Algorithm Improvement
I'm sure you're getting a lot of complaints about how one-sided your algorithm is not being impartial and often times screwing over players with land draws that should not be happening in a purely random sample - so my complaint can be added to that pile.
But, an idea for changing the algorithm to improve randomization would be having the program assign a number to each card remaining in a deck and pile shuffling the cards into X amount of piles (let's say 6). It can repeat this process Y amount of times then take the middle of the pile and put those cards on top. A better template would be from the card shuffler for poker sets from stores.

Fix the shuffler. I can't play games only in mana flood or mana *****. This is ridiculous.

If there were no clumps, it would indeed not be properly randomised. Randomness produces clumps. In theory you could have every single land at the top of your deck because this is one of the possibilities in the set of all shuffled decks (but not on Arena because it checks to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen). If you expect to have land/spell/land/spell... or some other pattern throughout the game, every match, you're not going to get it, because that isn't random. If you want guaranteed mana for spells every match, play a different game that isn't a randomised card game with variance.
Alternatively if you want to minimise the effects of variance you should employ filtering, spell/land tutoring, cost reduction, and cards that have activated abilities (so you can use what mana you have in event of lacking land). Ideally a combination of all these things.
If you do none of these things you are going to be entirely at the mercy of variance, and it is as uncaring as most people will be to these kind of accusations.

5th turn there is a clump of mana in like 70-90% of games.... at least 3 mana in a row after turn 5.... your smoother isnt so smooth

Everyone knows that you have to spend money on this game to get a fair/good shuffle. I just want to know how much, I don't want to spend more money on this game than I need to.

So, here, look at this, i basically draw ALL my lands ALTOGHETER in EVERY TURN, yeah some fanboys can say that "************" (Na, **** doesnt happend like THIS in real life unless you donk know how to shuffle a deck).
BUT HEY SURPRISE! My oponent has EVERYTHING FOIL, and i DONT, wanna guess who spend more money?
I dont understand why wizards does such a shady **** on their game.
Whats the point on being such greedy company, to cheat against those who doesnt unload a huge amount of money in the game?
I mean, this like admiting that this sht is p2w af. -

So is there any plans on fixing your stupid idea about hand smoothing, Surely you must have noticed the huge influx of mono colored decks , That's because your hand smoothing favors mono aggro decks, and if anything gives an non deck related advantage it should be stopped. It also does exactly what it's supposed to fix, you guys must have noticed that mana flood/***** during a game has gone way up, Hand smoothing is supposed to stop this from happening but it has exasperated the issue. The only real option is remove hand smoothing from all ranked and event games. It is becoming very frustrating losing to your shuffler more then to my opponent. This issue has me very close to walking away from MTG, and after being a loyal customer since it's beginnings , it has to be a very large issue and I know there is quite a few players who feel as I do, If all your company cares about is the profit margin , just remember that alienating the players who spent the money to get you to where you are is going to hurt your bottom line.

Please delete the algorithm that matches with probable matches for an opponent. It takes too long and I shouldn't have to be forced to play with certain decks. When we select play, we get put with 1st available opponent. Simple.

Please fix card draw algorithm. Most of the time when I draw cards, I get 1 land maybe 2. And this happens a lot. Then during game play, I don't draw anything during the match. Its frustrating and doesn't make game play fun.

mediciland#71088 commented
lousy shuffling. It has matches that you do not buy any land and in others buy all. This hurts quick draft a lot.
14 of 17 lands.

This game is embarassing, played 20 games, went first once, with a solid mull to 5 hand, playing Historic Brawl, the most ridicolous format in this ****** videogame. My opponent had always was away if playing blue o llanowar elves is playing green. I had 0 times Llanowar in 20 hands and more admitting mulls. Nice randomizations and progamming. Happy to spent 0€ in your games. BTW got 40k€ real cards and never had a complaint in 25 years playing this game.

WotC doesn't care. They hate their customers, they only love money. Stop spending money is the only solution. *********.

You hit the nail on the head: "you guys don't care about the fact that a very larger percentage of your customer base is unhappy..."

Working as intended. Grouping cards is how the code is designed, it just gets worse with each update. They don't care. They are printing cash off the whales and the community suffers because capitalism is exploitation. It is rare to play a game without one or both players not getting triplets of cards.

Dameon Geppetto#78715 commented
They delete it every few months or so. WotC are a criminal organization trying to pretend that they don't have a problem with their shuffler coding. Nothing to see here folks. Everything is fine.
Tilted after drawing 6 lands to start a match leading to instaloss as the OP had a god draw...

I built a mill deck, since I hadn't tried one in ages. In 20 games I played against three 80 card decks. In standard!
I have never seen a deck with more than 60 cards in standard since Yorion left.
I've encountered a billion other cases where I end up playing against cards that break my deck despite never seeing them with decks that they don't, but I figured it was just observer bias. I don't think seeing multiple oversized decks is observer bias.

Cut the forced loss BS and rigged shuffler from your game. We know its there. It is not fun. It doesn't make us pay more money. It makes us want to quit the game and never come back. Also ban Ugin the Spirit Dragon from Explorer and any other stupid commander card you guys think should be there.

For about 3 weeks now, your algorithms have been putting me at an absurdly overwhelming disadvantage. I only win when my opponent quits. Every game I am starved for mana, or draw nothing but lands. This happens in MtG, but it doesnt happen 75 games in a row.
This is not fun, and it will eventually kill your 'game'. You should be ashamed of yourselves for implementing a system that attempts to exploit your customers' weaknesses in a misguided effort to drive revenue.
Its not too late to treat your customers with the respect they deserve. If you choose to treat them, and your product with contempt, you will lose everything. This isnt some ominous threat, just stating the obvious.
