How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    In MTG Arena, I found a wrong text in Japanese version of Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset. The text says untap and tap opponent's permanent.

  3. Japanese Mistranslation: the Ward ability is written incorrectly

    The Japanese version of the game has a bug that prevents the ability "Ward" from being displayed properly.
    This has been a bug since Strixheaven.

    The correct word is "Ward/護法", but it is written as "#N(tap)ranslatlonNeeded".
    I'm attaching a picture so you can see it.

    Also, the annoying part of this bug is that you can't see the Ward numbers.
    Ward(1), Ward(2), and Ward(3) all say "#N(tap)ranslatlonNeeded" in the same way.

    Therefore, we don't know how much the mana cost is.

    The bug occurs in both MacOS and Windows 10 OS as well.
    I would like to see this fixed…

  4. プレイ中に止まり、ランク戦でわざと負ける。

    お世話になっています。ランク戦で優位な盤面中にサーバー不調で止まり、そのまま敗北になるケースがここ数日増えています。

    また、ランク戦で不正な情報をSNSで拝見しました。
    運営会社がそのような事をするのは明らかな不正であると個人的に見解しています。

    ゲームそのものを不正に行うのは、公平性を欠いていると思います。
    このようなことが無いように努めて欲しいだけでなく、変化がない場合は訴訟を検討しています。

  5. divine gambit

    Hi,
    divine gambit translates into german göttliches gambit
    In english original it quotes something like : opponent can put a permanent from his hand onto the battlefield
    in german this part is translatet: opponent can put a creature from his hand onto the battlefield
    this can be missleading and frustrating, please correct

    徴兵士官の起動型能力が、日本語翻訳だと（3oW）というのは無色３マナor白１マナと思わされ、それに合わせたマナを残していたのですが、それはこのゲーム内の翻訳ミスで、徴兵士官の効果を正確に起動することができず、ターンが無駄になってしまい敗北してしまいました。できるだけ早く修正してほしいです。

    The german wording on the card Isolate from M19 reads that it exiles a permanent with mana value 1 or greater instead of the intended mana value of (exactly) 1.

  8. False German translation for Tomb of Annihilation

    False German translation for one of the 3 Dungeons: Tomb of Annihilation (Grabmal der Vernichtung)

    In German, the "Oubliette" ("Katakomben") says that the player needs to "discard a card, sacrifice a creature, an artifact, OR a land" (instead of AND). Big, big mistake which has cost me a game in limited. Very annoying.

    Wrong card name.

    Japanese [Dragon Turtle] should be "竜亀", not "ドラゴン・海亀".

    (Type line is correct. But card name is wrong.)

  10. [Nylea's Intervention]Mistranslation

    The Japanese translation for "Nylea's Intervention" is wrong.
    The Japanese text says, "Search your library for up to X plainswalker cards, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle.", instead of, "X land cards."
    The correct text is only displayed only when the spell is cast, and the wrong text is displayed otherwise.
    Please, fix it.
    BTW, why can't I upload the screenshot (size < 5MB)?

  15. Nightmare Creature Type error in Japanese

    In Japanese, Nightmare (Creature Type) is ナイトメア, and Nightmare (Card name) is 夢魔 . Some Nightmare creatures are written 夢魔 for Creature Type.
    This bug hinder search thees cards.

  17. No words in settings menu

    The issue I am having is there are no fonts in the settings tab ( no words visible). I have been using Arena since its BETA stage and have use a compatible device and have not had this issue in the past.

    So here are the steps I did today:
    1. Uninstalled Arena
    2. Completely rebooted device (android 12+)
    3. installed Arena

    Result is still the same. No fonts in settings (see new photos attached) I need this issue fixed.

    テラリオンは本来起動型能力で好きな色の2マナを加えることができますが日本語ではそのテキストがありません。

    Terrarion originally had an activated ability to add two mana of any color, but the Japanese does not have that text.
