network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

I have the same problem on both my mac and my phone(android).
"Network error - unable to get collection"
When i hit retry it reads: "ERROR" Error updating Data: Please check your connection and try again.
My connection is totally fine and I played about an hour earlier before this first happened to me.I hope this gets resolved very very fast, since the Decathlon event is happening RIGHT NOW. I have spent my long time gathered gold, gems and real money as well as many many hours and stress. I was preparing for this event since I got to know it will happen. I already have 5 tokens out of 6. This is not about hope or believe...This is a MUST fix!!! People have time and money in this event and if they get screwed it is going to be very bad for the community and the reputation of the whole company which I love with all my heart for loong loong years!!! PLEASE do something about this ASAP! Thank you dearly.

Same error here : "network error - unable to get collection - please try again later" and when you click on the link to MTG Arena Status website, it's wrote "All Systems Operational" (from France)

Hello, yesterday I was playing perfectly on the mobile version and today suddenly, I get this error all the time. "network error - unable to get collection" I tried reinstalling the game but nothing, it doesn't work. can you take a look at it?

Having same issue here for South East Asia. Works with my mobile hotspot (same ISP) though but not my normal Wi-Fi internet, very strange. Tried re-installing and removing use of proxy, all failed

I also got this error since the last maintenance on 22nd November 2022. I have been unable to login for nearly 4 days now, just after I reached Mythic last week and now I cannot try to get into the numbers..
Tried rebooting, tried VPN, tried using mobile version on my phone... nothing...
Please fix asap.. kind of destroys it for me after playing several hours daily and getting this error ... VERY frustrating1. Steps to reproduce: Start the game. After the "initial scene" check comes "Waiting for server" then directly the message "Unable to get collection" pops up. Options to check Status, which tells me everything is fine. Reconnect, which is basically a loop returning to the same options again and log out.
2. Platform is Windows 10

4. expected result would be the game screen with quests, decks, profile and so on
5. see screenshots attached by bug opener. they are the same.
6. no workaround foundUpdate: Playing via Android App works. Playing on another PC with my account does not. So it does not seem to be on my computer's end.
Final Update: I resolved this issue locally. There was a lot of network traffic in my LAN congesting the cables. (Yes, I have lots 60+ clients on my LAN for the family..) That was why everything seemed to work, e.g. YouTube etc., but the available bandwidth was apparently not sufficient for Arena. Now it works again and should it every happen again I now know where to look.
