network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.
If someone from Wizards could please solve this issue, It would be greatly appreciated.
same problem with my game for the last 5 days it will give this exact error and then some time in day it will work again

It has happened to me multiple times, in random occurrences, spread through a period of (roughly) one year in the past.
It is extremely frustrating (and quite suspicious) that Wizards has not addressed (or even acknowledged) the bug after so much time.
Has been occurring sporadically in the recent days. Along with the "usual" crashes of the app this makes it impossible to restart and get back in. As a result this had me lose quite a few games (and gems!) unfairly.
Given that gems are a partially paid service, this bug basically steals your money.
Cant access the game, unless I switch off WiFi and go to mobile data, while also limiting my network to max 4G. Then I can log in.
Fix your game!
I have a 90mb stable connection and still I receive connection problems, 'connection lost' messages....
Its happening now again after the latest update. I have a 40mb mobile connection and it gives me this error on my Android Phone.

Same thing has been happening to me for days. Can connect with the phone network but not with wifi. Only trick that seemed to work was turning off the router for at least an hour to refresh the public IP, but I don't want to be doing that everyday.
I have the same issue! I was able to login only after few "Reconnect".
Every time I logout and come back, it happens again.
Same thing here, I followed their idea to put the newest framework available and nothing changes.
Same here, I have the same problem on my iPad. Impossible to connect. But no problem with my phone on the same network.
I think we'll have to find a solution by ourselves, wizard are just interested to take our money, but no help for this kind of problem.
I experience this error every few months, it used to fix itself after a few hours without me doing anything. Right now, however, the error persisted for almost 20 hours and I still can't get into the game. I reinstalled the game with a different launcher, but no dice.
i start the arena enter password, game loads assets and when it needs to connect to the game im stuck on waiting for server and after a min or two i get network error.
*flushed the DNS
*reinstalled the client
*restarted both the modem and the laptop
*tried setting address to 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168.
*turned antivirus and firewall off
still cant connect

I have the same issue during 4-8AM EST. Which is my time in Malaysia around 4-8PM.
