game stop during select block creature phase

Froze during draft. Played Traitorous Greed and the opponent conceded during the color choice. Now the game is stuck without any timer and unable to access menus.

Edit: Used Alt-F4 to force the game to close, and re-entering didn't reflect the win.

My game just froze during my Opponent's turn in ranked draft M21.
It showed my opponent used 1 timeout, then I waited about 15 minutes and nothing else happened.
Could not concede (I was winning, and on the path to victory) and could not exit arena.

Game froze during a quick draft gameplay; cost me the game. I'd like to be componsated with draft token or gems please.

For me game crash during draft game, opposing player play Peer into the Abyss and game crash. I lose my but but i don't kown if a can do anythink for not lose. Enjoy !

I haven't been able to declare attacks, blockers, or cast instants during combat due to arena freezing in my draft game. I got kicked from deck building 3x

I want my account credited for the draft as I'm 0/2 due for matches I was unable to cast spells and lost before I could log back in from getting kicked.

The game froze during a Draft Match. My op cast a spell in the beggining of the combat step, I wanted to attack but the game froze completely. Didn't reconnected or even lost the contact to the server. I could even concede the match.

I wish MTGA could have some sort of compensation for this lost matches, as in MTGO when the game literally crashes for reasons out of the players control (like having a problem with the internet connection or a crash in the computer itself).

Game froze after combat phase while trying to pass turn. Likely would have won with lethal damage through bastion of remembrance.

Yeah, something wrong with my draft game. I'm currently still in it as I'm typing. It's not frozen per se but it just won't even start the game. Like I haven't even seen my opening hand yey. I'm on the lava looking arena and I can still do the comment thing and make the lava serpent appear. The time bar appeared and went down but didn't do anything once it reached the end. I just had 4 duels before this in a row no problems what so ever. When I closed out of arean and went back in, that seemed to do the trick. I wasn't assigned a loss.

Yeah, same happened to me during an Ikoria draft match. I got an error message saying connectivity issues. I rarely get this, but I've never gotten it during a match. I was still able to interact with the environment, so I thought if I waited then the game would resume like it usually does when I get this message. I waited for a while, but nothing happened. So I quit out of the program, and when I came back, I had a third game loss. Could I get my try back, or get a refund of some sort? I don't know if I would recommend anyone spending gems if we just lose them.
