network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

Had this since the new phyrexian drop. Since then I've only been able to log in twice. Try every day since. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, disabled firewall, the whole lot. Still having the same issue

Having this exact same problem since yesterday, in UK. Logging out/in, restarting computer, restarting router, reinstalling game doesn't work. Is in effect across two different accounts (two family members play) on different computers.

Same thing here. Has been fine for months, but it's started happening again now. Tried all the obvious things. Can still play on mobile, just not pc. Very frustrating

So anyone else get same issue here? I thought I only got this issue. I got this issue since 14 Feb 2023 until now. But Server Status said no incident report since that day. Reinstall or restart network or pc doesn't solve this issue. Please fix this.

I tried to enter the game for 2 days now and still got "Unable to get collection" error.
I tried everything in your known issue suggestion. I flushed the DNS, restarted my computer, reset the wifi, making sure firewall is off... None of that is working. I'm pretty sure this is not my fault because my Internet is fine and I can play other games just fine.
This is frustrating and annoying. Please fix this.

Soooo many issues lately with "Network Error - unable to get collection" errors while my internet connection is working perfectly with anything else...
It's the only game giving me so many issues, I'm seriously thinking of stopping to play jest because of that...
