can't make it passed a couple wins in most events. Seems strange to me that I always end up losing in an event your supposed to get coins and cards from. If we can't get through the events how are we supposed to improve our decks. Not everyone spends money on all these apps. Some of us like to actually play.

Waiting for a server in the middle of a draft cmon!!!

I was on a draft table and at the end of packet 02 it appears waiting for the server and my connection does not return. At the moment my internet was working, as seen in the video. It's absurd for this to happen, I played two days in a row to get 10k gold to play a premier and it happens, frustrating for an *** player like me! This happened today! I was playing quick draft on my Android and my two last games I was disconnected from the game
I was playing quick draft on my cellphone (Android) and on my last 2 games I was disconnected from the game. My internet was working completely fine, only MTG Arena was not working. The first disconnected game I didn't even had the chance to reconnect, the second I was 2 turns behind without having played a land (and there was some interface issues that showed that a land I intended to play prior to disconnecting was in play, however, the game recognised it as in my hand)...

Didn´t receive my quick draft rewards. Neither the two boosters, nor the gems.

deck editing broken, still
ever since the new set premier and sealed have been unable to edit decks. I have not even been able to play because i saved a partially edited deck thinking
id be able to edit it later... please help. It was disheartening to have the app load an update and this isn't resolved or addressed.5 votes -
Middweek magic

after winning one of the rewards the game gave me the fifth copy of a card instead of giving me gems.
This is not the first time it has happened in this event. please check and fix the bug.

Unable to join draft after update
On PC, after March 3rd update, I could not continue my draft, the error message indicating a Network error. No issue on my connection is occuring and I could join an Historic Brawl game just after

Opponent timed out and it was reported as a loss for me
Fix this bug? My opponent started to have their timer go down and eventually hit 00:00 on a sealed traditional draft. Once it hit 00:00, it even started counting up. It counted as a loss for me once I restarted the game.
I would appreciate reimbursement for this loss and I'm unsure how to fix this bug. Maybe a warning message for me to restart earlier, especially if it was an error on my end to have just restarted earlier.
