How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

daily rewards refresh
Daily Rewards won't refresh. I keep spamming the refresh daily quest button.
I then see the "Confirm Swap" button, but upon hitting "ok", it never actually swaps my mission. I can follow this process many times and the quest will never swap.

Codes not redeeming if enterd using wizards account online
While using arena on andriod mobile device it says to login to WOTC account to redeem codes like PlayDND, as well as XP codes. I logged in through web browser entered codes, browser said redeem successful, but once back in arena on mobile device no packs from codes and no XP. Went on my PC and no pack or XP there as well and when I try codes on PC they say already redeemed. Frustrating to say the least. Please send 2000XP and 3 DND packs to my account.

Better Matchmaking
Add a mode for players who use preconstructed decks to play only with those who also have preconstructed decks.

Can't cast Mutual Destruction with a permanent with Flash
I had a "Cunning Nightbonder" in play while I was in the Opp's turn and I couldn't cast "Mutual Destruction". I had to quit the match because I really needed to destroy his creatures, so I just concede. I think this is the first time I ever played the card trying to use the flash ability but I don't see the reason why it shouldn't be working as the text rule says. Also, I tried to play another "Cunning Nightbonder" to see if the issue was that I had only one permanent with Flash but didn't work either.

Allow updates without logging in
I play MTG Arena on multiple platforms (PC and iPhone) and it’s very frustrating when there’s a new update because I can only update one platform at a time - if I try to update both, one will get logged out and the update stops. It also means I can’t play at all while either platform is updating - I can’t log in on PC if the app on my phone is updating and vice versa. Please make it so it’s possible to update the apps without logging in.

Shaking effect
I would welcome the option to turn off the new shaking effect when card hits the board.

Please bring MTG:Arena Mobile to more devices
Samsung Galaxy A21s. I can download it with apk and I didn't see any performence issues. But updating is a pain this way because I need to reinstall all game. Please end my suffering and let me download it on my device with Play Store.

'unusued' mastery pass orbs should just be randomly given to you
I obtained the mastery pass and had finished it a week ago and was just getting infinite cards as a reward for a week. I forgot to place the orbs - i had all of them. I won't get credit for them now that the mastery pass has expired(I thought it expired next week, not now).
If at the end of a mastery pass you haven't placed them they should just be given randomly to you.
also, can you just make it so placing them is instant instead of…

Rotate going first
In Bo1, players should rotate being assigned going first or second. It's really obnoxious to play 5 games and go second in all five in ranked play, since it is proven going second greatly reduces win percentage. Almost like you're manipulating the game a bit huh?

Mystic reflection bug
I cast Mystic Reflections targeting my Terror of the peaks and then cast goblin gathering. It resolved giving me 2 goblins and giving my opponent one Terror of the peaks. Haven't had issues with this play before, the enemy having Arasta of the Endless web seems like the cause of the issue. This was so **** funny I wasn't even mad.

I play a whole lot of Hearthstone instead of magic when I listen to audiobooks and music.

Timer glitch
Opponents timer was running, they cast Primal Might. Timer then appeared to fall across screen (top to bottom)? Had open plains but could not target my my creature with Light of Hope to add counter and save it. Timer animation continued to be glitchy until end of Opps turn.

cube draft bug
If you activate "Firemind Vessel" with "Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy" it will choose three colors and then become inoperable. I left it as it was, and it was forced to go to my opponent's turn. I want to be compensated for my play.

Adding friends
I was wondering why you can't add or try to add players you play online.. there have been players that I much enjoyed playing, even if I got my butt kicked, but I can't add them to my friends and would like to have the opportunity to do so. Seeing deck concepts and being able to show them yours if you get mana screwed or flooded would be a real nice additive. played four matches in traditional draft
Playing Bo3 STX.
Loose match 1. Win match 2. Match 3, i loose the 1st game, win 2nd game then 3rd game i win as my opponent times out at the start of the 3rd game (so, win match 2).
It then takes me to the victory screen, then back to the traditional draft homescreen. I click on "collect rewards" and it instantly starts a new fourth match against a new, different opponent.
I play out the fourth game and get returned back to the final screen with "collect rewards" again.1 vote
