1. non-existent game

   hi, i won a match on history bo3, by 2-1, i was 1 win to diamond, after i won the last game, my client got stuck in the 'victory', didnt show the rank goin up and didnt let me leave the screen, i had to restart the client, and guess what? when i came back i was still w the same rank, its like the match had never existed, the client was loading the w8ting for server right b4 i started the match, also when i tried to join the qeue b4 that game, i got the w8 for server in the qeue, and got kickd out of the qeue.... i just got the same fcking bug today, wtf i alrdy lost 2 wins, but my defeats this fckin server counts

2. Auto Loss/Thassa's Orcacle

   While playing a Historic Ranked match i scaked a woe stride and its goat token with a priest of the forgotton gods, once the opponent played thassa's oracle i sacked in responsed to its trigger and then once its trigger resolved i lost the game for some reason.

4. Cards

   Magic used to be about strategy and intelligence. The understanding of how cards interact with each other. It used to be a game where anyone could win and all it took was out thinking your opponent, like chess for cards.

   I’ve been playing this game since the beginning. And I’ve never been so disappointed in you for the new cards that are released. I used to be able to use protection from a color instants to counteract cards like “Doomskar” and other board wipes... gone...no more. It used to be that anyone could put a deck together of commons, uncommons, and maybe a rare or 2 and win against any deck. Worst of all it used to be that you could be original and build a fairly unique deck and be extremely competitive.

   Not any longer.

   There are at least 6 different cards that if your opponent has them in their deck and you don’t, good luck winning. You WILL lose 90% of the games all because you don’t have enough $ to buy those certain cards. On top of that I shouldn’t have to use the same cards as the next player in my deck to win. THAT IS NOT STRATEGY. The cards released are ever increasingly overpowered, well some of them are. I don’t know the names of all the cards of importance I’m talking about, business it shouldn’t matter. I’m guessing you already know which ones. No one should have to build their deck and be forced into using specific cards just to be competitive. That whole idea undermines the spirit of this game that I love so much. I play this game A LOT online and off against an ever growing variety of opponents and I can count the amount of different decks on one hand it seems. I don’t mean different by a card or two, but different in behavior. Plus it’s SICKENING to play hundreds of different people and see more than 90% building their decks around the same few cards. Cosmic Elixir(I think), an artifact planeswalker, the legendary artifact that prevents dmg(probably the least of my worries in this case), and a few more I can’t think of at the moment. You have COMPLETELY ruined the balance and strategy of this game.

   If you’re going to keep this up then I think that cards like “black creature killers” should all be permanent killers for the same price. Not just black ones, but you get the idea. There are a couple but NONE are strictly black and only one or 2 destroy any no land perm. It’s funny you keep banning cards but very rarely ban the actual cards that upset the balance. Online on Arena, I’ve been playing there for 2+ years and most of the banned cards I very rarely ran into before or after the ban, yet all the ones that literally upset the game are still in. Just because they’re popular doesn’t mean they aren’t overpowering. Just because a card CAN be dealt with doesn’t mean it’s not overpowered. Finally just because I can’t afford to go out and buy EVERY Mythic Rare doesn’t mean I should lose 90% of my games. It’s not a new problem, but has gotten worse since 2021 core set. Before 2021 core this problem still existed, but I could easily put together a deck of mostly common and uncommon with maybe 2 sets of 4 rares and win more than 75% of the time.

   I may not have explained it well, but it’s definitely a problem. It’s a problem when 90%+ use the same few cards because it’s basically forced just to be good. It’s a problem that those who don’t can’t be competitive. It’s a problem when strategy and deck building have been pretty much completely taken out and replaced with a few mythic rares/OP cards. It’s a problem when someone who has played this game for 25yrs or so feels like they’re being forced into certain cards when it has never really been like that before. The worst part is because I don’t give you all my money you probably won’t even read this, and if by chance you do nothing will be done.

   Variety is the spice of life and used to be what this game was all about. It’s been ruined by a few cards, the most popular cards.

5. The PLAY TAB and PLAY MODE UI need to be completely rehauled.

   Hello, I just actually missed a Strix Quick Draft because of how terrible this current UI is that we have suffered with for over two years now. It's barely even changed. It's like nobody is home on the UI team. We don't get any better options for viewing cards at larger sizes, we get a few enhancements for deck builder, and almost nothing else.

   You guys are going with this absolutely daft three event tab and then an advanced tab that does almost nothing else. It's shocking that this is our UI still. I give you guys all the benefit of the doubt here. We know the team is fairly talented, so why are we still using a beta interface for our play modes and events?

   How can it be possible to MISS A DRAFT ON BOOT UP OF THE MAIN SCREEN!?

   Because your main screen is completely useless, and it's filled with events that don't even concern us half the time. You have no room, the vertical PLAY tab is an amateur hack job that is both confusing and SUPER SMALL lol.

   Why would it not be possible to at least get a full screen grid of what is going on for both game modes and play modes?

   Come on dev team. You guys are way more talented than this. Redo the UI to this game. At least do something to it to make navigating our current events a lot more informative.

   tidechannel land displays blue on left green on right, but to pick in game it's blue on right green on left, has often messed up my game

8. Make Magic: the Gathering Arena available in the Brunei iOS App Store

   Myself and the other MtG players in Brunei have been looking forward to playing Arena on our mobiles every since the announcement of Arena on Mobile. Unfortunately many of us don’t yet have access to the game since it’s still not available on the Brunei iOS App Store.

   We have an active MtG community here that has been around for almost 20 years and we just had the Strixhaven Prerelease recently in our LGS. We want to have more ways to enjoy this great game and would like to sincerely request to Wizards to have Arena made available on the Brunei App Store so that we can enjoy the game on iOS.

   Myself and the other MtG players in Brunei have been looking forward to playing Arena on our mobiles every since the announcement of Arena on Mobile. Unfortunately many of us don’t yet have access to the game since it’s still not available on the Brunei iOS App Store.

   Hi ! The Huawei P30 lite meets the minimal specs but is not supported yet (Magic Arena is anavailable from Play Store).

    I hear, and agree with, a lot of content creators referring that the bo3 prize structure is bad. There is no difference between 0 and 1 win.
    It should be more distributed the prizes.

11. Your game doesnt make enough money for its shareholders and I'll tell you why

    Your game is not subscription based. Ever play a game called World of Tanks. Its an interesting game in that its free to play just like your game, but there are a LOT of paying people that play for a premium account.

    Its relatively easy to set up. A premium account will generate twice the gold and twice the gems or something of that nature. The cost will be $0.50 per day for a premium account, and the idea is that over the course of a month you will generate 15 dollars from that user (whether they play or not in this time period). it will be such that if they were to have spent their hard earned money to buy gems they might have fairly easily acquired 40-50 dollars worth of gems in this time period. Go play world of tanks for a few days to understand their business model if you want. but I think that your shareholders would prefer constant revenue vs oh hey look we released a new patch of cards, and only the people who play on youtube spend money on our game, the rest of the world is free to play. Start making money start having a real game. Start buying lamborghinis in real life. Once you get the money then you get the power, then you get the women. Its simple.

    Oh and please give me a premium account for free because this is my idea.

12. Feature Request - Tabletop mode

    The spell effects are useless. With the way MTG Arena is on mobile, it draws more and more memory the longer you use it. Eventually, pushing the spell effects and other sparkly nonsense makes my phone chug.

    I just want to play Magic, and Arena is the easiest way to do so during a pandemic. I want the substance. I don’t want nor need all of the useless style. I would love to go back to tabletop Magic, but until that’s a possibility can we get an option to at least approximate live Magic? No flying cards, sparkly swirlies, etc. Just card faces, tapped and untapped positions, delineated zones, etc.

14. Include option to turn off companion filtering by default

    I'm tired of searching for a card and being unable to find it for 30 seconds until I realize it isn't showing up because companion filtering is on. Also very irritating during matches when deliberately running cards in the sideboard that don't fit your companion's conditions.

15. Product Suggestion

    Please, please PLEASE make some of the Jumpstart cards Historic legal that were not included in Arena last summer, now that Jumpstart is returning. The power level of the Historic format is much higher now than it was a year ago, and many of these cards are not too strong for it at all.
    Rhystic Study and Thought Scour are not even close to the level of Brainstorm for example. Rhystic Study would be really fitting for control decks, yet not too powerful as tapping your mana on turn 3 will surely result in you going to very low health on the opponents turn, aggro decks kill you on turn 4. Thought Scour feels like a desperately needed addition for self mill graveyard decks, we have really no other way to feed the graveyard than Stitchers Supplier, which just isn't enough. Would fit in great with the coming blue zombies in the fall Innistrad sets as well.
    Sheoldred is something cool that a lot of people would like to play in their jank decks, but that's what it is, a jank card. Simply way too costly and does nothing when it ETB's, there's no reason to not add it apart from if there is trouble coding swampwalk into the game.
    But please, make Rhystic Study and Thought Scour historic legal. So desperately needed for certain decks right now, yet not format warping. They even seem needed because green currently is equal to blue or maybe even better at card draw.

16. Hero Of The Pride bug.

    When you have two 'Hero Of the Pride' creatures on the battlefield, and you cast a spell targeting 'Hero Of the Pride' other creatures only get +1/+0 and it does not stack with the other 'Hero Of the Pride', this is incorrect, if the effect said 'Whenever you cast a spell that targets this creature' instead of 'Whenever you cast a spell that targets Hero of the Pride' then it not stacking would be CORRECT, however with the wording it has entails that it SHOULD stack with OTHER 'Hero other Pride' creatures on the battlefield.

17. Anticontagion Bug

    Anticontagion was played to counter a creature, I had two untapped lands and there was no prompt to pay the two mana to cancel the effect of anticontagion resulting in my creature spell being countered when I would have absolutely paid the two mana I had available. attaching log.

18. Missing Draft Purchase

    Last night, May 5th at around 9 PM Central Time I had purchased a "Premier Draft Strixhaven" and drafted with bots (not a real-time lobby). I played one game with my drafted cards (won) and then stopped playing for the night. Logging on the following day, May 6th at around 9 PM I was prompted for an update. After the update, I did not have a draft in progress, nor any rewards. A refund of sort would be appreciated, and a fix to at least gain rewards from any progress of a "canceled" event. Even though the event is still there, only for a real-time lobby now instead of a bot draft.

19. Infected files in latest update (6MAY21)

    Files pss69A8.ps1, '14A.ps1, '14A2', '5151', 'AB74', 'CB79', '194F', '134D', '9A6A', 'E40A' & pss3CFC.ps1 were all infected with IDP.ALEXA.53 in the latest update across my & my friend's computers. Probably some files missing from that list, we didn't think to start writing them down right away. Y'all need to clean up your act!
